- Bianka (1/5): - Ár-érték arányban tisztában voltunk vele hogy nem a Hilton fog engem és a barátnőmet fogadni, azonban a külső körülményeket meglátva, az érkezésünktől számított 30 másodpercen belül távoztunk is. A köszönés hiánya illetve a méltatlan fogadtatás “hova tegyük ezeket” megjegyzés úgy gondolom hogy ingyen sem lenne elfogadható. Ajándék éjszaka? Köszönjük szépen ingyen se kéne és ezt tanácsolom annak is aki erre adná a fejét.
- Horváth (1/5): Kritikán aluli! - Nem volt olyan ami tetszett volna 🤮 Borzasztó volt már az udvar is ahova bementünk. Minden felé lomok és elhasznált matracok voltak elszórva. Az épület ahol a szállás lett volna koszos, düledező, lelakott volt. Munkásszállásnak sem lehetne kiadni. Senkinek nem ajánlom.!!! Mi sem maradtunk itt! Szerencsére találtunk Gyulakeszin kulturált helyet.

A lakrészben nem volt fűtés,a 20 perces ott tartózkodásunk alatt 2x elment az áram.Hiába is kaptunk volna hősugázót,nem tudtuk volna használni. A mellékhelység közel sem volt tiszta-megnéztük. Hogy tudtunk volna meleg vízzel zuhanyozni,ha nem volt fűtés? A konyharészben az egyik pohárban valami zavaros folyadék volt,a hűtő polc nélküli,piszkos,a szobában a lepedő szintén. Ez badacsonytomaji bérlemény. A felső szintről nem ajánlottak fel szobát,csak Tapolcára küldtek volna át. De mi Tomajban szerettünk volna bérelni,mert másnap onnét indultunk volna útra. Új szállást kellett keresni aznap estére,ami újabb kiadással járt,mert ide már kifizettem13eft-ot,amit természetesen nem kaptunk vissza. Távozásunk után nem telefonáltak,hogy meg tudjunk egyezni esetleg. Nem ajánlom a szállást senkinek.

Umazan apartma, kuhinja umazana,kopalnica umazana, ponoči je bilo zelo hladno zeblo nas je. Kopalnice zaradi umazanije nismo upali koristiti. Zaradi tega smo apartma zapustili po eni noči četudi smo plačali dve.

Az embert telefonon az utolso pillanatban egy masik helyszinre iranyitjak, ahol padlasfeljaro-jellegu lepcson megyunk fel a cigarettaszagu felso szobaba, ahol a tv arccal az agyra fektetve, a falakbol kabelek lognak. Menekultunk. Meg ravettek, hogy egy masik helyszinuket is nezzuk meg. Az is ugyanilyen volt. Siro kisgyerekekkel kezdtunk -2 fokban este 9-kor szallast keresni barhol mashol a Balaton partjan.

- Ibolya (1/5): Szörnyű - Egyedül a kilátás, ami tetszett. Hatalmas csalódás volt! A retro széteső bútorok még elviselhetőek lennének valahogy, de az a mocsok, ami ott van, az katasztrófa!! A falból lógnak a konnektorok, kapcsolók. Konkrétan életveszélyes! 2 éjszakát fizettünk ki, de a másodikat nem ott töltöttük, inkább elmenekültünk.

- Viktória (7/5): Nem olyan rossz, mint amiket írnak! - Én is, mint sokan elolvastam a véleményeket...elképzeltem a legroszabb helyzetet... Kellemes csalódás ért... Tisztaság volt a szobánkban, a fürdő is tiszta volt, a konyha is rendben volt.(ami ugye normális lenne egy apartman, Panzio stb helyen, de ugye itt rengeteg panasz volt erre (is)) Mi csak egy éjszakára szálltunk meg itt, de kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Volt hinta is az udvaron a 2 évesünknek (nem modern, új, de használható és stabil) Összeségében jó volt. Az én ágyam kegyetlen nyikorgott és állandóan felkelt rá a kisfiam 😅 Ha a luxust keresed nem ez a te helyed, de ne higyj el minden negatív kritikát sem!

- Tuliomg (1/5): This is a SCAM, avoid it like the plague. Trust the reviews, dont stay here. - My favourite thing about this stay was that booking.com cancelled 2 out of 3 paid nights here, allowing me to freely leave this dumpster. The floating shit on the toilet was the least of this place's problems. This is a SCAM. Pure and simple, it is a scam. The owner asks for EXTRA MONEY upon arrival, justifying to cover the costs of bed linen (???), electricity (???), cleaning (it was not clean), and wifi (it had no working wifi). The owner has a weakling thug to enforce the rules, and this guy was trying to force me to SIGN A CONTRACT with them. The contract was a standard long-term rental agreement, which leads me to believe that they are either (a) making you pay a lot more money, or (b) using your signature on this lease contract for tax fraud. Either way, I of course did not sign it. There are several other issues, such as: - beds are not beds, they are coaches. - overall very dirty, full of dust and crumbles all over the place. - which creates a million flies and mosquitos, making the stay extra unpleasant. - there are no pots and pans, silverware, cups or plates. Even if it had, there is no dish soap. This is a funny place. The location is good, if the owner was less lazy and sleazy by trying to commit tax or money fraud, they could earn money here. This place has beds for 10+ people, and I was the only person there. Such a waste of potential.

They schedule more guests than they can accommodate. It's disappointing to leave someone without a place to stay. Overrun accommodation.
