Michelle (8/5): A nice break. - Beautiful views. Quiet and clean. The welcome pack is a nice touch when you've just arrived and want a cuppa! It was not clear that there was no WI FI at the property. There is Haven's own WI FI in public areas (a long way from the caravan) but this didn't help with operating the TV or I Pads etc. Not a deal breaker for us as we were out walking all day but it would enhance the caravan to have a decent speed private connection available. (As we've experienced in other private let caravans) A minor point, but some tea towels would've also been appreciated.

Sanjeev (10/5): Amazing location great stay. - Easy but Secure at the same time as it was all coded. We had an amazing stay at Bay View for our family get away for Christmas. The scene, the place, indoor facilities, cozy, tidy, parking, family loved it. Spot on 🎄😊 great place 👍🏼 Could of had two lots of keys 🔑 for the property. For any improvements.... "Hot Tub" would've been cherry on top (just an opinion) Recommend shelf in shower for shampoo/body wash to avoid bending down.
Abi (10/5): Wonderful caravan in the perfect spot. - The caravan is so light and airy, it feels much bigger on the inside. The location is on point, with a beautiful view over the water and a super large decking. Great to have a proper sofa and arm chairs to relax too. The bed pillows were a little thin, so used a sofa cushion to prop me up, which was fine then.

Mark (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived late at night. We found the lodge easily and it was a Wow the minute we were in. Beautiful and spacious and through the darkness looking out we knew we were somewhere special. What we woke up to in the morning in this balmy late summer was breathtaking. If I could wake to this everyday I would be a happy. man Perfect location perfect Lodge I could happily live here We have 4 year old boy we did not use the Haven facilities but had no end of places to visit both east and west to keep him happy We can't wait to return in the summer Great service highly recommended Nothing perfect
Marije (9/5): Wonderfull view in a lovely area - The view from the lodge is amazing! Wonderfull outdoor furniture with comfortable cushions. Nice an quiet area of the park. The beds are very comfortable. Beds are made when you arrive. Very nice. The beds were clean and there were soft towels provided. Great to have two bathrooms. The lodgde is a lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. There is a lot to see and do in the area. The kitchen wasn't very clean, especially inside the cupboards could use a good clean. We even found chewed out chewingum inside one - yuck! The kitchen wasn't very well equipped in our opinion either. For example: there were about 5 lids for pans, but hardly any pans! Only one very small pan and one pan where the bottom was broken. And one small frying pan. So hard to cook a proper meal. Minimum amount of plates, cutlery etc. (only six), so had to do disches after breakfast, lunch and dinner to be able to use it again. A waste to run the dishwasher three times a day (this was nog working very well anyway - dishes didn't come out very clean and felt a bit soapy). Only four proper glasses for drinks (there were more for wine and beer, but not suitable for kids). With a good clean, proper pots and pans and at least 8 plates, knives, forks, spoons, glasses etc. it would be much better!

Steve (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect overlooking the water. Nicely finished apartment. Nice welcome gift of bread, milk, juice etc. There are cheaper options in the park. But they don't come with the benefits/perks stated!
