• Sahin (8/5): Ein besonderen Dank an den Sicherheitsmann. Er hat wirklich uns jederzeit geholfen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön die - Jede Ecke von der Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, ob es die Küche ist oder die untere Etage mit Sauna Hamam Kino Raum und auch der Außenbereich wirklich sehr, sehr schön!! Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig abgelegen. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wo man kurz hinlaufen könnte also müsste man mobil sein. Außerdem gibt es Punkte Abzüge wegen der Baustelle, die täglich ab 8:00 Uhr morgens bis abends sehr sehr aktiv war. Wer hier nicht früh ins Bett geht, wird nicht ausschlafen können.

La salle de cinéma était exceptionnelle ! À une dizaine de minutes en voiture du centre de Marrakesh l’emplacement est parfait

• Катя (9/5): Отличный вариант для компании друзей или большой семьи! - Сама вилла, она прекрасна, три спальни, хороший кинотеатр, сауна и хамам (правда, ими мы не смогли воспользоваться), кухня со всей необходимой посудой, удобные кровати и хорошие банные принадлежности Пожалуй, могу отметить только расположение, вилла находится в месте, где сейчас активно ведется строительство, могут будить по утрам работники соседних вилл, а также электричество не вытянуло сауну и свет на всей вилле, от этого пришлось отказаться, хотя могло бы быть дополнительным жирным плюсом

• pervez (4/5): Overall the expectation was not meet sadly - Property looks good I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding our recent stay at the villa, as it did not provide value for the money charged and was a very unpleasant experience overall. Despite the property being advertised with numerous facilities, many of them were either not functional or unusable throughout our stay. On the first day, the heating system was not working, and the villa was extremely cold. Unfortunately, one of our guests became unwell due to the freezing conditions and had to cut the trip short and return home. When we contacted the designated point of contact, we were informed that the issue was related to electricity; however, the lighting in the villa was functioning normally, which made the explanation unclear and unconvincing. Additionally, the sauna—which was one of the primary reasons for booking this property—did not work at any point during our stay. The surrounding area is still under construction, and there is no established community. Persistent construction noise significantly disrupted our sleep and overall comfort. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were too cold to use, making these facilities effectively unavailable. Privacy was also a major concern, as security personnel or caretakers entered the property without any prior notice, which was both uncomfortable and unacceptable. Furthermore, the home cinema system was not functional. While it could be switched on, it was not possible to play any content, rendering it unusable. In summary, although the villa was advertised as being fully equipped, most of the facilities were either non-operational or impractical to use. This resulted in a highly disappointing stay and fell well below reasonable expectations. I hope you will review this matter seriously and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

• Daniel (10/5): Marrakech is nice but the villa made it better ! - The villa manager will sort out all of your needs they were very very helpful my brother had ruptured Achilles but the property was still accessible for him. Clean so many amenities the breakfast is amazing the security is nice , I can’t complain at all this is proper value for money

• ABO OMAR (9/5): فيلا رائعة جدا وجميلة في كل شيء نظافة وترتيب وجودة آثاث ولكن إذا تم إصلاح مكيف الغرفة الرئيسية - اعجبني بأن الفيلا كانت مجهزة من كل شيء تقريبا من غرف النوم والبدروم حيث السينما وتجهيزات المطبخ كذلك رائعة ومكتملة الذي لم يعجبني حقا ويعتبر افسد علي فرحتي بالإستمتاع بكل شيء جميل في هذه الفيلا هوا أن الغرفة الرئيسية الماستر التي انام بها مكيفها لا يعمل وجاوا بمكسف خارجي صغير لا فائدة منه ويجب ان يبقي البلكونة مفتوحة حتى يخرج انبوب الهواء الساخن حارج الغرفة كان شيئا مزعجا جدا وبالإضافة فأن حمام البخار والساونا لم يكونا يعملان ديكور فقط

• Ayoub (10/5): Me & my wife had an incredible stay, we loved the home and everything it has from all amenities to the extra securit - Was truly amazed by this beautiful property, from the entrance to the rooftop, every detail is amazing. Very clean and the diversity of the amenities makes it feel like home and we didn’t want to leave. We also enjoyed having a private security that makes it feel more safe and having a cinema & hammam was beyond the expectations. Highly recommended

• Aashmi (1/5): Pathetic - The cleaning staff were good Review of Villa Tolede, Casa Edition, Marrakesh (5-night stay: 10th-15th October) Our stay at Villa Tolede, managed by Saad, turned into an unfortunate experience. On 13th October, a heavy rainstorm with hail hit around 5:00 pm. The house's drainage system failed to handle the overflow, resulting in severe flooding throughout the property. Water came through the doors and from the roof, flooding all the bedrooms, the lounge area, and the basement, where the sauna and home theatre were located. The basement had ankle-deep water, and the entire house became damp and unlivable. We immediately contacted Saad, but it took him over 4 hours to respond, despite the emergency. The house was in no condition to stay in, yet instead of offering a suitable alternative, we were cramped into two small flats, which we declined, given their poor reviews. They also gave us a villa but it was only accommodating 6 people and not 8 people. They initially offered to refund two nights (13th and 14th) to compensate for the inconvenience, and we have voice recordings of Saad assuring this. However, Saad later backtracked, saying the refund was conditional on us leaving a good review. Eventually, they only offered compensation for one night, blackmailing us again only if we gave a positive review. Saad's handling of the situation was unprofessional and deceptive. His false promises kept us at the property despite our pleas. As foreigners, stranded at 11 pm with nowhere else to go, we were left in a distressing situation. We had 4 elderly people who needed their medication and were also a fall risk with the water The house itself is in poor condition – leaking roofs, damp walls, peeling plaster, and a persistent damp smell. We have videos and photos to back this up. Additionally, the location is far from amenities and situated in a noisy construction zone with unfinished properties all around. This is not an ideal area to enjoy the beauty of Marrakesh.

Made our stay very pleasant and was on hand to help with any issues or inquiries even when it didn’t necessarily concern the accommodation. Thank you so much Saad :) The only thing I didn’t like was the environment, whilst the villa itself exceeded expectations, it happened to be located in a developing area surrounded by uncompleted buildings and that made us worried at first but we settled in quickly and it didn’t bother us anymore after a few days.
