• Sharky (10/5): Classy and Cozy - Clean, comfortable and cozy. Hosts gave clear instructions for entry and were very responsive. Excellent location for walking into CBD. Kitchen is well-supplied.
• Chee Lan Phoebe (8/5): A very nice place that no doubt we will recommend to others - We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfortness very much! The flat is a 3 bedrooms housing a max of 6 person. However, 1) with only 1 bathroom, it is a bit too congested for 6 guests. 2) the parking facility is limited to small vehicles and does not accomodate 6-8 seater cars, necessitating street parking with additional metered charges.

We were only advised of this a few days before we arrived. We managed, but would be good to have this sort of information available at the time of booking.

• Julia (10/5): Warm, spacious, clean home close to the CBD. - The house was just what we wanted for a few days in Christchurch, it was a cold week and the house was very warm and cosy. The 3 bedrooms over the top two floors had comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The washing machine was a nice bonus and everything we needed in the kitchen. Jason was a fantastic host, who kept in contact to make sure we were happy and any questions answered quickly. The shops and CBD were a 10 minute walk away, so we didn't need to drive and pay parking fees. Can also recommend the short walk to Little Poms cafe for breakfast, delicious food and coffee. Nothing, it was great!

• Jon van Harten (10/5): - 3 grote slaapkamers in een warm huis. En dat heb je niet overal in Nieuw-Zeeland, zeker in de winter... Fijne locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zeer goed! Aankleding benedenverdieping is functioneel, maar zou iets gezelliger mogen. Parkeerplaats achter het huis was net te bereiken en passend voor onze huurauto (Toyota Corolla stationwagen), maar met een iets grotere auto kom je in de problemen. Hier waren we overigens duidelijk door de eigenaar over geïnformeerd. Gratis parkeren in de buurt is goed mogelijk.

• Samantha (9/5): Superb - Beautiful, modern and clean. Great location. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if we find ourselves in Christchurch again. Extremely trivial and not even a complaint but no full length mirrors in the apartment. Would recommend adding one to at least one bedroom
• Tracy (5/5): Disappointing. Poor construction. Bad vibes - There are many well designed apartments in Christchurch, unfortunately this was not one of them. Located on a busy multi lane road, the access by vehicle to the property was a hassle. The neighbour parks their car directly in front of the driveway, you also have to ensure you are in the far left lane to enter. The driveway is definitely not suitable for cars larger than a ford fiesta, mini or similar. We were advised of this after the booking was made. The damage to the side of the building is evidence of this. The lounge room has a green door which opens onto a small patio. It is not insulated nor weather sealed. It rattles at the slightest movement outside,which with constant traffic and heavy vehicles is frequent. When we stayed it was 12c outside in the daytime, and the door rendered the heat pump inefficient, so we had to wear our puffer jackets inside. Two of the three bedrooms are on the roadside, and yes you can hear the traffic. The blinds which are neutral do not block out light at night. In the bathroom located on the middle floor there is a large frosted window on the wall of the shower. When the light it is on it’s not effective at blocking your silhouette,which was uncomfortable. The height of the bath and the stairs mean this property is not suitable for movement impaired people. Lugging a suit case up three flights of step stairs is also a hassle. I can see how the property would be suitable for large groups of young people. The property photographs well,which is why we booked it. The hosts are good at communication. The bed was comfortable,the selection of cushions was not. Unfortunately the property wasn’t suitable for our needs,

The facilities are high quality and fully equipped. 3. The location is great. Nothing at all. Everything is perfect. This house is one of the best accommodations I have ever booked.

• Renee (10/5): We had a great stay, shame we were so busy and couldn’t enjoy the apartment more!!! - Great location, enough space for 6….. clean and warm. Quiet neighbours too. Easy communication with property manager. Shame the developers didn’t think the drive way area through, our rental car was too big to turn the corner but plenty of off street parking available. We were grateful for the heads up about this issue, before we arrived.
• Linda (7/5): They hosts were not joking when they said the parking lot was meant for only small cars. I have a Kia Sportage and I had - Generally clean and modern. Cups were so stained inside, we weren’t sure if they had been washed. Pillows were so thin, perhaps it’s time to change them.
