• Valeria (10/5): - El apartamento muy moderno, limpio y su ubicación inmejorable! Faltaria un black out para la puerta de vidrio que aunque este esmerilado pasa la luz muy temprano por la puerta! Pero solo por decir algo!

• Esther (7/5): - Se nota que está nuevito y bien cuidado. La cocina y el baño muy bien equipados. Es muy espacioso. El apartamento está en la misma calle (pareciera que antes era un local comercial), y se oye mucho el ruido del ambiente de la gente, aunque es verdad que no hay ningún bar al lado, pasa mucha gente por delante. La puerta de la calle no tiene persiana y entra mucha claridad por la mañana.
• Michel (6/5): Découverte de la vieille ville - Appartement agréable de part sa superficie spacieuse et sa relative proximité des incontournables de la ville historique et de la cité des arts et des sciences. Impossible d'aérer dans la mesure où seules les ouvertures donnent sur la rue et impossible d ne pas avoir de bruits pour la même raison. Des problèmes d'eau chaude et de débit. Absence de TV canaux " informations " ( que des jeux, des films, du sport ) , les propriétaires sont venus sans sans parvenir à résoudre ces problèmes.

• FYOT (6/5): Bien MAIS... - Emplacement cool à moins de 15min du centre historique. Et Russafa est un quartier animé L'appartement au rez-de-chaussée et en bordure de rue très passante. Voitures camions et bus non stop de 4h30 à minuit. Insonorisation non adaptée. Lumière de la rue dans L'appartement faute de rideaux sur la porte vitrée. Literie en mousse peu confortable
• Giovanna (1/5): Soggiorno piacevole per la posizione e la modernità dell’appartamento, ma penalizzato dai forti rumori notturni che rend - L’appartamento è molto bello, moderno e accogliente. Gli spazi sono curati e funzionali. Ottima anche la posizione, vicina al centro e comoda per muoversi a piedi. Essendo al piano terra, purtroppo è molto rumoroso. Durante la notte si sente parecchia confusione dall’esterno, anche fino a tarda ora (intorno alle 4), rendendo difficile riposare bene. L’insonorizzazione andrebbe migliorata.

• Lorena (8/5): Acogedor - Es un local/planta baja que lo han acondicionado como apartamento tipo loft, pero está genial, es muy acogedor y nos gustó mucho! Era Nochevieja y no se podía ver la televisión porque pedía un código, solo las plataformas tipo Netflix etc... Al final tuvimos que poner las campanadas en el móvil. Y por otro lado la cisterna del baño pierde agua. Aunque cerramos la puerta y bien.
• Valla Sartori (10/5): Appartamento ampio e comodo, ottima scelta! - L'appartamento è molto ampio, situato nel mezzo del quartiere Russafa, molto vivo e fornito. Il letto è comodo, la cucina attrezzata, il bagno pulito, tutto molto spazioso. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa! In realtà era tutto perfetto 😉 Se posso consigliare aggiungerei delle tazze per la colazione in cucina e un imbuto. Il water del bagno aveva un leggero rigagnolo d'acqua, che forse a qualcuno potrebbe disturbare, ma niente di eccessivo.
• Armando (6/5): Prezzo alto per la Maratona di Valencia - Appartamento grande molto nuovo e pulito. È molto vicino alla Stazione del nord e alla metro Xativa. In centro ci si arriva in un 15 minuti a piedi. Indispensabili le bici per girare la città. Non ci sono finestre e sicuramente era un negozio su strada e quindi molto rumoroso. La TV c'era ma non era collegato ne all'antenna DVT ne all'antenna Sat ne alla TV via cavo.

The space of the apartment, decoration and cleanliness Didn't like the noise during the day and the night. The apartment it was before a shop, so there is only a small window very high up. As it was a shop before it has a big hall in glass which does not help to avoid the noise in the street.
• FERNANDO (8/5): - El apartamento muy bonito, limpio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario. No se puede descansar bien, mucho ruido y luces de la calle, al ser un bajo y tener puerta de vidrio y sin cortina.
• RAMON JOSE (8/5): - La ubicación que estaba a 10 min del centro andando. El apartamento es moderno. Hacía mucho ruido(coches y paso de gente) pues al ser un bajo se escucha todo…hay bares de copas al principio de la calle y al ser fin de semana pasaba mucha gente de madrugada. La televisión no funcionaba pues pedía un código para activarla y nunca se pudo poner durante los tres días que estuve alejado (lo comuniqué y pensé que se pasarían para verla para nada…). Como mejoras pondría alguna manta más (la cama individual tenía una simple “colcha” y la persona que durmió ahí pasó frío).

