• Chems (1/5): Bad - He cancel my reservation before one day and he didnt refund the money he said that he have a problem with the police but i think he was liying he is a robber
• Baú (1/5): Bad - Scammers. They informed us with a text ONE WEEK before our trip that it wouldn’t have been possible to stay in the hostel because of some work they had to do. They never gave us back the money of the reservation and never answered our messages to get information on how to get the money back.
• Kristian (8/5): Simple accommodation - It was located walking distance from sights. Clean. The people were friendly. The sleeping capsules had fans and good lighting. We booked a double and it fit two people comfortably. They didn’t have many bathrooms so waiting for a shower wasn’t always convenient. I also had difficulty turning the features on and off because the buttons were weird.

• Rickaby (10/5): Exceptional - Situated in the heart of Madrid, Grand Via. The metro was so easy to use and right by the accommodation The staff were so helpful and kind, even though I spoke little Spanish and them English. The capsules are perfect if you want cheap, affordable accommodation. They have aircon, USB ports, plug socket, and all different light settings. Showers and toilets are very clean. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use it again on my return. Everything was great 👍

• Marianep (7/5): Good for one night - The place was good for one night. It was very close to the center and to the subway. Walking distance from Gran Via where a lot of the action happens. Also, the staff was friendly. Although they didn't speak English, they did their best to help us. The shower was excellent, really good water pressure. The mattress was a little uncomfortable. Also, the capsule was a little hot. For the winter, it was great, but I imagine in the summer it must be stuffy. There should be some hangers we could put our coats. The lockers were not enough for all our stuff as a couple. The bathroom was a bit dirty.

• Emily (8/5): Worth the money and a great experience. Noise could be an issue and maybe cleanliness - The capsules were great and very comfortable. They also looked really cool. I went in December so it wasn’t too hot That the fan turned off when the lights turned off. The place was very noisy but it didn’t bother me too much. The capsule doors do not necessarily need a key to open them, but they do have locked boxes for belongings

The microwave wasn't working so we couldn't get our breakfast, but the host gave us the drinking The experience of sleeping in a capsule is very interesting, but I recommend it for only 1 night, cuz the little space could be a little bit suffocating when you want to get dressed or things like that (you could use the bathroom anyways).

• Gisele (7/5): This was so cool! - MAKE SURE YOU STAY AT LEAST ONCE IN A LIFE TIME AT A CAPSULE HOSTEL. It is so different and so cool at the same time. The bathrooms were cleaned every 10 minutes or after someone used it! It was EXTREMELY CLEAN! Capsules also make sure people have their privacy that is such a good idea. The facilities should improve apart from the capsules. If you are a perfectionist like me, small little changes such as painting, bathroom stall to put clothes, bigger towels, etc.

• Glen (7/5): Good - I liked the cleanliness and organised facilities. I liked sleeping in a capsule for the first time. The power in the capsule was going off on one of the nights and turning back on every few minutes, this meant that I had to wake up and switch the light off about 20 times and couldn't sleep properly. I did not like that there is no surface to put some things on.

• Klemens (4/5): Did the job for one night, but wouldn’t stay again. - The concept is sound. Execution not so much. The panels and buttons inside the pod barely worked, you literally had to tap them numerous times over and over - as directed by the receptionist. The bed inside the pod is comfortable enough and was clean, but everything else felt pretty shabby. Bathroom fittings are roughly sawn into the wall, one of the sinks was on a lean so the water never drains properly, and inside my locker there was some wierd grease. Its also very loud inside the pods - both from the neighbouring pods and the fan which you need to leave on otherwise its essentially an oven within 10mins.

They provided me towels and the breakfast was included (an American coffe with a pice of tortilla or a muffin from the supermarket) It takes my attention the concept of capsuls but I fell It's only another hostel. There is no more privacy as another hostel. The place It's small the tables for eat are in the reception and it's not space to move the chairs.

People talking loudly late, making noise because of problems with their “capsule.” They advertised breakfast, but there was none. The mattress in the capsule was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

• Ines (8/5): Interesting experience! - I love the location, the personal that works at the hostel are very welcoming. Beds are capsules, which is an interesting way to sleep for a few days. All the place is clean! If you have low budget, this is an excellent option. One bathroom was out of service.
