• Zoltán (10/5): - Minden tökéletes volt. Szép és modern berendezés, tisztaság. Jó lett volna a tulajdonossal személyesen találkozni, egyszeübb lett volna az eligazodás. A nappaliban a kanapé nem csak alváshoz, hanem üléshez is kényelmetlen.
• S. (8/5): - Lokalita výborná, apartmán krásny moderný, komunikácia s personálom výborná a pohotová. Vybavenie by bolo ok, ale uvítali by sme bežné programy v telke, nie len Smart funkcie.

• Roman (5/5): - Ubytování je v objektu velké budovy. Vstupní dveře jsou na kód. Kód nefungoval a museli jsme čekat vždy až někdo půjde ven a otevře nám. Ostatním nájemníkům to též nefungovalo. Čistota v ubytování byla velmi tragická. Uklízečka se tam asi chodí dívat jen na televizi.

Nakoľko sme sa ubytovali s malým dieťaťom očakávali sme uprataný apartmán a to bohužiaľ nebol, čakali nás chumáče prachu, nepovysávaná podlaha, na lustroch pavučiny, mokré prádlo na sušiaku, ktoré bolo cítiť, špinavé koberce, málo príborov, špinavá linka...
• Muhidin (10/5): Excellent place, worth the money paid for. - The location is excellent, the appartment is big with huge balconies and a lot of light in the apartment. Very long door code and a system of opening.

• Tomaž (10/5): - Na splošno vse, komunikacija z osebjem in odzivnost pri vprašanjih, ko so se pojavile nejasnosti. Težave z daljincem za izhod. Osebje se je maksimalno potrudilo da reši zadevo.

• Nina (9/5): Багато написати немає про що- відпочинок в дорозі - Все гарно, все по потребі, ночували одну ніч, тому більш детальну інформацію не можу надати по проживанню . Ніби все було! Зупинялись на 1 ніч, на відпочинок прямуючи до Чехії. Оформлення замовлення вразило, а саме: відсканувати паспорт, зробити фото себе, зробити депозит 100 € , які на протязі 7 днів повинні повернути / дуже на це сподіваюсь/ - Не одразу розібралась з системою входу в будинок, отримали чек - лист - інструкція , який повільно загружався в телефоні ( це вперше з таким стикнулась, але вже буду знати- доречі зручно , коли вже розібрався що і куди) це все зайняло не мало часу, приблизно біля 2 годин, а ми були стомлені з дороги. Загалом не погано, коли знаєш таку систему отримання інструкцій

• Mariia (3/5): Заміна квартири в останній момент, не співпало з тим, що ми бронювали - Гарний будинок, не далеко від центру Нам у останній момент замінили обрану квартиру на іншу. Замість двох кімнат і вітальні ми отримали лише одну кімнату та вітальню. Дитяче ліжко не надали, для чотирьох дорослих і дитини було лише три ліжка. Одна конфорка на плиті не працювала. Балкон виявився маленьким, із сушаркою для одягу, а вид із вікна — на брудний задній двір, замість заявленого. Опис заїзду був заплутаний, вхід до будинку довелося довго шукати.

• Jabłońska (8/5): Niezapomniany pobyt☺️ - Przepiękny widok z balkonu, czystość Ciężko było się dostać do budynku i trzeba było kombinować bo nikt nie wytłumaczył jak to się robi i dowiedzieliśmy się w momencie oddawania kluczy jak Pani nam pokazała jak to się robi ale poza tym wszystko ok

• Резникова (7/5): Современная новая квартира, которую плохо убирают. - Понравился современный новый ремонт, оборудование, наличие сушки для белья, кофеварки. Близость к центру и парку. Грязь на полу, пришлось пылесосить самим. Развешенное белье, которое занимало всю сушилку на балконе, пришлось убирать. Чужие пакеты в ящиках на кухне. Неудобный диван в комнате.

• Ivan (8/5): Mixed feelings based mostly on the system of getting the key. - Two bedroom apartment with space enough for two families traveling together. More sparsely furnished than the other apartments we stayed in during our trip. It was very difficult to get the key form the safe box - the password didn't work and I spent more than half hour in the rain and in the cold weather trying to unlock it. Fair to say that the man from the management whom I called many times, was very polite and helpful, finally giving his won password and this time we got the key. Whether the safe malfunctioned or I was to blame I cannot say but the experience was not pleasant, What is more I was unpleasantly surprised when I had to pay 100 Euros deposit. If I had seen that when booking I would not have booked it. And in comparison with the apartment we stayed in in Bratislava the one in Kosice was both worse and more expensive.

• Daiva (10/5): A short and nice stay in a calm place very close to the old town in cosy modern apartment - The view from the balcony was really amazing. All balcony was a huge one that went through all the rooms. You could see the mountains, also small garden. It was just 12-15 mins walk to the old town. The place is really calm and safe. Not too many building around. And the best thing is that there is almost perfect sound proof - I did not hear any neighbours, no sounds in the corridor. The only thing I heard was cars outside in the street. But there were few running, as there are no main road near by. So it total was really good stay. It was a bit confusing where the keys are. They were on the fence, but it was not said so near the image and the photo was too small to understand where the lockbox is. Neighbours helped us with it. And then we easily opened. Also, it was not clear that this key is for front door, so we tried the code first which was for apartment. Finally, all went well.
• Serghii (10/5): Exceptional - I definitely recommend this place there were some problems at online registration but then with the help of the administrator everything was solved safely.As for the flat there everything was top flat is in a new house all the furniture is new everything as stated in the ad.
• Iliyasuper (4/5): Disappointing - Actually I was shoked that after payment I need to give some deposit 50 euro... Before pay for this apartmnets I saw that I need to pay for room and no any payment more! Once I paid I received message to booking account with link of some registration... First of all I was very tired to do it, it was late and I had difficult way from poland, I just wanted to have calm night, but I was not able to do it becouse nobody give me keys until I register and pay additional 50 euro!!!! By luck I receive deposit back, because next day I was reading feetbacks from other people whom owner did not give money back. That is not all, As I said me my wife and 3 year dougter was very tired, and we had not other choose and already payd for room we continue to follow instructions. Instruction was to open link and follow video guide, but... no number of house, no number of room, just video from parking to apartments. Where they use some remote control and I had not any idea where can I find it. I tried to call - nobody reply. Than I send message to help me to owner, and he said - everuthing in limnk and refuse to tell me even number of house. I started to force him and finally he sent me link to youtube with instruction!!! It was his mistake that his service was not working, no any excuse, just tell me : " no problem - I gave you youtube link" Next - remote control to the gate which out of order! Thank you gode some local guy has helped me who has remote control from another gate. At the and I spend 1 hour under apartments to have posibility to enter.. Extrimely not recomend, flat and house - not bad, but if you dont like have a problems and dificulties I extrimly not advise you to visit this apartments. All time owner was very not polite!

• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - I appreciated the morning coffee Dolce Gusto with free capsules. Enjoyed it very much. Lovely view of the landscape. The apartment was spacious well furnished. I am definitely coming next time and will recommend to all. Convenient walking distances to the train station, city centre, supermarket in the neighbourhood.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Great stay with a mountain view! - Nice modern apartment not far from the centre. Amazing terrace with mountain view! New, fully-furnished apartment with everything you need. Peaceful neighbourhood. Grocery store right across the street, and a spacious parking if you need one. We’ve enjoyed our stay for sure!
