• Iv78 (9/5): - Стаята е страхотна- чиста,модерна, а дървения таван създаваше уют и романтика. Голяма и удобна баня. Кафе и чай за закуска. На 20 мин от гарата и 20 мин от центъра. Единствено в коментарите пишеше,че са оставяли багаж и се надявах на тази опция,т.к.полетът ни беше следобеда, но казаха,че не предлагат. Съвет- може да поставите клетки с ключ в коридора,като на някои места,за улеснение. Всичко друго бе прекрасно.
• Jose Angel (9/5): - Las instalaciones muy buenas , la habitación espectacular con cafetera y un pequeño frigorífico y la ubicación bastante buena, a 15 minutos de Bérgamo Alto del centro de Bérgamo y de la estación de bus. Es sencillo pero el check in se hace online por medio de una aplicación que tienes que descargar. No hay personal para atenderte, solo por teléfono, o whatsapp , tuvimos que hacer un par de preguntas y a una respondieron tarde y a la otro no lo hicieron No hay depósito de equipaje.

• Nicole (8/5): Brief, but beautiful stay. - The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was a good size, and the shower's water pressure was excellent. Although I did not use them, the room had a coffee machine and kettle, with some pods and tea bags provided. The WiFi worked great and the TV was nice and up to date also. Finally, while the hotel is not in the center, it's a short, pleasant walk, and is in a beautiful location nonetheless, with many restaurants and pasticcerie around. The ChorusLife arena/community center is a short walk away and has some stores and diverse food trucks (Greek, Mexican, Korean, etc.). I did not like the fact that I had to download an app to get my check-in code. I would prefer a closed bin in the bathroom, rather than a basket with a plastic bag inside. Finally, there were some stains on the bathroom door. Otherwise, the room was very nice and we had a lovely stay.

• antonio (8/5): Breve ma intenso - La colazione non è inclusa però ci sono i caffè e/o le tisane, the' da poter usare. Molto carina com'è messa la stanza, letto completo di topper è perfetto. È da ritornare sicuramente anche perché nei dintorni si riesce anche a trovare parcheggio no a pagamento. Che il secondo giorno è stato rifatto il letto, cambiati gli asciugamani sporchi ma, per il lavandino, il pavimento e le tazze usate per i caffè non c'è stata una buona cura.

W celu zameldowania się, wymagają pobrania dedykowanej aplikacji co dla mnie jest na minus. Noc w apartamencie spędziliśmy z soboty na niedzielę, więc trzeba się liczyć z tym, że do północy może być głośno na ulicy.

A very friendly atmosphere. We were offered space to keep our luggage after checking out because we had a late flight. We were also assisted in booking a taxi. The service was second to none. • DBGualdino (10/5): Precisava de descansar e este quarto foi ideal - Muito comfortável e moderno, com chave electrónica. O staff ajudou-me quando (por erro meu) estava no prédio errado. O apartamento estava bem limpo e apresentável e a localização, apesar de não ser no centro, estava num bairro bom e com lojas e restaurantes perto. A localização não era óptima, mas também não era má. A vista do quarto era para o prédio em frente. Fora isso, não tenho nada mais de negativo a apontar.

• Nataliia (9/5): - Very nice room with a small balcony and gallery, complement coffee and water, quiet and pleasant location. Check-in through the app was okay. There was just one shower solution, so you couldn't have a full shampoo+conditioner+shower gel experience. Couldn't find the socket close enough to use the kettle so had to place it on the ground.

Self check in 1.We had to park @ 10 min walk (parking only for the permanent locals on the street) 2. Quite difficult to find the entrance. You have to get into a fancy restaurant, take the elevator from the middle of the restaurant 🥴, and go up to the room. 3 The check in process did not went so smooth. Their form did not work, so we had to contact the owner, but he was very responsive.

• Guest (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'essere senza chiavi, ma avere il codice per entrare nella camera. C'è l'ascensore, quindi ottimo per chi ha le valigie. La stanza è molto pulita, tutto funzionante, il letto confortevole. In camera macchinetta del caffé e bollitore, con un minifrigo. Ottimo soggiorno, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione con due autobus (7 e C). Lo consiglio! Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi o che non mi sia piaciuto.

Procédure d'accès totalement à revoir (50 mn pour entrer dans la chambre !!!). Elle doit donner satisfaction au client et non au propriétaire. Elle est tout simplement inacceptable
