• Amy (1/5): Front door has no deadbolt…in a rough area…you do the math - Nothing, this place is an absolute dump, literally couldn’t stay here and had to book a hotel instead The whole place seems really unsanitary, there’s no professional finish to any flooring/trim/paint there’s nails on the ground just rolling about. There’s no deadbolt on the door so anyone could literally break it down in 30 seconds flat! The place is really rough with people shouting and glass breaking downstairs.

• Mark (2/5): Very disappointed and very frustrated with staff - It was clean and the location There were no towels, door handle missing off bedroom, washing did not work, TV did not work, fire alarm bleeping, no light in bathroom bedroom window did not open. Staff were very unhelpful and made false promises about repairs, very disappointed

• Sarah (1/5): Please read previous reviews before booking. - Great location. Given instructions to collect keys from a secure box. Keys were not in the box. Waited an hour for host to bring keys and as a result missed the first 20mins of a show that we had paid a small fortune to see. Floor is unbelievably creaky, I've never heard anything like it in my life. As previous reviews have said, the bathroom light does not work. There were no towels. No bedding for the sofa bed.

THE OWNERS IS SOMEONE WHO IS A SCAMMER B Y ADVERTISING A DECENT APARTMENT AND BETTERING ON THE LOCATION ONLY TO HAVE GUESTS ARRIVE, HAVE TO CLIMB 3 FLOORS --NO ELEVATOR-- TO GET TO A PLACE THAT WREAKS OF MARIJUANA. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! AND YOU CANT DO A THING ABOUT IT ONCE YOU GET TO THIS PLACE . THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING IT BACK. STAY AWAY! EVERYTHING. JUST AN AWFUL AWFUL PLACE.

• Mariana (10/5): Great stay in London - Everything was clean and convenient to use for family with a baby. Also, the host Adam was very pleasant and kind. I bothered him with a hundred questions and he patiently provided all the necessary hell to us. I highly recommend this place. The tap in the shower needs TLC.
• Kate (4/5): Disappointing - Not much It was advertised as having a TV, Wifi and a kettle but none of that was in the property. I feel like asking for some money back.
• Nafesa (4/5): Disappointing - Although the host was kind, unfortunately, the place had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I did ask if we could leave later the next day as compensation for this issue but to no avail.
• Nicki (6/5): Disappointed stay all in all, especially as i chose it for its proximity to Guys hospital! - Location was fab Lots of things advertised for the apartment which were not available which was a shame. No TV, wifi didn’t work, heating didn’t work, had to stand on toilet to turn bathroom light on (but then found a pull cord in bathroom cabinet so made a temporary repair which we thought would be safer!) This particular issue has been bought up before on a review.

• Steven (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, warm and available late at night at very short notice. The bed was comfortable and warm. These are what I wanted from a single-night stay. Bathroom light cord is broken nearly back to the ceiling rose. I couldn't find it until I almost left, but then I (at 5'11"/179cm tall) had to jump to reach it. Most people would not be able to turn the light on.
