Other places we have stayed in at Docklands, the noise from outside (music, general night life noise, traffic) was more noticeable. Power points on both sides of bed for phone chargers (amazing how often this detail is neglected!). Shower head in ensuite didn't seem to function correctly - would only work on the high pressure massage setting, not the regular shower head function. No tea towel provided.

Close to restaurants and public transport The price was quiet expensive for one night and the room was too small for two adults. We assumed our room was going to be larger with a comfortable size living space as we looked at the room size before we booked. We will be mindful for next time to book a larger room.

- Zee (1/5): Don't waste your money. You will be disappointed - Our experience with Sebel Docklands was extremely disappointing and far below what you would expect from such a well-known brand. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer experience is not a priority. The staff were not only rude, but also appeared poorly trained and completely indifferent to guest concerns. There was no sense of care, professionalism, or accountability at any level. The condition of the room was unacceptable. Cleanliness standards were clearly lacking, with visible hairs left in the shower — something that should never be overlooked in any hotel, let alone one operating under a major brand. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support or follow-up. There were no duty managers available, phones went unanswered, and no one took ownership of resolving the issues. Despite escalating our concerns, there was zero communication or care shown from management — including the General Manager — or from Accor themselves. This experience does not reflect the values that Accor claims to uphold. It felt like no one on-site or within the organisation was willing to take responsibility or genuinely care about their guests. We strongly recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. This was a horrible experience from start to finish, and one we have now escalated further, including to the media. - Robyn (6/5): Great location but if stayed again would request not to have that room - The location was great. Very handy to tram stops, Southbank and good restaurants. Pool and spa area facilities were excellent as was the cafe on site. Helpful friendly staff at reception. The apartment was incredibly small. The bed took up the whole bedroom so you could hardly move around the bed. The bathroom was also very compact with no vanity space, pretty much just a sink. The bathroom floor was in beed of a good clean. Wifi was almost non existent in the bedroom and quite sporadic in the lounge /kitchen area. The TV had very few standard channels. Mainly subscription based options like Netflix etc. so some instructions on how to operate it would have been useful. The outside windows were also very dusty and dirty.
