• Varvara (8/5): Warm Welcome in Fatih - We had a family reunion with folks arriving from 3 different countries. Süleyman and his team (Mahbuba, Canan, Ahmed, Zakarya) went above and beyond to make our stay at Lemis stress-free and pleasant. The hotel is well-maintained and located conveniently within walking distance from the tram station. Nothing critical, just a few suggestions that could help elevate the experience even further. Reservation stated that we'd have a microwave and a washing machine in each of the 2 one-bedroom apartments but we only had one washing machine and no microwaves. This was somewhat important as we were traveling with children and needing to heat up food and wash clothes frequently. Perhaps, the description on booking.com could be adjusted. The variety of breakfast choices could be improved but this is likely a non-issue for shorter stays.

There are loads and loads of restaurants nearby and major tourism destinations are max an hour walk away which we gladly took because we wanted to walk around the city. Very close to all kinds of public transportation as well. The apartment was exactly as the pictures. Staff very friendly and kind. They helped us a lot at check out.

Szép és igényes burkolatok. Finom reggeli forró levessel :) Van széf. A WC érkezesünkkor nem volt tiszta. Az ott tartózkodás során kétszer is kellett WC papír utánpótlást kérni, nem adták automatikusan.

Апартаменты требуют внимания со стороны владельцев - шторы необходимо постирать, сантехнику отремонтировать, в ванной сломаны крючки, необходимо заменить старое оборудование на кухне и в ванной. Много пыли в помещениях, ковры требуют замены.

• Lawrence (9/5): Family 6 3 bdrm apt - Top floor apt 3 bdrns family could be together. Staff were fantastic, cleaned apt daily. Good location close to transport. Nice balcony to relax and quiet area. Good kitchen with all cooking utensils provided. Wifi kept dropping out when on the balcony. Little things like no bedside light to read but ok if you have a Kindle. AC abit noisy sometimes, no microwave or toaster but we didn't need them.

• William (7/5): Good but with limitations - The staff was very helpful and kind, although communicating with some of them was hard given their inability to speak English. We also liked the room service and the fact that the apartment was cleaned and maintained every single day, which is not usual in short rentals. The location is not nice. It is far from the main attractions and good restaurants in Istanbul. Although there are plenty of small restaurants and mini markets, the quality of the food and the availability of stuff for your needs were not good. The kitchen implements available at the apartment did not meet the basic needs for cooking. The oven was not clean when we received the apartment..
• Zn (9/5): We would stay here again. - We stayed for a week in January in a three-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - toilet, sink, shower - which is what we wanted. The radiators kept our rooms warm. No traffic noise, but we could hear cats and seagulls. We were able to cook in the apartment as there is a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is also a lift in the hotel. The hotel location is great. Suleyman went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The lift was a bit noisy, we could hear it going up and down at night.

• Muhammad (9/5): Superb and we will aim to return soon - Suleyman, the general manager, was very helpful both with our check-in and during our stay. He speaks English (and I think Arabic too) and offered good suggestions on the surrounding area. The apartment itself was very clean (it was cleaned daily) and very comfortable for our stay. Heating was perfect for the cold weather and there is a lift as well in the building. It was very convenient to both jump on trams and buses to get to Sultanahmet, Taksim square or to any other part of Istanbul.

• German (9/5): Superb - Excellent aparthotel in Fatih Istanbul. T1 tram stop is up the street, taxis are inexpensive. Staff are extremely nice. If you only speak English, make sure you ask everything you may need from Suleiman at the reception during normal working hours. The place was clean (can be cleaned every day if you wish) and the sleep was comfortable and quiet. I can advise Bizim Durum Kebap Salonu and Basak Pide Firini for cheap and delicious Turkish food around the corner. Breakfast can only be ordered from elsewhere. Please, remove breakfast from the description.
