Apartamento térreo novo , super confortável e amplo, tem um pequeno pátio, seguro, cama ótima, banho muito bom, cozinha toda equipada e com lava louças , localizado próximo a mercados e restaurantes, 2 linhas de transporte urbano passam na frente mas é possível ir caminhando até o centro em 15 minutos. Zona boa , segura. Super recomendo. Tudo perfeito.

• Anja (10/5): Fantastic Stay – Clean, Well-Equipped, and Perfect Location! - We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also great —just a 5-minute tram ride to the city center, and the tram stop is right in front of the building, making it verry convenient. One of the biggest highlights was the included parking spot in the garage, which is a huge bonus in the city.
