- Rebecca (3/5): - The location The communication leading uo was poor. The way I was left with no access code or communication on arrival
- Eleanor (7/5): Great for a young family but doesn't provide as many little necessary things as an airbnb - Beds were comfy, lots of appliances in the kitchen, laundry was great for a week long stay, great couch. Outside space great for a family. Close to playground and lake was perfect I wish we knew the things we needed to bring ourselves for a 7 night stay. People will need to bring dish washer tablets, hand soap, toilet paper, matches (lighters were empty) fire starters, fire wood, bin bags, coffee pods (espressitoria system). For young families it's not always super easy to pop out to the shops if you arrive at bedtime .etc. We did ask the accommodation contact for hand soap because it was empty when we arrived and their reply was passive aggressive unfortunately.
- Warren (8/5): We had a really great time. House is beautiful and comfortable in a very good location close to the lake. Hosts were rea - Really great location, close to the lake and playground for the kids. Beautiful house with good appliances and space. Washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher. Host were also very responsive to our questions and sorted issue out really quickly. No pantry space for food.
- Cheryl (7/5): Good - Very homely, spacious rooms, comfy beds, lots of greenery, private backyard, well stocked with necessary appliances and kitchenware. Poor communication from managing agent. Unable to access key lockbox. Call to agent unsatisfactory as she was not familiar with property and extremely difficult to understand. Said someone would call us back and after some time we managed to access. Ceiling light in bedroom not working, water container in dryer filled to brim and stick vacuum clogged with dust. Lovely home but no indoor dining area. It was raining and only dining area was outdoors under cover but get wet to access. No instructions from agent as to entry, waste management and what was required upon vacating. My sister and I are elderly but we had not encountered issues such as this in our six weeks of travelling. Not someone I would like to manage my property.
- Lucy (9/5): Great family getaway - The home was very clean, and looked exactly like the photos. Great garden and outdoor eating area, close to the beaches and grocery store.
- Jacqueline (9/5): Superb - Location, beautiful house and yards - great back courtyard area. Good size living space and bedrooms, lovely decor (including lots of indoor plants). Clean, good linen and furnishings. An amazingly well stocked kitchen. No pantry or non perishable food storage space (but a good fridge).
