Important Information

All apartments have the option to change the bed to a double bed upon request. Please note that pets are only accepted in small rooms (standard for two people). Only one pet is allowed per apartament and it is upon request, so you must confirm this with the establishment first. A deposit of 100 € is required if traveling with a pet. This amount will be charged prior to arrival through the payment gateway and will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after leaving the apartment. Maximum weight: 15 kg per pet. Fee: 25 € per pet. It is important to confirm your check-in time with the property prior to arrival. Bicycles and scooters cannot be brought onto the property. We have a safe room to leave them free of charge. Extra beds and cots are possible, upon request and with an additional supplement. Please note that the security deposit will be charged a few days prior to arrival at the property, you will receive an email with the information prior to check in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. maria lluisa (10/5): Apartamento perfecto, deportista, bien ubicado al estanque y con restaurante - Todo!!! El apartamento super nuevo e ideal. Con cafe y agua de cortesia en el apartamento. Tieneuna estructura de ventanas en el salon que puedes ver el estanque aunque no tengas el apart en la zona de delante. Los servicios para la bicicleta perfecto, se guardan en una zona cerrada y vigilada. Hay zona de parking. Y los 2 restaurantes del hotel son perfectos, uno de tapas y otro tradicional con una terraza a la calle con vistas. Super recomendable. Delante del tren turistico, el barco que da una vuelta por el estanque y cerca de un sitio donde alquilan bicicletas (bar aquarium) Nada!!

Alba (9/5): Estancia de ensueño al lado del lago. - El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, tanto de comodidad como de limpieza. Tenía todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días y cocinar. La cama super cómoda. Además está justo al lado del lago, lo que le otorga un plus, ya que puedes pasear por ahí y está también super cerca del centro. Necesité hacer late check out y no hubo ningún problema y fue todo a la perfección. No hubo nada que no me gustase, me pareció todo super correcto, comfortable y el personal muy amable. No tengo nada malo que decir del lugar.

JUANA (9/5): Para los amantes de los sitio bonitos - La ubicación Lo moderno y cómodo que es El poder acceder directamente a la zona de aparcamiento público sin que se tenga que dar la vuelta para entrar por recepción Por poner alguna pega ya que he ido ya dos veces. He repetido en un mes. La mampara de ducha no evita que el agua inunde el suelo del baño y hay que ir con mucha precaución con la presión del agua para que eso no ocurra (como me sucedió en mi primera ducha🤪 Las placas metálicas en los balcones limitan las vistas al lago ya que los apartamentos, excepto dos , están orientados los balcones en vertical al lago.

Juana (9/5): - Instalaciones nuevas y modernas. La limpieza super cuidada. Muy buena ubicación ya que está justo en frente del lago, y tiene una zona de estacionamiento público desde donde se puede acceder a los apartamentos ( imagino que en temporada alta será más difícil encontrar estacionamiento ya que no se puede reservar). Totalmente insonorizado, yo que tengo problemas para dormir, poder tener la tv encendida sin molestar ha sido genial. Bueno, al ir sola escogí el apartamento más sencillo, y me tocó uno en la esquina trasera. Aún teniendo vistas al lago, resulta que en el balcón terraza ( suficiente para una persona) una estructura metálica cortaba la vista de arriba a abajo en dos. No sé si esa placa metálica es imprescindible para sujetar la estructura del edificio pero si no lo es es un auténtico coñazo para los balcones pequeños como era mi caso en cuestión de vista. Sin eso, las vistas hubieran estado de 10 a pesar de ser las de atrás.

Aimar (10/5): VOLVEREMOS!!!! - Cómodo, limpio, la estancia es muy amplia. El personal muy, muy amable y servicial. Estuvimos compitiendo en una prueba MTB y todos nos facilitaron la participación, desde las herramientas, limpieza de bicis, garaje seguro para las bicis, sala de gimnasio para estirar después del entreno, sala de masajes….TODO!!!! Tanto la dirección, como el personal a su cargo han hecho la estancia cómoda…. Nada, vistas al lago, terraza para descansar, la distancia al circuito era un paseo de 10’. El dueño estuvo pendiente de nosotros sin conocernos de nada, un lujo asequible !!!!

Anna (10/5): ¡Genial! - La ubicación y los balcones con vistas al estanque son geniales. Los apartamentos acogedores, modernos y cómodos. El anfitrión súper amable. Te da las consignas para poder entrar antes y facilidades para hacer el checkin. Además tienen un restaurante conectado con los apartamentos en el que se come de lujo! Las almohadas para nuestro gusto eran muy blanditas, quizá sería una buena opción poder tener alguna otra en el apartamento. Aunque bueno, nunca nada puede estar a gusto de todos.
