• Mirela (1/5): Very bad. Could not sleep! - The staff was nice but how can you ask the guest if she needs towels or soap or toilet paper? A hotel has to provide them, not ask! First of all: PLS DO NOT STAY here. There are working at the road DURING NIGHT and I could not sleep! The NOISE is terrible! Second: smelly bathroom and no mosquito net! Third: I had to ask for new case pillows and bed sheets because they were dirty (there was also lots of hair in the bed plus small ANTS). Everything in the room is old (furniture etc)and there is not much space to move. I would not stay here again even if it was for free. From my point of view they should close this hotel to renovate it and also because of the noise from the road during night time. They don’t tell you about the noise. Stop avoing the truth to your clients!

• Sophie (6/5): They stay was comfortable enough for one night as had to be at the airport following day. The reception staff was howeve - It is convenient for a nights stay before heading to the airport It was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and the fan was extremely loud.

• Somnath (6/5): Value For Money: Good For One Night Stay - This hotel is best if you have to travel through Trivandrum Airport. For example you want to catch an early morning flight or coming through a late hours flight from/to Trivandrum. The hotel is just 10 min taxi drive and Uber can drop you with Rs 250 fare. Stay for the night and then start / end your actual Kerala trip. The hotel is located just beside a mall so you have plenty of food options within 10 minutes distance. As I have used it just for one night layover stay I do not mind anything that is not in offer. If you are planning to cover Trivandrum visit only from this hotel then the location will be little problem as it is not within the range of the main City or the main Beaches. You may endup paying more in local travel cost. But I for a single night stay I specially if you have to catch an early morning flight, closeness to the airport should be main consideration than then facilities.

Overall, I am satisfied with my - In addition to its convenient location, this property is very close to the mall of Travacore sir, just 10 steps away, so while on our stay if we desire, we can plan for a shopping trip. Everything from cinemas to food outlets are available at this mall. As I had taken a single room, the room was clean, however, the bathroom was not as clean

We were didnt plan for a night stay in Trivandrum so it helped us to get some thing useful. Room was not clean Doors , windows can not close even in the bathroom windows. TV was not working. They gave very old and smelling bath towel. It was a hot day and fan was giving very hot air and it was too loud.

The person at the reception desk was keen to take the payment beforehand. He kept saying footwear outside the room! What the .....! Very convenient location though, close to the airport in front of the Mall. Cleanliness!

• Amber-rose (8/5): Perfectly suitable accommodation close to the airport - Great location, very close to a shopping mall and the international airport terminal. We only booked the room because we needed a place for our bags the day of our late night flight. For that purpose it was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were in a non-AC room so it was very hot, we had to ask for towels and no other toiletries were provided.

• George (5/5): Hotel RoshTower- Expensive budget hotel - The property has a parking space which can accommodate a few cars. Courteous staff who will help you in all the fair requirements of the customer. A/C was good enough The room was little small for a family of 3. Beds are old and need replacement. TV was old and was not giving a good viewing experience. Needed to ask for bath towel and toiletries. The room door was having a big gap from the floor and cold air was escaping through it.No other amenities like news paper, kettle or tea bags were provided. I found this room was little overpriced for a budget hotel.

The room is very poor there is no necessary things (like towel) has been provided. I felt personally uncomfortable and we made our booking a week before arrival for three and when we arrived there they allowed us to stay for one night and asked us to leave the next day bcoz there is no other rooms which made us mad.. Very worst room service

No geyser in the room we were a bit uncomfortable with the cool water, but they provided hot water for the kids which helped us.

The room was clean and quiet. The location is also amazing. I could walk from the airport. The WiFi in the room was a bit spotty and the water from the tap needed to run for a bit before it became clear.

• Valaboju (3/5): Pleasant location, disrespectful manager - The location is what i like the most. It is close to Mall of Travancore. So thats the good point. The staff members are not good. Especially, the manager of the lodge; his behavior was not good. He was talking with a harsh tune and he was telling us to pay 1300 every day. 'Who disrespects the customers like that?'. So this is the only complaint i have to this hotel.
