La colazione non è presidiata dallo staff ed è autogestita, con prodotti (anche latte etc) a disposizione di tutti, in autonomia (c'è microonde e macchina del caffé, lavello piatti, lavastoviglie). Il bagno della camera era piccolo e un po' scomodo.

• Sabine (8/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! - Ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Pordenone. Mooi gerenoveerd gebouw met kleine kamers maar perfect ingericht. Goed geïsoleerd. Heel vriendelijke eigenares. Het koffietoestel deed het niet.

• francesco (9/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti e mi sono trovato molto bene. La stanza era in ordine, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Il prezzo è nella norma rispetto alla zona. La colazione del mattino è stata una piacevole sorpresa: molto ricca, con tante opzioni e anche dolci fatti in casa davvero buoni L’unica nota negativa, se proprio vogliamo trovarne una, riguarda i cuscini, che per me erano poco comodi. Per il resto, esperienza più che positiva.

• Denise (9/5): B&B che supera ogni aspettativa! - Questo b&b ha dei pro infiniti! - struttura moderna e ben tenuta - servizio colazione con prodotti freschi e tanta varietà! - host gentilissima e disponibile - pulizia impeccabile L'unica cosa negativa che potrei appuntare, se proprio devo cercarla, è che purtroppo dalla stanza al primo piano, che si trova proprio al di sopra della cucina, la mattina si sentono tutti i rumori di chi sta facendo colazione (sedie, spremiagrumi, macchina del caffè..). Consiglierei a chi ha il sonno leggero e vuole dormire fino a tardi di chiedere una stanza al piano superiore!

Le stanze sono ampie e perfettamente insonorizzate, lo stesso il bagno fornito di tutto e anche qualche chicca in più. La sala della prima colazione sempre aperta e diaponibile. Grande possibilità di parcheggio, anche se a pagamento nelle ore diurne. Sarà sicuramente la mia metà ideale per i miei prossimi viaggi in quella città. Nulla.

• Ihsan (9/5): Great location and an excellent place to stay - This was my second visit--like the first I was in town for the Pordenone Silent Film Festival, and this b&b has the great advantage of being just a short walk away from the theater. It's also situated near a grocery store and multiple cafes and eateries. And it's in walking distance of the train station as well. I stayed in the same room as last time, and found it just as spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor, which is well stocked.

• Regina (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in einer schönen Stadt - Betten waren sehr bequem, alles sehr sauber und hochwertig, SB-Frühstück hat tadellos geklappt, zentrale Lage. Check in per Telefon unkompliziert. Etwas hellhörig was für uns aber kein Problem war, weil unsere Gruppe 4 der 5 Zimmer gebucht hatte.

• Di Nuzzo (9/5): Assolutamente consigliato - Posizione eccezionale, sul Corso di Pordenone, facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto da strade parallele che a piedi. Camera ordinata, pulita, molto piacevole anche l’accesso alla zona cucina praticamente h24. Si accede in totale autonomia, è tutto praticamente comandato a distanza tramite serratura elettroniche domotiche. Quindi per me la struttura è eccellente. Sono da rivedere i materassi dei letti singoli, perché anche se sopra sono stati aggiunti dei topper, penso che siano probabilmente da cambiare… solo per questo non do punteggio pieno anche se lo merita assolutamente per tutto il resto.

• Cornelia (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger und zentraler Lage - Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll. Das Frühstückskonzept ist sehr flexibel und war für uns als Gruppe super. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett.

• Jacopo (8/5): ottima base per visitare Pordenone - ma non vi dimenticate dei vostri clienti :) ! - - parto dalla posizione : perfetta per girare per Pordenone, più in centro di così è difficile da trovare ! - la stanza è arredata con gusto e con tanti dettagli che fanno la differenza - l'area colazione è sfruttabile in qualsiasi ora della giornata, si può prendere quello che si vuole , davvero molto comoda ! - purtroppo si erano completamente dimenticati del nostro arrivo e non avevano pulito completamente la stanza , quindi dopo 5 ore di viaggio abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 30/40 minuti tra tutto - non è esattamente un b&b - in struttura non abbiamo mai visto nessuno, - diciamo che sono una serie di stanze affittate con una cucina in cui ti puoi servire a qualsiasi ora

The WiFi was spotty at times, but I stayed on the top floor. Perhaps this was the reason. Besides this, all was perfect!

I would've liked a kettle rather than the microwave to boil water for tea. A little table on the balcony to hold my cup of tea whilst I had my cigarette. Nothing major, but it would make it even more comfortable.

• Karl (10/5): The best BB in Pordenone area - The host is a very passionate person and she placed her personal touch all over the place. I travel every year in Pordenone and this is by far the best BB in the whole area. The hosts attention to the details makes this accommodation very comfortable, without lacking anything. It will meet every need of the visitor. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the lights are sufficient and the kitchen it the ground floor provides an incredible variety for your breakfast. I really felt at home. Everything was perfect.
• Sean (10/5): I had a great time at Casa Livia! - It's in an excellent location in the middle of town, with restaurants and shops just outside the front door. It's very clean and comfortable, and my room had a great view of the nearby church and town. Elena, the manager, is very nice and helpful. They provided home baked pastries for breakfast which was a lovely touch. Not the fault of Casa Livia, but most parking nearby parking is paid. There is a free public lot a significant walk away but you apparently can't leave a car overnight.

There is no elevator and only one room is on the ground floor, so you may want to take this into account if you can't take the stairs. It would be nice to add a larger trash bin for the room and a plant-based milk option at breakfast.

• Ihsan (8/5): A very good place to stay in Pordenone - Friendly and very helpful host, modern and clean room, and an excellent location in the heart of Pordenone. Just a short walk away from the train station and Teatro Verdi. Affordable price too. The well-stocked kitchen offers a do-it-yourself breakfast. The window blinds let in too much light.

• Shirly (9/5): Excellent, a beautiful B&B. Will be back. - It was just as l needed. Everything was there, just the only thing was that there was no more juice or oranges to make orange juice. Otherwise l had a beautiful stay. Clean, really comfy bed, slept like a log, nice and quiet. Will be coming back next year. I truly enjoyed myself. Received help when l needed it. I truly recommend for anyone to stay there. There was nothing that l didn’t like. Nothing to complain about, hmm, missed making orange juice from oranges, sadly, someone got there before me.🤣. Loved my stay, it went to fast.
