They have free water refill, and when we left something behind, I came back a couple of days later to get it The door on our room was constantly a pain, kept having to ask the staff to help us lock and unlock the door. Ants kept coming through the wall sockets and would climb into our bags. No hot water in shower

• Emma (10/5): Brilliant hotel to stay at to explore the town - The pool was lovely and cool! There was Hamocks by the pool, the rooms were clean and comfy. It was also a good location! Walking distance from everything, crazy good value for money!!!! Air con was also good

• Ilse (9/5): Nice place, really great bed - This place is located in a quiet area, about a 15 min walk from the centre. The staff is friendly, the room very clean and the bed fantastic. The aircon is very silent, so I had a great sleep. Warm water isn't available al of the time. So if you need that, look for another place. If you enjoy a refreshing shower after a hot day, this is the place for you.

Spacious room with all that's needed Also a nice swimming pool although that attracts screaming children! WiFi was good A little bit out of town but still walkable and Tuk tuks are cheap. Great value during the week but rather pricey at weekends and holidays

Не было горячей воды - я понимаю, что она нагревается в баках на крыше, но у меня её не было даже в жаркий солнечный день, пока не сказал об этом на ресепшн. Сначала я просто не мог понять, в чём дело. Присутствуют насекомые в номере

It is an older building and has a charm and character that new hotels lack. My room was on the top floor, and I didn't like climbing all the stairs.

Good, quiet and effective a/c in my room. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel if visiting Kampot again.

• Stuart (10/5): Perfect budget accommodation! - I stayed at Ahha for two days in March 2026 and ended up returning because I enjoyed it so much. The accommodation was excellent. My room was was big & the shower was powerful and the bed was large and extremely comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day exploring. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. If you’re visiting Kampot and looking for somewhere comfortable, relaxing, and great value with wonderful staff, this is a fantastic place to stay. I would happily return. The stairs to the 5th floor.

• P.J.M. DANGER (7/5): Des amélioration sont à prévoir - "Un havre de paix avec piscine, loin du tumulte" Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement ! L'emplacement, légèrement en retrait du centre-ville, s'est révélé être un véritable atout : nous avons profité de nuits parfaitement calmes et réparatrices, loin de l'agitation et du bruit. Le clou du spectacle ? La piscine ! Après une journée de visites, nous avions notre oasis privée pour nous détendre en toute sérénité. Un luxe rare lorsqu'on voyage ! Pourtant, le centre reste facilement accessible. L'équilibre idéal entre tranquillité, confort et proximité des animations "Déçus par plusieurs aspects essentiels" Cependant, notre séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Accessibilité : Installés au 4ème étage à près de 70 ans, nous avons trouvé cela particulièrement difficile au quotidien. Revoir l'attribution des chambres pour les personnes de plus de 60 ans. Propreté : Le ménage n'est passé que tous les 3 jours. À ce rythme, l'accumulation se fait vite sentir. Confort : L'eau chaude a fait défaut pendant tout le séjour, malgré mes réclamations quotidiennes. Résultat : douches froides pendant une semaine. Hygiène : des odeurs d'égouts remontaient régulièrement par l'écoulement de la douche. Inacceptable et écœurant. Ces désagréments cumulés gâchent l'expérience. Dommage, car l'emplacement avait du potentiel.

• Sylvie (7/5): Ok pour un court séjour - AHHA Chambre et salle de bain propre, wifi ok , il faut rajouter 5€/jour si vous voulez la clim , pas d'eau chaude, même si il fait chaud l'eau tiède peut-être appréciée ,petite piscine sympa, attention 5 étages sans ascenseur, peu de chambres ont vu sur le jardin et la piscine contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Hotel un peu loin du centre , à peu près une trentaine de minutes de marche à pied, pas du tout les 400 m indiqués sur Booking. Quant au parc de Bokor , il n'est pas à une minute mais à 1h tuk tuk . Disons que la prestation vaut le prix demandé .Mais le personnel est très aimable. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner juste en face à l'ellipse coffee, ouvert dés 7 am, très bons cafés ,sandwichs et ''viennoiseries''. Il y a apparemment '' deux centres'' , le côté Riverside est bien plus joli et agréable , avec sa longue promenade longeant le fleuve, ses illuminations constantes, restos et bars. Mais sûrement plus cher .

We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, dus daar kan ik niks over zeggen. De airco op de kamer was prettig. Het bed was erg hard. De wifi was onstabiel en de douch was koud.

Gleich gegenüber gibt es ein kleines Kaffee, wo man gut frühstücken kann. Für uns war es etwas zu weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. In der Umgebung gab es kaum Restaurants.

A peine arrivés, ils nous ont installé un frigidaire dans la chambre. L’hôtel offre un havre de paix au bord de la piscine très bien entretenue. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux et pour l’attention que vous portez à vos clients. Tout était parfait.

It was more far from center than I thought, so I couldn't walk with blisters on my feed, but tuktuk are easily available. Nice pool to cool yourself down. Noisy at the morning: other guest leaving from hotel, cleaning and from somewhere neighborhood really loud music. There are very few restaurants nearby and those were always closed when I wanted to eat. You need to ask separately thing(cleaning, water bottles, towels). The room floor is really slippery when wet. First evening I felt right to my hip/ass(nothing was broken) when coming out of bathroom after shower. Little mat at the front of the bathroom could help.

• Eva (7/5): Eher nur für kurzen Aufenthalt - Die Räume sind groß und sauber, bequeme Betten.. Man ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner Pool zur Erfrischung. Das Personal war zwar scheinbar sehr freundlich, hat aber leider bei Fragen oder kleineren Anliegen nicht helfen können bzw. wollen. In der Nachbarschaft sind Hunde, die die ganze Nacht bellen. Dafür kann allerdings das Hotel nichts.
