• Paz (10/5): Comfortable hotel in the centre of the city - The apartment are comfortable, have plenty of light and a view. They are close to the action with plenty of restaurants and bars. I would really recommend as a great value hotel It was a bit noisy with the bars arround, but nothing disturbed our sleep. There's no lift, so you have yo walk up stairs.
• 敏慧 (8/5): - 1.24小時都有櫃檯，櫃檯人員都很親切都會主動打招呼，也都能夠用英語簡單溝通，並儘量滿足我們的需求（礦泉水、掃房間、被子、多要一張房卡⋯⋯） 2.離范五老街、濱城市場很近，幾乎可步行抵達 3.以這樣的價格來說，CP值非常高，四人房住五晚不到六千台幣 4.如果提早入住可以寄放行李 5.因為聲音的問題，我們想換房間，也很阿莎力讓我們換到高樓層的房間 6.他們有好幾棟同名的旅館都在同一條街，我們換房間後是住在一棟一樓是理髮廳的旅館，但也不用擔心因為門口有磁扣需要逼卡才能進去，滿安全的 7.他們的房間沒有照騙，都是真實拍的 1.大部分非飯店的這種小民宿都沒有電梯，如果有長輩出遊或行李很多的人要再考慮 2.因為離夜店街很近，所以低樓層的房間容易有噪音，怕聲音的話應該可以提早跟飯店聯絡要高樓層的房間 3.會有小蟲子小螞蟻 4.換房間前的房間馬桶蓋有點問題但吹風機很強，換房間後的房間廁所抽風在廁所外面（？），就有點有一好沒兩好的感覺

The noise was not a problem for us at any time of the day despite a few reviews saying it bothered them, we heard no music or noise from the street even when it was busy. There were quite a few ants in the room despite it being on the 5th floor! It wasn’t a total infestation but it made the stay slightly uncomfortable, can’t bring food or anything into the room as it would make the matter worse. The room was on the 5th floor with no elevator which was unpleasant to climb in hot heat. When we arrived they moved us to their sister hotel as it must have been overbooked, the amenities were a lot more basic in the sister hotel but it sufficed.

• Lejonet (8/5): Convenient stay inn a good location - Location is good and rooms are fine. Barhroom has good waterpressure. Beware with the heater because it is very effective and hot. You have to put on water and feel the heat and adjust it to your preference. Every mm you turn the handle to the left...it changes significantly. Once you find it comfortable and fine the temperatur will be stable Now you know. Although it says there is a safetybox in the room, in the description on Booking, there was'nt any. At least not in room 1A or 1B which we stayed in . Even if it feels that the hotel itself is safe since there always are some staff sitting at the gate, I dont feel comfortable leaving passports/money/laptop in room. All theese are to vital and important when you are travelling. If they get lost.......you will be in deep trouble which also will destroy your plans for your travels.

There's almost no room for parking a bike and even if you find a place the workers move your bike and squeeze it somewhere else wothout you knowing. One morning a came down to my bike parked outside and i find out that the owner put on my bike a rent sign for his own advertisment even though i did not rent the bike from him. And when i confornted him about it he tried to weasle his way out of the inconviniance . STAINS ON THE BLANKET AND TOWELS

• Ricardo (8/5): Stairs and lied about the shuttle bus - Easy access Stairs to the 5th floor. The bus payed was a two layer sleeper with less and vip. Wow this was a shot hole. The bus is probably 30 years old and falling apart. We stopped 3 time so the driver could fix his seat. With the about of times the driver blows the horn. Not sure how any body could sleep. Paid $400,000 value $150,000. The stop for food not good take a lunch. Better yet don't take any services from this hotel. And request lower floor or move.

Очень приятный персонал, сотрудник с ресепшена принял нас поздней ночью, помог поднять до номера чемоданы, при выселении также помог с чемоданами до такси. Отель находится в оживленном районе, рядом полно кафешек, пешая доступность до центра города с его достопримечательностями. По соотношению цена/качество можно рекомендовать.

• Fahad (5/5): - الموقع بجانب walking street دقيقه لتصل، وقريب من سوق بن ثانه تقريباً 15دقيقه مشي. واغلب المطاعم قريبه منك وفي مطاعم هنديه بجانب الفندق المفارش كلها يوجد بها بقع، وكذلك الفوط واخبرتهم بالتغيير ولكن للأسف احضروا لي فيها بقع كذلك حتى تتقزز من النوم بها، هي ليست مرئيه ولكن عند التركيز بها. الحمام ضيق جدا جداَ لا انصح للسكن به لأصحاب الأجسام والأوزان الكبيره لأنه سوف يصعب عليكم استخدام الحمام. في فترة الصباح دائماً تخرج رائحة سجائر من المكيف لا ادري كيف؟ هل في شخص يدخن في الأعلى او ماذا؟. الغرفه الخاصه بي في الطابق الثالث ولا يوجد مصعد في الفندق، لذلك متعب جداً الدخول والخروج لأن إرتفاع البنايه عالي جداً فلذلك توجد معاناه كبيره في هذا الشأن عند صعود الدرج، وأيضاً توجد صعوبه في تحميل الأغراض للأعلى.

• MIKHAIL (5/5): Регулярно проводить чистки систем кондиционирования воздуха. Их загрязнение может влиять на здоровья гостей отеля! Прове - Отсутствие лифта, высокие узкие ступени. Персонал не помогает с чемоданами, приходится поднимать самим. Очень грязный кондиционер и вентилятор в первом номере. В нём же выбивало электричества каждые пять минут. Переселили во второй номер. Но там воняло техническим спиртом, (видимо, пролили бутылку антисептика) сказали, скоро выветрится. Но к утру, проснувшись в номере, мы всё ещё ощущали этот ужасный запах.
• MIKHAIL (5/5): Провести гениальную уборку систем кондиционирование! Это не безопасно для здоровья жильцов. Проводить такие чистки регул - Хорошее месторасположение. В номере для такого типа отеля всё есть. Отсутствие лифта, высокие узкие ступени. Персонал не помогает поднимать чемоданы, приходится самим. Очень грязный кондиционер и вентилятор в первом номере. В нём же выбивало электричества каждые пять минут. Переселили во второй номер. Но там воняло техническим спиртом, (видимо, пролили бутылку антисептика) сказали, скоро выветрится. • Fabbiano (9/5): Perfect place for last couple of nights in Vietnam - Perfect position. Really simple place that overall was perfect for my last night before going to the airport. In the centre of the city, 3 mins walk to the bus station bringing to the airport. Overall, clean, nice bed and clean bathrooms. The personal working extremily kind and smiley. There was a little confusion with a bag, but the stuff was ready to help out right away, even at 2 am. Super kind! Highly recommend it!

• Guest (10/5): - Отличный отель. Лучше соотношение цена-качество. Дружелюбный хозяин. Я всегда стараюсь зарезервировать номер в этом отеле, когда я бываю в Хошимине. Но иногда свободных номеров нет. Поэтому, этот отель лучше резервировать заранее.
