• Sherebanu (4/5): This property is not meant for families with young children - Access to the main city and market It’s not suitable for families. The 2 bedroom apartment is a stairway up from the elevator and you’re expected to drag your bags up and down. The room was in a scorching hot condition when we checked in, the staff didn’t have the courtesy to organize check in and just sent lots of whatsapp messages with instructions. There’s no option to leave luggage between checkout and flight times except leave them with some very angry and rude people at the laundry in the basement and we had to drag our luggage in and out through filth. The facilities were less than basic and way too many instructions to follow. The property is nothing like the pictures on the advertisement, it’s old and tattered and open from all sides with mosquito and insects in and out at their leisure.

It's not easy to spot the location easily because of small complex. Other than that it's o.k to stay for a week or more. It needs more sanitation problem such a ventilation fan covered with some dust.

The space is big, clean and quiet, whilst in the centre of Ho Chi Minh. Would definitely come back. There's no direct light in the living room. But we are in the city centre - it really doesn't matter, as there are big windowns in the bedroom.

Услуга по стирке белья входит в стоимость, крышесносный аромат белья, полотенец от laundry стоит на весь отель. персонал видно что старается и заботится. Я остановилась на 3 ночи, жила в двух разных номерах. Визуально на фото номера выглядят чисто, но на самом деле много пыли на цветах, абажурах, рамах. Второй номер у традиции после ремонтных работ и мой заезд вместо 15:00 был только в 16:00.

• Stella (6/5): - Großes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und schöner Dachterrasse. Die sich als angenehmer Rückzugsort anbietet. Die Wohnung und die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt und schäbig. In der Küche ist ein "Lüftungsschacht" im Boden der nur mit einem Brett abgedeckt ist. Durch diesen Schacht kann durch das ganze Haus gesehen werden und es zieht warme Luft nach oben. Auch sonst ist die Wohnung nur durch eine Metallgitter vom restlichen Haus getrennt wodurch es unglaublich heiß in Bad und Küche wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin über Whatsapp war größtenteils recht Mühsam weil Frage nur sehr spärlich beantwortet wurde.

• Thu Trang (10/5): - 地理位置優越: 民宿位於胡志明市中心，逛街購物非常方便。雖然地址顯示在巷弄內，但轉個彎就能抵達大馬路。 交通小提醒: 巷弄雖寬，但寬度僅容一輛汽車通行，建議使用叫車 App 時，直接與司機約在大馬路邊等候 (從民宿走出不到三分鐘)，以免造成交通阻塞。 生活機能強: 附近便利商店林立，也有許多知名小吃攤與咖啡廳，飲食選擇豐富。 長住優惠: 若住宿滿 4 晚以上，民宿有提供房間清潔與洗衣服務。 加床品質待加強： 這次我們一家三口入住 8 晚，房東提供了一張額外的地板床墊，但床墊品質較差，睡起來舒適度不足。 廚房設備限制： 廚房內雖有基礎設備，但缺少排油煙機，因此無法進行任何烹飪（僅能燒開水）。不過，考量到周邊食館與便利商店非常多，這點尚可斟酌。

• Alexander Van Noort (9/5): - Apartment with a living room and bedroom. In the living room the couch can be used as a bed. Wifi was of good quality (but I did have to reset the router one time). I don't think I have seen the owner, just WhatsApp communication. This apartment gives some more privacy compared to a more hotel-like experience. There is an elevator and there are also only 4 units in this building, so you are quickly out of the building. They provide free laundry service downstairs.

(note that there is only one queen size bed and one sofa bed in the 1BR apartment, not what booking.com states on its website for this room type). there is also a hollow behind the toilet/next to the kitchen which has light on all night (see pic) and you can smell the cigarette smoke from downstairs.

Da die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof liegt ist sie doch sehr ruhig. Vermieter ist bei Anfragen sehr flexibel und kümmert sich, dass alles paßt. man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.

It was difficult to communicate with staff. This is an apartment block, not a hotel, therefore there is no reception. We advised we would be arriving early in the morning and they said there was a safe place to leave our luggage. This “safe place” was in the basement next to a person sleeping in the laundry. It was noticed that the lock on our bag was touched in the few hours our luggage was there trying to find another suitable accommodation. Someone from another apartment advised there was no hot water.

• Joseph (3/5): Ridiculously overpriced for average quality, inaccurate listing, unapologetic staff. Avoid! - The security guard was friendly. Check in was easy. It was clean. The location is fairly close to restaurants and tourist attractions. They kindly agreed to mind our luggage for a few hours after check out, because we had a long wait before our flight and wanted to go around the city. They responded promptly to messages. I booked this place because it clearly listed 4 beds. When we arrived, there were only 2 beds. I contacted the hosts to ask if they'd put us in the wrong room by mistake. Rather than acknowledging that their listing was inaccurate (I sent them a screenshot showing the booking I had made confirmed 4 beds), or apologising for the inconvenience, they told me that it was my fault that they listed more beds than the room actually contained. When making the booking, I also requested a cot for my son. They ignored that request, and then when I raised it again after check in, they told me that they don't have any suitable cots, and that they're not obliged to respond to requests. So why are those offered on the listing, and why do not do the simple courtesy of replying to your customers? The price is double what I would expect for a 2 bed place, even though the quality is very average. The lack of support from the staff was extremely frustrating. Since we arrived very late at night, we didn't have time to find somewhere else, otherwise I would have moved to a place that had the number of beds that I actually booked. I will not be staying with this chain again.
• Flora (9/5): Excellent and highly recommended for a long stay. - It is very convenient to everything, has a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and spa nearby. The room has complete amenities and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families. Good value for money. Though its not about the property the other occupants from the top floor are noisy.

• Jude (10/5): Great family room with conplete amenities. Strategic location - Apartment was very spacious. It would fit 4 adults comfortably. It’s on a quiet small alley that’s within 10min walk to Ben Thanh market, nice restaurants, coffee shops, and the Saigon Center mall. Not a major one for me, but people who will book this should know that the property isn’t sound proof — you can literally eavesdrop from many conversations of people living under the same bldg.

• robert (9/5): close to everything, spent a month, great apartment. - clean, safe, respected my privacy, stocked kitchen, and free laundry service if you stay more then 4 days. only real complaint is as noise from construction next door. with that said its. ot there fault. Great value.

The hospitality provided by Hanna and the other staff was great too. ❤️ Will surely recommend this apartment to my families and friends who's planning to go visit Ho Chi Minh!! P/s: These pictures was taken right before I was about to check out, but the point is to show you that the apartment is spacious enough.

• bdarma1 (8/5): - Perfect location at city center. Place is clean and comfortable. Hot water availability is marginal. Water is hot for only first 30 second then it's just cool warm. It's uncomfortable in an ac room but manageable.

Literies très confortables. Chambre laissée sale par les précédents locataires (aliments dans frigidaire), lavabo de salle de bain bouché, miroirs (salle principale et salle de bains) tachés. Notre hôte a fait le nécessaire rapidement lorsque nous avons signalé ces problèmes, mais cela donne une impression de manque d'entretien. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée pendant notre séjour.
