• valentino (1/5): Un film horror - A parte essere in centro nulla Casa in uno stato pietoso sporca peli nel water sporcizia ovunque incrostazioni, specchi e vetri che non verranno puliti da oltre un mese almeno tavolo appiccicoso e non permettetevi di mandar le foto alla proprietaria perché vi dice che siete in malafede

• Paola (1/5): SPORCO E NON IN SICUREZZA - Boh la posizione, ma non ne vale la pena, c’è di meglio a bolo 1. Pulizia zero, faceva veramente schifo 2. Non era in sicurezza, c’erano delle prese rotte (rientravano nel muro) 3. Stoviglie sporche che puzzavano (alcuni piatti rotti) 4. Coperte e asciugamani sporchi (abbiamo messo delle magliette sui cuscini, erano indecenti) 5. Mobili rotti 6. Non c’erano asciugamani 7. Un rotolo solo di carta igienica (umido) 8. Indicazioni sbagliate per la porta d’ingresso (abbiamo chiamato senza ottenere risposta) 9. Mancavano le tende alle finestre e la gente vedeva dentro 10. Le pile del Telecomando della tv erano gonfie e c’era una polverina verde (tipo di quando sono vecchie)

• Nelson (7/5): Good - Well-located, close to everything; large and comfortable bed; the shower had good pressure; ground floor flat facing a backyard, so the access was easy and there was no traffic noise. A bit more TLC would be nice. Some of the furniture was tired, and it lacked a few basic kitchen items like mugs and bowls; however, it was not a major problem.
• Gary (2/5): Disappointed. - Collecting the key was a nightmare. Very stressful with my family waiting at the station and the collection man being late to arrive. After the first call the owner did not answer the phone.
• Markelian (1/5): Dirty it sucks, you can see on the picture the place where you wash the dishes it doesn’t take the water, also you can s - Nothing at all it was tremendous bad experience, you have to collect the key on other way of the city When go in the property you dont have even soap to wash the body

• Patricia (6/5): Pleasant - It is in the city center. To get the key u must go to a different place which is 45mins on foot or 25 mins by public transport/taxi (one way). This info was just released after booking the place in the confirmation email. We felt strongly cheated. When suggesting alternative solutions to the owner, the owner's communication style became strange. Moreover, the key is just available after 16:30. No wifi is in the flat. So calculate with 1,5hr plus and an additional 50 eur when considering to rent this out.

• Tyrell (2/5): Overwhelming and uncomfortable - The backyard with the turtles. The first impression was fine, I knew what I would get into, that it would be a simple place and I was fine with it. But if you advert stuff on booking you should also keep your promise. Yes there is a washing machine, but it’s not working (because apparently it’s so new they didn’t figure out yet how it’s working). There is an ironing board but no iron. There is a TV, but no remote. There is a AC, actually two, but it’s not working.. And after calling them they said it’s broken and they can’t do anything about it. They couldn’t even offer a fan or anything to keep me fresh during hot July summer nights. The service was worse than I expected it to be (after reading the reviews my hopes were already low). A shocking thing was, that there was a really bad smell of pee and after checking where is comes from I found a pee stain on the couch. I don’t even wanna mention the dust, dirt, broken fridge door and all the other small things that should make this place illegal to be put on booking and rented for a price which is definitely still way too high for what it offers. I had to leave a day earlier than planned because it was just too much.

• Marianna (2/5): the dirtiest place I've ever slept in - Location Everything was dirty, There were springs sticking out of the mattress in the bed, so it was hard to sleep, To get the keys to the room you had to go to the other end of the city (an hour on foot), you can't pick up the keys until 4:30 p.m., so we were in the room at 5:30 p.m., exhausted because we arrived in Bologna at 8 a.m. and where we had to go with our luggage because the owner didn't agree to early check-in.
• Laurentiu (7/5): Good - Good location, good price, pleasant host It was raining inside, but the host was kind to relocate to another appartment
• Nick (7/5): Good - Central, C bus stop to the station close by Keys pick up is a hassle. You have to get a bus to get to the location. Also there is an extra fee if you don't get there by 7pm. Neighbours were noisy.
• Ricardo (7/5): Secure, functional & worth a stay. - It was private and functional. Washing machine broke. Shop down road sells handwash liquid. No problem.