• Jorrit Sebastiaan (9/5): Would book again - It was very spacious, clean and the location was pretty sweet, right in the middle of Ruzafa. Lovely cafes, bars and shops at your doorstep. If I have to pick something, I was missing an iron and iron board. Everything else is there, so I was kind of expecting this to be there too. Sleeping on the ground floor and seeing people pass your front door feels a bit strange at first, but the area is safe and you’ll get used to it quickly.

• Rossella (7/5): Piacevole soggiorno - Posizione della struttura comoda, con delle passeggiate si possono raggiungere i punti principali di Valencia. Zona attrezzata tra supermercati, bar, pizzerie. Appartamento nuovissimo, accogliente e attrezzato. Il fatto che sia a piano terra, senza finestre e con porta d’ingresso in vetro (opaco) non lo valorizza.

• David (9/5): - La ubicación está perfecta. Cerca de paradas de autobuses, supermercados conocidos a pocos metros, y a unos 25 minutos andando de la Ciutat de les Ciències. El apartamento es pequeño y acogedor, pero todo muy nuevo y reformado hace poco. Nos dejaron hacer el check in media hora antes sin ningún problema. Se nota que ha sido un local, y la puerta de acceso al apartamento, aunque tengo el cristal opaco, deja pasar luz, además del ruido de coches y gente pasar por la puerta; justo al lado hay un semáforo y los motores de los coches ó la música de los mismos se oyen demasiado.

• Mattia (9/5): Ottima struttura, in posizione ottimale per girare la città - La struttura è davvero bella, ben fornita, tenute in buone condizioni e situata in una buona posizione. Ha comodi sia la linea della metro che diversi autobus, essenziali per spostarsi nella città. Inoltre nei dintorni della struttura non mancano posti dove mangiare/bere/supermercati e farmacie. Consigliato per chi cerca un alloggio dove passare solo la notte L’unico difetto è che la porta di ingresso da direttamente sulla strada, non c’è nessuna stanza o corridoio transitorio. Questa caratteristica non si evinceva dalle foto. Il quartiero però non è rumoroso quindi non è stato un gran problema

• Dina (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully kept property and super central with lots of excellent restaurants and cafes only minutes away. It is a ground floor apartment that opens straight on to the main road. It is a very safe area but took a bit of getting used to hearing some movement outside. It was excellent on the whole though. Would book again x

• Mikael (4/5): Great location but terribly terribly noisy and no way to get natural light or open they only curtain - Great location, great apartment. I am nevertheless very disappointed because the apartment is on the ground floor (which was not obvious to me when reading the reviews nor the photos) and directly ON the street. The only window is therefore not usable in the sense you cannot open the curtains. And the entrance door is made of glass too - you see all people passing by while you are in your bed. And the worst of all - the sound insulation of the window and the door is terrible. You hear everything, cars, people talking : drunk people at night or early morning trucks and buses - We didn't have one night of proper sleep during our entire stay. So except if noise and natural light is no issue at all, I really don't recommend this place and I wish the photos were not so misleading... If there was a way to get a refund or know before travelling, I would have cancelled on day 1. Very disappointed. Great location, great apartment. I am nevertheless very disappointed because the apartment is on the ground floor (which was not obvious to me when reading the reviews nor the photos) and directly ON the street. • Robbert (9/5): Great location, spacious apt - Check in was easy and flawless. The apartment spacious and clean. The street can be a bit busy but it didn't bother me.
• Sorin (9/5): Very nice and cosy place - The apartment (actually i assume it is an older commercial space which is transformed into a living space) is big and really nice. Well equipped with anything one would need for a pleasant stay: airco, big TV with chromecast, dishwasher...you name it and it's there. Location is also pretty good, close to public transportation and restaurants. The only minor remark is the apartment's proximity to a traffic light. During the night it could be noisy sometimes (for example a bus which stopped at the traffic light can be pretty loud when accelerating).
• Nikolanis (8/5): Good experience - Nice and clean apartment. Very nice place of a town with a lot of cafes and restaurants. Our host was very kind. Guliver park - 15min. Art and science center - 25min. Downtown - 20min. As it is ground floor, there was not any window. For next guest, it should bring in iron.
• Sheila (6/5): It was okay and served our purpose. - For our purposes the location was great. It was spacious and had most amenities. The bed was very uncomfortable. Needed more pillows too. My friend said the floor was dirty. I wore slippers so I didn’t notice . Also no laundry detergent.
