- Gisela (10/5): Una estancia perfecta en Ahangama - Me alojé 10 días con una amiga y la experiencia fue increíble. La habitación está en la planta superior de la casa de una pareja local encantadora, que nos recibió con muchísimo cariño. El espacio es más grande de lo que parece, con cama amplia y muy cómoda, baño con agua caliente y todo lo necesario, incluidas toallas. Además, tiene un balcón precioso rodeado de naturaleza. La ubicación es ideal: a pocas cuadras de la calle principal, pero lo suficientemente alejado como para disfrutar de total tranquilidad y silencio. Sin duda, lo recomiendo muchísimo. Nada. Todo fue perfecto!

- Saskia (10/5): My favourite stay in Sri Lanka - My favourite place i stayed in Sri Lanka (I was there 6 weeks). Easy to book, easy to find, family spoke good English so easy to communicate. Family also very helpful and kind. Good, private room and space. AC Hot water shower Good wifi (except during power cut, but normal for Sri Lanka) I slept well and I often don't! I would have liked to stay longer but I was catching a flight after the one night. Oh and important one - walking distance to some of the best food in the area! The only improvement I would make is that it would be nice to be able to open the curtains- they are stuck in position on either side of the curtain rail, so the room stays a bit dark in the daytime.
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely welcoming and comfortable stay. Felt like a family home. - Great quiet space with a nice little balcony. Easy access to Midigamma and Ahangama. Comfortable bed and aircon. Lovely friendly and welcoming hosts. Could easily have stayed longer. Bathroom was not super clean, and toilet was leaking, I informed the host and arranged for it to be taken care of.
- Agnieszka (10/5): Comfortable and convenient accommodation with outstanding hosts! - We had a wonderful 3 weeks here. The place is being run by Ramani and her husband and it is a single, independent apartment with terrace over their house. They are fantastic people and treated us like their grandchildren. The bedroom was very clean. Conftable bed, AC, TV and Fan. Wifi was good enough to brows internet on mobile but for work I recommend Co-working Nets that is 15 min walk. Location is very nice. It's only 300 meters from the main road and 1.6 km from center of Ahangama, close to Mirissa, Midigama and Welligama. We really enjoyed mornings and sound of tropical birds waking up us. That was like waking up inside a ZOO ☺️

- Dylan (10/5): Cozy and welcoming stay - This is a single room above a very kind older couple’s house. They really accept you into their home and make you feel very welcome. They even cooked us a traditional breakfast one day free of charge! We felt so welcomed and cared for here. The location is a bit far from town center, but that is kind of a good thing because the main road is so busy with traffic. It’s nice and quiet where they are, and tuk tuk’s are only 500-600 rupiah.

- Mariya (10/5): Exceptional - The place is amazing and so are the owners! There was everything i need. The location is great if you are looking for a quite place not on the main road. Getting to the beach and cafes also was not a problem: the owners called a tuktuk for me. There is 1 cafe very close and you can have breakfast there (named the Kip). I even had a place to work on my laptop in this room! And the internet was really fast.
- Harry (10/5): Amazing stay, amazing people! - The room was spacious, very clean, the air conditiong is brand new, the TV came with loads of English sports had movie channels. But the high light was Ramani and her husband who treated me like their son. I felt like I was staying with my grandparents. It was lovely. Would 100% come back!!
