• Onur (9/5): Great furnished apartment in the heart of Hamra, Beirut - Great place at a great location. Very central in Hamra. Nice furnished apartment with a separate bedroom, living room incl kitchen and bathroom. Communication with staff prior to and during our stay was excellent. They were able to respond to all our requests (early check-in, baby cot). The apartment was comfortable and clean. Daily cleaning was available every day. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a furnished apartment in the heart of Beirut. Everything was great.

• Thomas (9/5): Great Hamra location for business and vacation - Good location in the middle of Hamra, but still very quiet. WiFi and electricity was always provided. All staff was great. The room cleaning always done well. The booking mentioned, that breakfast is available at the location for extra cost. But breakfast is not offered. However you can easily find food places around the hotel.

• Hatem (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I have to say, the room was spotless - it was clear that the janitors take a lot of pride in their work. I really appreciate the attention to detail that went into cleaning the room, washing the dishes, and changing the bed sheets and towels on a daily basis. It made for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The rooftop swimming pool was the perfect spot to soak up some sun and take a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring. I loved the views from up there, too - nothing beats a panoramic view of the city skyline. While I absolutely loved staying there, I was a bit disappointed that I missed out on some of the facilities, like the gym and backyard garden. I realize now that I didn't know about them because they weren't advertised very well. It would have been great to have some information about all the amazing activities available at the hotel, and I think a TV ad showcasing these facilities would be a huge value-add to this already wonderful place.

• Gigibv (10/5): Exceptional - First of all I liked the location - that's why I choose it :). And I loved the space of the apartment and the cleanliness. The kitchenette has everything: from cutleries to pots. Our apartment had also a balcony, good to relax with a glass of wine. Air condition was working good. The cleaning is done every day. And you have a small pool on the roof :). I really recommend this hotel.

The most important thing to me was the cleanliness and the good space of the suite. The balcony was an extra delight.

• Toby (8/5): This was my second stay there and I was overall very satisfied and would go back. - Nice to have a full suite and the price was very fair. Although the property provides water upon arrival they do not replenish it. Ditto for the bathroom amenities. So if you are there longer, you have to look after these things yourself.
• Jawad (7/5): nice Apartment cozy, but be honest with facilities next time - The location, the staff except the guy with curly hair during the afternoon shift was rude and away from hospitality but all other staff where very polite we were expecting to use the pool and when we booked the hotel there was no sign that the pool is out of service until we got informed after we paid and entered the room, honestly without pool does not worth to pay 95 USD per night

There was no food option there but with loads of places to eat within a short walking distance that was not really a problem.

They were careful to add all needed facilities and amenities at the suite.. quite impressive and convenient The bathroom could be improved by exchanging the wooden floor to composite wood or other solid materials as it is not comfortable… the picture I saw of the view was not the same .. but it is ok..

Location is great, it is central to Hamra, Beirut. Suits are big and well eqipped. Internet was working perfectly most of the time. Hotel has a beautiful view, rooms are spatious, light and clean. You have a gym that is very decent... My small input to staff going to rooms would just be to wash the dishes better.
