• Taras70 (8/5): Esperienza Bucarest - Nel complesso era tutto in ordine C'è sicuramente qualche cosina da migliorare e da sistemare, ad esempio il check-in è veramente troppo tardi alle 18 nonostante la disponibilità di anticipo alle 17 e i due appartamenti non sono alla pari, più confortevole quello con il balcone.

• Mele (8/5): - Posizione abbastanza comoda, camera comoda e pulita con tutte le necessità, curata nei minimi dettagli, bagno nuovo con acqua bollente. Lo consiglio Lascia a desiderare un po il palazzo anche se risultato molto tranquillo, e la strada per tornare a casa di sera tardi un po solitaria.

• Ana Isabel (1/5): NOS DEJÓ EN LA CALLE - Hicimos una reserva con 3 meses de antelación para quedarnos durante nuestro viaje a Bucarest. Cuando llegamos allí en la puerta del apartamento no estaban las llaves y nos dice la dueña que ya estaba alguien allí con otra reserva, que habían reservado más de las habitaciones que tenían que nos buscáramos la vida. UN DESASTRE A ÚLTIMA HORA Y SIN ALOJAMIENTO POR SU CULPA
• Immacolata (9/5): Pulizia e centralità - Alloggio molto pulito, carino, fornito di tutto l’occorrente. Posizione perfetta, si raggiunge il centro e le principali attrazioni in 10/15 minuti a piedi. Appartamento molto caldo, dotato di aria calda centralizzata ed anche condizionatore. Affaccio sulla via principale, ma una volta chiuse le finestre si dormiva tranquillamente.

• maria elena (8/5): Perfetto per due giorni a Bucarest - L'appartamento era poco fuori dal centro, ma in una posizione strategica e facilmente raggiungibile. Un appartamento grande ad un prezzo assolutamente conveniente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un paio di giorni Purtroppo l'edificio in cui è l'appartamento è fatiscente, ma è così un pò in tutta Bucarest. Il materasso era un pò duro ma comunque si dormiva bene, l'unico aspetto negativo è stato il contatto con l'host, molto freddo e non particolarmente affabile

• Brindusa (10/5): Struttura in pieno centro a Bucarest, vicino alle principali attrazioni e in una zona sicura, con un’accoglienza eccelle - Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per qualche giorno durante il nostro soggiorno a Bucarest e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è eccellente: si trova in pieno centro, vicino alla maggior parte delle principali attrazioni della città, e in una zona tranquilla e sicura.La struttura è perfetta anche per chi viaggia con bambini, perché è accogliente, comoda e organizzata. L’accoglienza è stata davvero al top: il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità.Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio a chi vuole visitare Bucarest soggiornando in una posizione strategica, con un ambiente accogliente e persone sempre pronte a dare una mano.

La possibilita di potersi preparare un caffe Pulizia non proprio convincente La doccia aveva una porta che non si chiudeva per cui si allagava tutto il bagno Stanza del bagno molto piccola con lavandino molto piccolo Parquet molto scricchiolante

• Angelica (6/5): Buona posizione - Ottimo prezzo e buona posizione. Appartamento molto spazioso e grande che lo rende molto comodo. La porta della doccia non si chiude bene e fa uscire tutta l’acqua nel corridoio davanti, inoltre non c’era un tappeto nel bagno per questo problema. Il riscaldamento della camera non era il massimo.

• Veronica (9/5): - Alloggio molto carino e con tutto il necessario a disposizione, molto luminoso. Nonostante fosse affacciato su una delle strade principali risultava comunque silenzioso. Facile il recupero delle chiavi, vi mandano un link con video con le istruzioni per entrare nell'edificio e poi nell'appartamento. Situato al primo piano, raggiungibile sia con le scale che con un ascensore abbastanza spazioso. Piccola pecca della doccia che perdeva acqua e quindi il pavimento del bagno poi risultava bagnato. E' presente comunque una piletta sul pavimento per scolare l'acqua che usciva.

• Xavier (10/5): Perfecto - Está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, es muy fácil llegar, puedes moverte andando perfectamente desde el apartamento. Además el apartamento está genial, muy limpio y la mini cocina es muy útil. Tanto el check in como el check out son muy sencillos y ellos mismos te explicar detalladamente como realizarlos.

