• cindie (10/5): Luxury stay after hiking in Patagonia - This is a beautiful property that is well managed. We enjoyed the luxury of line hotel before we headed into the park for a week. The breakfast was wonderful! We relaxed and enjoyed the facilities. We bought salads to go for our evening meal. We ate in the central room with the incredible view.

• Genevieve (10/5): - Beautiful two room hotel with very responsive and kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay here, and were able to leave our luggage here for an overnight in TdP. It’s best for those who are renting a car given it is outside of town, though it is easy enough to get an Uber or a taxi.
• Marie (10/5): Amazing experience! - Great hotel! The facility was clean & tidy, & the owner (Benjamin) & his family were super personable & friendly! We had early mornings planned, so we appreciated that the staff prepared us lunch for our hikes since we weren’t able to make breakfast. It was truly a fantastic experience & I would highly recommend this facility to anyone visiting the area! It was a bit challenging to locate the property as our Google directions couldn’t quite pick up the location/address that was provided.

• Claudia (8/5): Great Stay :) Some communication needed for payment arrangements - We very much enjoyed the stay especially the view, the space in the room and in the bathroom - everything was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was also very nice and beautifully arranged :) We were a little disappointed that we were not told that we could not pay in USD via credit card. In that case we would have probably paid cash in USD, such that we could avoid paying taxes. Paying the next day (which would have given us a chance to arrange for cash-USD) was also not possible. In the end, we paid in CLP and therefore, we also paid taxes. We were allowed to check out an hour later, which was great, but we probably would have chosen a different hotel as it is also a little pricey, even more with taxes. We were a little disappointed that we were not told that we could not pay in USD via credit card. In that case we would have probably paid cash in USD, such that we could avoid paying taxes. • Seth (10/5): Will very highly recommend it, particularly if you have a rental car. - Everything about the facilities was excellent. While the location is beautiful, it is a little tough to get to and from if you are not driving your own vehicle. It took us 3 tries to get a cab to take us back after dinner in town. If we still had our rental car at that point, there would have been no issues.

Laura the manager is very nice and hospitalable, made wonderful breakfast for us and gave us good referrals for restaurants. We rented two units and we have the living room for ourselves most of the time. The units are clean and very roomly.
• Alexandra (10/5): Quiet gem of place - The view from the room is amazing. Breakfast is tasty and filling. Laura provided wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Quiet location with only 3 rooms. Great place to unwind after spending time out hiking. Facility communicates with you through WhatsApp so make sure you have the app Liked everything. Just keep in mind that it is located on a gravel road (common for that area of Chile) and about a 10-minute drive from restaurants in Puerto Natales

Great communication with Laura and lovely to meet when we arrived..the place is remote but exactly what we wanted . Taxis into town , arrive quickly and cheap so not an issue . We loved it . • Thea (10/5): Quiet, exceptional comfort and beautiful rooms with wonderful views of the water. - The location was a bit tricky as it is tucked away about 1.5 km out of main town centre. It is architecturally built, small boutique hotel. Laura (Owner) was in regular contact via what's app and gave directions and answered any queries. You would need a car. The room was large, soft comfy beds, beautiful views across the water and it was very quiet. The bathroom is large, heated and had a bath and shower, hair dryer etc. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in throughout our time in Chile and Argentina. The dining room/ breakfast area is in a separate room with views and Jocelyn will cook eggs as you like them. Small, quiet , luxurious and just what we needed after Torres del Paine. Would definite;y recommend this hotel to others. It was perfect

• Mathilde (10/5): Perfect - We had a perfect stay in the Line hotel. The view from the rooms and the breakfast area is breathtaking. Laura was really helpful when we needed a taxi to get to the city center, and we enjoyed the restaurants she recommended. The rooms are big, stylish and the towels and bed linen are of great quality. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here for a couple of days.

• Gail (10/5): You can't go wrong with this hotel. - The owner Laura went above and beyond for us. She booked bus tickets for us, made dinner reservation for us and arranged taxis. She is so friendly and helpful. We were leaving very early on departure day (4:00AM) and she had coffee maker ready to go for us and a "to go" breakfast to tide us over until we arrived in Torres Del Pain. Very clean and lots of hot water. We liked everything. The hotel is about 5 km from the center of town so a taxi is needed to get there. Taxis were very reasonable.

Although we arrived after dark and left before sunrise to get into the park, the room and common area was so nice and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. The hosts were lovely and very communicative which was great. We would have loved to stay longer.

Antonieta and Ben were wonderful hosts- arranged taxis, stored our luggage. Taxi drivers sometimes get lost getting to the hotel.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Everything provided. it is a bit tricky to find with no sign - only the street number.

And when we had to go to Torres del Paine National Park we had our breakkie on time and super early; -> Our room has a gorgeous view; -> Very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay; -> The restaurants we ate at were so delicious. The owner dropped us off at the restaurant Santolla. So sweet of her. Not the hotel's fault: -> Be aware that the hotel is 3km from the town. If you walk it is like an hour's walk, but the walk is beautiful. -> There is NO Uber. So if you want to order a taxi, you can always call them.

It's more like an airbnb than a proper hotel. Friendly husband and wife owners. Taxi from downtown costs 5000 clp. Common area where you have breakfast or drinks is big and beautifully designed too. 10 minutes from airport. Easy parking on premises. Highly recommended unless you want to stay walking distance to the sea and downtown. Husband is a fly fishing guide too.

• Cesarmzp (10/5): Puerto Natales gem! - The view from any hotel room in this location is unbeatable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for hikes and taxi drivers to move us around town, and they checked-in via Whatsapp to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The common area for breakfast and bar is gorgeous, and they also allowed us to arrange very early breakfast to go on a very early hike to Torres del Paine. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here. In addition to this, the rooms was beautiful, had modern furniture, comfortable beds, and a well equipped bathroom. Nothing! It was fabulous!
• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - This was my favorite place I stayed in Patagonia. I stayed at 4 different places and this was my favorite. It's 5 minutes by car out of town, super quiet, and the views are incredible. The staff is super kind and accommodating. I checked in at 10:30pm and they made it work. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quieter more beautiful stay.
