The bad treatment as a customer that booked in July 2025 and get told there is some mistake with booking and alternative arrangements for accommodation had to be made totally not aligned with our itinerary and out off course 20km further from where we should be. Thanks to the agent for all this and asked me why I called the owner. Not so cool hey agent.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - Location was central. Flat was clean. That there was only 1 parking space. For a unit that accommodates 6 people we had 2 cars and 1 car had to park outside the complex which we were not happy with. That the flat was on the 3rd floor.