• Tovi (7/5): - מיקום טוב, מכולת בבניין, נקי יחסית. מרפסת פצפונת אך טובה למעשנים... החדר מרווח מאוד ומעוצב בצורה נעימה. ניכר שהכוונות היו טובות לספק את הפרטים הקטנים ולהשרות אווירה נעימה באנו שתי חברות והם שמו שמיכה זוגית אחת. ניסינו להבין איפה למצוא עוד אחת. ולא ענו לנו לא באפליקציה ולא בווטסאפ ישיר במשך שעות ארוכות. מסתבר שכל דבר שתרצו למצוא לא נמצא בתוך הסוויטה עצמה אלא במבוא בחדר השירות. רצפת פרקט שעל פניו נראית מאוד יפה אבל כנראה ישנה מאוד וחורקת בכל צעד הכי קטן, כך שאם מישהו ישן והשני קם בלילה אין מצב לא להתעורר. יש חלונות עם איטום טוב אבל צריך לקחת בחשבון שבכל זאת הדירה ממוקמת ממש צמוד לכביש ראשי מאוד, כך שמי שרגיש לרעשים זה פחות מתאים. לא הצלחנו ביום הראשון לקבל מים חמים במקלחת גם לאחר שהמים זרמו במשך 10 דקות. התווכחו איתנו שיש מים חמים בבניין, ורק לאחר בירור מול המנקה שלהם הסתבר שצריך לתת לה מים לזרום במשך למעלה מ-10 דקות עד שמקבלים מים חמים. בנוסף לא ניתן למשוך את הכפתור שמעביר את זרם המים מהברז התחתון לברז המקלחת וצריך פרוצדורה מאוד מיוחדת כדי לעשות זאת... בנוסף נאמר לנו שיש כירה חשמלית אך הסתבר שמדובר בכירה אינדוקציה שדורשת כלים מיוחדים. אומנם ישנם במקום כלים מתאימים אך לשומרי כשרות ודאי שאינם יכולים להשתמש בהם. כך שאם אתם מביאים מהבית תצטרכו להביא כלים מתאימים לאינדוקציה.

Unfortunately, the area outside becomes unsafe after dark. There are often people in a state of intoxication right in front of the entrance, and during the night they sometimes enter the building and stay on the stairs. This makes the environment unsuitable for solo female travelers or anyone seeking a peaceful stay.

• Akram (8/5): Good place for short visit to Bucharest! - First of all, the location was excellent for our purpose. Easy to find and access, although the check-in time is a little bit odd (18:00).It was spacious enough for a two. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, a small dining table with two chairs. I was expecting it to be noisy being on the first floor, but it was very quiet. Nice view of a church behind the building. Easy access to multiple types of transport to connect through the whole city. A walking distance from the old town. Many shops, good restaurants and pubs in the area. I need to mention that there was an interesting welcome traditional drink, next to the tea, coffee pods and chocolates 😁 Everything I mentioned above, makes up for the other little inconveniences. There are a couple of things that I didn't like, but didn't affect my stay. The first thing I noticed was the cleaning, which seemed done in a rush. There are some spots in kitchen like a spiderweb between the ceiling and the wall, and dust gathering in some places. The other thing that might cause some inconvenience is the shower, the glass door does not seal completely and the water spills on the floor in the small hallway between the toilet and the shower room. Probably if I had a mop, I wouldn't mention this at all (I would suggest to keep one in the apartment) 😁
• Lenka (9/5): Velmi dobre ubytovanie, pomer kvalita cena je super! Urcite by som sa vratila - Ubytovanie priamo v centre, blizko metro, 30m obchod, pesia dostupnost historickeho centra, pizzeria. Ubytovanie je priamo na hlavnej triede, premavka je hodne rušna, mesto nikdy nespí. Kto má ľahši spánok mohol by olutovat.

Thank you very much for the coffee, tea and chocolate treats. Only the shower.Even though I closed the door while I was taking a shower, the water was overflowing into the corridor.
