- Paul (9/5): would definitely stay again - Contactless check-in. (although code given was the wrong code). Quiet location. Amenitites.
- Johnson (9/5): A lovely hideaway - So different very comfortable That booking.com did not pass on emails or establish bedroom requirements fortunately our lovely host sorted that out
- Amilee (10/5): Stunning, peaceful and comfortable - It's a beautiful home from home in stunning and peaceful surroundings. Gorgeously decorated, comfortable, welcoming. Nothing. I'd highly recommend staying here
- anonymous (10/5): - Location, the beds was comfortable, showers was beautiful, only had a night but definitely would rebook for a longer stay next time Nothing

- Charlee (9/5): Lovely host , lovely location , great little get away - Host was lovely , love the little extras ( greeting with name on black board for when we arrived, intro book introducing host and her adorable animals and some info on the location ) , even bathrobes :) ,
Host was great with communication before and during our stay ,
Thanks again for making us feel welcome :) Small down fall was the kitchen appliance, eg, only bar fridge and cooking facilities were on the smaller side ( oven was bench top only which made cooking meals for 4 more limited , but as we were of this before we arrive, we had planned around this and it did not effect our stay , but is something others may have to factor in to their food planning ,
- Fiona (10/5): Would easily stay here again and again. Stunning property. - Absolutely stunning property. Comfortable, beautifully decorated and peaceful. Most comfortable night sleep I’ve had in a long time! Dogs are super friendly 😀 There was nothing that I didn’t like

- Michael (9/5): Superb - The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and really enjoyed the environmental design features of the building. Great artwork, interior decorations. Host was very friendly and prompt in responding to questions. The small kitchen set up was fine for one night but might not suit for self catering for multiple nights or for large groups.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Lovely quiet location, beautiful rammed earth building, very comfortable, great host, friendly dogs. Took 1 night booking. Had everything we needed.
- Jari (10/5): Perfect well done Anita. - Very comfortable, great fixtures and fittings.

- Bruce (10/5): Rustic charm meets lux in a convenient rural setting. - RER provides a unique and exceptional experience where rustic charm meets modern lux in a pleasant rural setting just minutes from the Wagin town centre. Anita seeks to and succeeds abundantly in providing her guests with quality accommodation and the feeling that they are very welcome. It is more than a business to her, it is a passion which she clearly enjoys sharing. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with the eclectic fittings, furnishings, furniture and quirky kitchen fitted with recycled items adding to the ambiance of the property. The local pub provides good meals in a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. An email with access details (including key lock code) was sent via BOOKING.COM late on the morning of our stay after we had left our previous accommodation and no longer had email access. Fortunately, on our arrival Anita's daughter was nearby and was able to acquire the code and let us in.
Can I suggest to Booking.com that such details be sent by text, as well as email, so that those of us without mobile email access have an alternative.

- Brendan (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious. High quality everything. Lots of little touches to make your stay memorable. Highly recommend.
- Mindaugas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ajay (10/5): Great little getaways for a couple, or two couples or a family of four. - A great house, with an eclectic collection of vintage items around the house. Wide patio to relax and enjoy the horses or dogs wandering in the yard. Minor - perhaps a bit more crockery in the kitchen.
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - Anita's rammed earth home was beautiful. Many finishing touches and extras provided. Loved playing with the 3 dogs and feeding the horses carrots!! Extremely peaceful tranquil location just out of town. Nothing.
- Rob (10/5): Was absolutely excellent and will certainly return - Beautiful facilities superbly well presented and decorated. Lots of little extras. Anita and family and her 3 dogs made us feel so welcome. Being a little way out of town allowed for incredible star gazing some shade for parking
- Rebecca (10/5): The perfect weekend getaway in the Aussie wheatbelt - Relaxing weekend getaway in the wheatbelt. The cottage decor is so perfect - a mixture of new and vintage furniture, some amazing art and quaint decorative pieces. It was so clean and so comfortable. The surrounds are tranquil and relaxing. The night sky was so clear we could see the Milky Way, and Venus and Mars. We could feed and pat the resident horses, and the friendly doggies making regular visits was the cherry on top. The five of us loved our stay. Thank you so much, Anita. The fridge was a bit too small otherwise it was all so perfect.
- Craig (10/5): Really fulfilling.. my girls loved the horses and puppies and found the stay very rewarding - The location at the edge of town, adjacent to the broadacre farms helped make you feel in the 'country'
- Gary (10/5): A lovely place to stay when in Wagin - Simply a wonderful place to stay. Well appointed in a lovely, quiet location.
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Veronica (10/5): An exceptional experience filled with thoughtful touches, comfort, and warm hospitality - The property was amazing! It is well-located at the edge of town, just a 3-minute drive to the center. When I read the description, I wasn’t sure what to expect, as it mentioned a “private room” in an occupied house. However, to our surprise, it felt more like a well-equipped granny flat annexed to the main house, ensuring complete privacy. The setup was perfect for our family, and we felt truly comfortable during our stay. The owner’s attention to detail, from the beautifully decorated interiors to the thoughtful amenities, exceeded all our expectations. She even left snacks for the horses, which our kids absolutely loved, and welcomed us with lovely treats on arrival. It felt less like a stopover and more like a destination in itself! Honestly, there wasn’t anything to dislike! The property was thoughtfully set up to provide both comfort and privacy.

