• Bojan (10/5): Fantastičan smeštaj, sve kao što je opisano. - Lokacija je fantastična, na samo par minuta od glavnog šetališta i obale. Naš domaćin Pavlina se potrudila oko svakog detalja. Sve je bilo lako i bez i jednog problema. Apartman je kao na slikama, sve što je opisano je tačno u potpunosti. Još jednom želim da pohvalim Pavlinu i njenu ljubaznost.
• Joanna (8/5): - Obiekt był przestronny, idealny dla dwóch osób. Najbardziej zachwycił widok z balkonu- na dole widać basen, a w oddali palmy i ocean. Do wody mięliśmy blisko, wokół wiele restauracji i barów. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.
• Songnuan (7/5): - The room was very clean, and the host in charge of our room was very nice. They helped us solve our problem. The room facilities were also good, and the swimming pool downstairs was very clean. Every morning, someone came to check the water quality and clean it. The soundproofing in the room was very poor. I slept in the bed next to the street, and every morning the noise from garbage trucks and motorcycles made it hard for me to sleep. There was also a lot of construction noise.

• Isobel (8/5): Had a great holiday, the apartment was really good. We hope to come back. - Great location, lovely balcony with sea view. Close to many restaurants & bars and the beach front. Nothing really though it would have been fab to have a bottle of water in the apartment on arrival. Everything else was great.

• Maureen (10/5): Excellent stay apartment was perfect and host Pavlína is a diamond 💎 - It was spotless very well equipped and the host Pavlína was lovley and so helpful making our stay outstanding we have booked again for next year . The location is perfect too and brilliant balcony with sea views Liked everything
• Fabio (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - L'appartamento è carino, ristrutturato con un bel terrazzo. Vista sull'oceano spettacolare al tramonto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, buona la posizione. Lo stabile dovrebbe essere ristrutturato, ascensori vecchi, piscina non utilizzabile perché sporca, bar piscina non funzionante. Lettini sporchi ma comunque al mattino già tutti occupati. Non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo. La proprietaria sentita solo tramite messaggio, con istruzioni sulla casa in un depliant. Un solo asciugamano a testa per 9 giorni (piccolo+grande) nessuna biancheria di ricambio. Reception discutibile.
• Dennis (8/5): Great apartment not sure about the hotel - The room was private of the hotel , the pool area was being cleaned during our stay but did not affect us there was another pool area which needs attention , I have to say the apartment we had was very good great balcony separate bedroom just about and it was clean the lady in contact with us Pavlova was very helpful with texts and help which was good , i would recommend the apartment Not sure about the people running the reception area they could be owners we saw a car reg from Latvia, posh car , they never said anything that would intimidate but was a little uneasy so many people wandering round like homeless people doing bits and pieces of work
• Vanessa (8/5): Apartamento y anfitrión maravillosos , recinto comunitario desastroso - El apartamento nuevo, con todo lo necesario, limpio, acogedor,bien situado ,.. Lo mejor , Paulina ,la persona que se encarga de que nuestra estancia sea estupenda Las zonas comunes ( edificio, entrada, recepción,jardines,aparcamiento)muy dejadas y viejas, los ascensores idem, la piscina principal no la disfrutamos porque estaba en obras , la otra.. bastante sucia… Muy muy mejorable el recinto en general
• Dinu (10/5): Cand ne vom intoarce in Tenerife am vrea sa stam in acest loc! - Apartamentul este foarte curat si utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Mobilierul este nou si modern. Privelistea de pe balcon este foarte frumoasa. Aproape de Siam Park, de plaja si de statia de autobuze Costa Adeje. Un aer conditionat ar fi necesar. (Exista doua ventilatoare de aer dar nu suficiente.)
• Ann (1/5): Would not recommend - Apartment was fine. Location was good but nothing was good about the property site. 2 weeks of noise and construction works. Very poor facilities, main pool was closed with 1 days notice. Glorified building site, constant noise throughout the day, renovations with drills and hammers in other apartments, definitely not a 3 star hotel.
• Andrea (9/5): molto molto soddisfatto! - Mi è piaciuto pressoché tutto, posizione, camera, servizi, piscina, veramente una bella bella struttura L’unica cosa che manca in camera è un condizionatore peró ti fanno trovare un ventilatore in compenso.

• Zoltán (7/5): - A szoba szépen fel volt újítva, a kilátás mesés a tengerre. Az épületben éppen felújítás zajlott, ezért a lépcsőház kissé koszos volt, nem mosták fel minden nap.
• VALERIIA (10/5): - Great location, well-kept apartment, had everything you need for your stay. Beaches, restaurants, shops are 5 minutes walk away. Bus station nearby. Nicoletta was very polite and attentive, she allowed us to stay until lunch without any problems, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely come back again.
• Valeriia (10/5): Highly recommended — we had a great stay! - We stayed here for 9 days and absolutely loved it! The apartment was very clean, bright, and nicely renovated. Beautiful ocean view from the window. There’s no air conditioning, but the curtains block the sunlight well, so it was still comfortable. Excellent location — just 2 minutes from the bus station, which means the airport bus stops very close. Great way to save on taxi costs. It’s also a great connection point for traveling to other cities in the region. It’s very convenient if you don’t plan to rent a car — public transport can take you to many interesting places. The kitchen had everything we needed, with lots of dishes and cooking tools. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s a large wardrobe with plenty of space. Also, cleaning supplies were available, so it was easy to keep the place tidy. We were pleasantly surprised to find many towels and even a beach umbrella — very thoughtful! The pool was also clean and well maintained. Highly recommended — we had a great stay!
• Timur (10/5): Home away from home! - Had an amazing week in Tenerife. The apartment is cozy, very clean and in a great location. There is a nice swimming pool and free parking. Beach, restaurants and shops 3 minutes walk away. Siam park and shopping mall a short walk from the appartment. Highly recommend the place for vacation in Tenerife.

• Tetiana (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments with incredible sea view. The location is very cool, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sun loungers, the water in the pool is warm. The apartments have everything you need. There is a powerful fan that really helps on hot days. I would like to especially praise the host! She is very kind and will help with any of your questions. In general, everything was perfect, there are no minuses, we really liked it!

• Valgeir (8/5): Very good - Apartment 409 is bright and beautiful. Nice balcony with a table and 4 chairs and a view to the sea. We felt comfortable for 5 weeks, comfortable beds and a bathroom with a good shower and everything we needed in the kitchen. Pavlína the supervisor was very nice. The only problem was that the drinking water is dirty, which was not our fault as we used bottled water for all meals. We can easily consider renting the apartment again. • Donna (9/5): Really great stay with a great host. - The apartment was really clean and modern, with a beautiful view. The owner contacted me before and during the stay and was very helpful. The hotel was close to restaurants and bars, we didn't have to use any transport during our stay. I would defiantly stay here again. There wasn't a safe, but the owner has told me that one is going to be installed. The hotel itself was a little tired and the pool didn't get cleaned as often as I would like.

• Parinya (7/5): great stay in a good location close to everything - location location, just off Siam Park. we stayed for 10 days here so important that we can walk around in all directions, very close to Siam Mall and Siam park, close enough to walk toward port and Playa de Fanabe beach. also for a good long walk to Playa De las Americas. property is new renovated and looks clean. some facilities not working when we arrived, but owner tried her best to accommodate it. swimming pool is fine and relaxing, the building and elevator is a bit torn down.
