Arch Wilson (3/5): - None. We did not use the 3 days paid booking. Stayed somewhere else. The neighborhood is within a subdivision. The neighbors do not like guests moving in and around them. No amenities, stores, restaurants nearby
Timothy (4/5): Not worth it - We paid for two weeks, but only stayed for 3 days. I paid for two rooms, but when I arrived only one room was accessible and the second room was locked. When I called the owner, they wanted more money to unlock the second room. I had to make several calls and argue with Owner to finally get access to the second room I had paid for. Other issues: 1) Air conditioning had knobs were broken and removed so the air conditioning could not be adjusted. 2) Closets were locked and unable to be used. 3) Primary refrigerator was broken and unusable. 4) Blankets provided were small and flimsy, and unable to cover an entire person. 5) House was hot. The only air conditioning was in the rooms, and again, we could not adjust the air conditioning. In addition, the Kitchen has no ventilation, so when you cook it really heats up the house even more.