- Darwin (10/5): Aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable retreat in a peaceful farm setting - The retreat is so aesthetic, well-designed, artistic, clean and comfortable. Lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches everywhere. Anita is the best host you will find! We were very comfortable and wish we could have stayed more than just the one night. The puppies were the highlight of our stay! Nothing!
- Quader (10/5): Anita was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our interaction with her dogs and horses was very entertaining - The property was delightful and the retreat itself, beautifully presented Nothing!
- Sunil (10/5): Exceptional - nice big spacious everything was good
- Mark (9/5): Would we stay again? - Absolutely! - A lot of time and effort has been put into this accommodation to ensure that your stay, let it be one night or a week is the best that it can be. The finishes are of a very high standard and the bedroom and bathroom are finished in a standard of a luxury hotel. A friendly but unobtrusive host, who is happy to chat or leave you alone if you want privacy. We especially liked the two friendly dogs (Dizzy and Floss) who welcomed us with upturned bellies :) which we encouraged. Screens on doors and windows keep the bugs out.
The property is set in a rural environment (ranch style, with horses an sheep), but close enough to the amenities of the town. Enough flies to be a nuisance outside, so we didn't use the outdoor lounge area (although it looked very inviting). A screened veranda area would be sensational.
- Lynette (10/5): Comfortable, clean and relaxing - Love the serenity, friendliness of the host and the whole atmosphere of the property. Nothing
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Lovely decor 😍
Modern bathroom
Nice view to wake up too
- Jing (9/5): Lovely retreat to recharge - It was very welcoming and felt like a home away from home. Unfortunately, there is much to do nearby. It's a lovely place to stay if you are passing through to Albany and needed a stop for the family. Otherwise, we would have stayed longer.
- Linda (10/5): Rammed earth retreat was a special find in a country location - A very relaxing unit with two comfortable beds on the edge of town, it was very quiet and the host was very friendly
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judith (9/5): A very comfortable home away from home - Loved the rammed earth building. Also loved the way it was furnished with some quirky collectables. A very comfortable stay. All good

- Jacquie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Voyta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (10/5): The perfect country retreat! - It was so wonderful to come back to such a beautiful and comfortable place after our long days at the Woolorama. We loved the gorgeous decorations and beautiful artwork. The place also smelled divine. And the dogs were so sweet! Very minor thing - one bed was a bit squeaky, but that wouldn't stop me staying there again. It was fabulous.
- Graham (10/5): a perfect place to stay- -
- Mia (10/5): Exceptional - This house was absolutely beautiful! So clean, comfortable and relaxing. Loved the animal friends too
- Tinna (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, well thought out and huge luxury space. Highly recommend.
- Brad (10/5): This is a cosy spot in a country town to relax and unwind. You will love it. - Beautifully curated space with everything you need to enjoy a night or several nights. Anita has thought of all creature comforts and more. We were greeted by her friendly dogs. Absolutely nothing - only place to eat in the holidays was the local pub but a fantastic chef.
- Shan (9/5): great stay experience with animals in farm - fully equipped with necessary , full of passion and love with artistic expression N/A
- Bruce (9/5): Superb - we brought our breakfast
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pat (10/5): It was a shame we only had one night here as all the family would have loved to stay longer. Definitely would go there a - An excellently presented property. Very clean and everything that could be needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable. Anita the host was very helpful and provided clear instructions for key access. The property is very peaceful but yet very close to town. Nothing, it was perfect.
- Krystal (10/5): Exceptional - One of the loveliest places we have stayed. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival with the welcoming board and treats in the fridge. The beautiful view around the property and all the cute details. The bed was so comfortable and so was our stay. We left with some wonderful photos and even better memories. We couldn’t fault anything.
