Mr. Mahesh was incredibly accommodatin - I absolutely loved the location and how well maintained the apartment was. The views were amazing, and the pool was a wonderful added touch. • Live to Lite (9/5): A peaceful, well-equipped stay with beautiful views. - Everything matched the description perfectly! We especially enjoyed the stunning water views, very private beachfront, and the overall sense of calm and relaxation. We spent most of our time indoors, conveniently ordering food and groceries, and also made good use of the gym(just one floor above), billiards room, and the lovely green-surrounded pool area. So the far from busy and central areas ,this secluded location of building was a plus for us. All the amenities in the apartment worked flawlessly. Just some things to improve to make stay even better : a new utensils, some bowls, having a deep cleaning for sofa, clean ceiling fans from dust and having anti pests treatment (as small brown ants are roaming at table tops and bathrooms). The host were consistently friendly and quick to respond (as a nice welcome gesture was given fresh guava ), provided new duvet blankets then we raised questions about blanket covers, this gesture made the stay more pleasant. I highly recommended! - Wifi was unreasonably limited to just 6 GB of use ( if we needed more -host asked to pay extra 850 lkr /2.70$ for additional 6gb.) So we better switched to have our own mobile internet to not be disconnected unexpectedly in the late evening as we experienced. For other guest information : As I figured out that operator Dialog had data pack of 6 GB= for 515 lkr and 60 GB= for 2500 lkr. Maximum data pack 125GB for 30 days costed 4000 lkr /roughtly 13$ .

The place was amazing. We loved it from the moment we stepped foot into. From the super clean apartment to the sea view... everything was so great. The stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed every bit of it. I totally recommend it to anyone who is hoping to get away from the busy life to enjoy the serenity of the sea breeze and expecting peacefulness of mind. 10/10. The owner was very friendly we arrived and took the time to ensure we knew how to use everything and we were comfortable before leaving. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the view from the apartment was stunning! Not close to restaurants or supermarket.

• Geraldine (9/5): Clean and spacious suite - The suite was very clean and the host was very nice and accommodating. The suite had A/C and good wifi. The bedding wasn't great and the cleanliness of the blankets was questionable. There were also not enough towels. The host had already left and it was late so we couldn't ask for more.
• Skygate (10/5): The Seaview and Peace. This is the place to go! - The view was superb and very calm and silent. There was no disturbance and we could enjoy the place all to ourselves. Spacious and ideal for a stay with friends other than family. The host was very corporative and attentive.

The kitchen had the basics that we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended! The host gave us late checkout too which gave us more time to spend in the pool and beach!

Spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms with own bathrooms and equipped with all you need incl. airconditioning in every room, fans in the bedrooms and even a washing machine. Host is ver nice, helpful and responsive. Kitchen (it's an apartment after all) could be better equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Some are there but it's a detail.

The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Altogether the apartment had 3 ACs and the living areas was very nice with the beach view. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the facilities you need. The sea view was perfect and there was lot of peace there. It really was an amazing experience and we hope to visit again. You need to take a tuk tuk for ATM, groceries and most restaurants, although there are a couple within walking distance.

Close to the airport, at 7 a.m. we were already sleeping in a cool room. there is everything you need to cook a meal. There is friendly security at the entrance.

Two bathrooms and everything else was provided (incl bittled water) Mahesh is a very nice and friendly landlord. Due to lightning strike the day before, his apartment’s AC was broken down but he arranged for an equal apartment in the same building immediately. Also he helped us buy some food late in the evening during heavy rain and a thunderstorm by driving us around the village. The next morning he took us to the airport in his car as a courtesy although he had to go to work himself. Extraordinary great hospitality. Thanks a lot. A little difficult to reach from the motorway during heavy rain.
