• Alex (9/5): - Fantastic location and a superb host. Located right next to a main S and U Bahn station, adjacent to the main shopping area and only a few minutes walk from most tourist attractions including the financial district, Altstadt/Old Town and the beautiful riverside. You can get directly to other lovely Rhine cities such as Mainz and Weisbaden within 30/40 minutes from the S Bahn station, which is less than one minute walk away. Although right in the centre of Frankfurt, the apartment is located on a quiet side street making it peaceful at all times. The host is super friendly incredibly helpful and fast to respond to any messages. Nothing really but perhaps a little spruce up in decor/fresh paint would brighten the apartment. Didn't bother us though. Everything else was great. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

• Tim (8/5): Weekend in Frankfurt. - Location was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Handy having a washing machine to use. Owner was good at responding to messages. Didn't really expect 4 flights of stairs, so bear in mind (esp with luggage or small kids). Main bed was low & very soft mattress.
• Yuanheng (3/5): - The location was convenient and the apartment itself was reasonably equipped. After checkout, the host made unsubstantiated accusations of theft and demanded immediate private payment for excessive fees. This was accompanied by threatening language involving criminal charges, travel restrictions, and embassy reports, which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. All issues should have been handled calmly and through the platform.

• Vivien (8/5): - Die Betten waren bereits her gerichtet und die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist recht warm und das Mückennetz im Schlafzimmerfenster war kaputt. Es gab zwar Ventilatoren, aber intakte Fliegengitter in Wohnzimmer- und Schlafzimmerfenster wären noch top.

• Stephen (9/5): Functional apartment in central Frankfurt - Very clear instructions for self check-in. Apartment is functional rather than fancy - perfect! Very little! Shower is a bit snug and the power generator in the courtyard is a bit noisy but these are minor issues.
• Jen (10/5): All in all, a very cozy stay and definitely worth the price. - The accommodation was excellent—just steps away from Zeil Street and very close to the nearest metro entrance. The apartment was spacious, allowing two people to have their own space comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including an oven, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, and utensils, etc. The complimentary capsule coffee was a great touch. The bathroom had a good supply of toilet paper, and the host responded to messages very promptly. A few suggestions: It would be helpful to have a pair of scissors in the kitchen. A sponge by the bathroom sink would make cleaning easier. Be careful when showering, as water can easily splash outside the bathtub. Several cleaning cloths were placed next to the desk in the living area—perhaps they could be stored in a more suitable spot. The pillows could be more comfortable. Be prepared to carry your luggage up to the third floor, as there’s no elevator. Note that toiletries like body wash are not provided, so make sure to bring your own.

It’s an old building and old apartment so nothing fancy, and when we arrived there are laundry (sheets/ towels) for the next guest hanging in the living room which took quite a big space

• Toomas (10/5): Exceptional - It’s the owner’s actual flat so it feels like someone’s actual home not just a tourist accommodation. It has everything needed for a short stay and more imports perfectly located. There is no elevator which might be an issue for some.

• Merlin (10/5): Best apartment in Frankfurt - Wonderful, roomy, clean apartment with literally everything you could want to feel like home. Super clean, all the furnishings and appliances you'll ever need. Full on kitchen very well furnished. Only stayed one night, wishing I had a week here. Great location as well. Minutes from the subway, so 10 minutes from Frankfurt Hbf. Nothing, truly a remarkable stay!

• Sylvia (3/5): Look elsewhere - dodgy owner, repairs and maintenance required. - Great central location, fast wifi, plenty of space, owner allowed us to store luggage for a couple extra hours. Heating did not work (owner knew but did not have it fixed, also was not fixed before the next guest came after us). Hot water did not get warm enough for hot shower, maintenance required as hot water delivered to bathroom/kitchen sink taps but not shower. Wet laundry took up lots of space, holes in walls, TV in bedroom did not work and bracket hanging out of wall, cupboards everywhere to trip over. Despite many messages owner refused to give discount/partial refund "I'm not doing it for profit", "please check prices of other apartments before complaining", "am in Turkey with the German president", etc. My family were lucky not to get sick as was zero degrees overnight (despite being April). Wish I paid more for somewhere better maintained :(
• Somchai​ (8/5): Very good - The location is very good. Located in the heart of the business district and next to the public train station. The room is very spacious. Everything matches the picture. There are separate rooms: bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and complete kitchen equipment. The water heater is not very convenient. You must turn on the water from the sink to increase the electricity from the gas first. And unfortunately for us, during this stay of our 4 nights, the heater didn't work. The room owner tried to coordinate. But it can't be fixed. We have to stay in a cold room. But it's still good that the blanket provides warmth well. Makes us sleep well

• Oliver (8/5): I will visit this location again and can recommend the facility - I liked the contact with the host, the facility and the entire organisation. I liked the lcation in the City Center. The TV was only equiped with streaming applications. Regular TV was almost not possible. Parking was difficult and only in the outer city without any charges. The kitchen pots are a little bit out dated....

• Paola (10/5): Family stay in Frankfurt - We had a very nice stay: the apartment was spacious, clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. The position is perfect to reach the city centre by foot but it is also close to the metro station, which makes moving around the city very easy. The host, Sebastian, was very nice and responded quickly to every question. Would totally recommend.
• Jeremik (9/5): Nice apartment in the heart of Frankfurt - Excellent location right on Zeil with Konstablerwache station next door however it was not noisy. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and the two rooms are large along with a closet for putting suitcases. So good for a longer or short stay. Maybe if someone is expecting a designer style apartment this one is more basic but that's clear from the photos.

• Otilia (8/5): Very good value for money, in an excellent location - Excellent location, close to metro/train station (less than 2 minutes walk), close to shopping and tourist city areas (5-10 minutes walk), many restaurants near by (all types). The house is large (lots of space for 2-3 people) and equipped with all you need even for longer stays. The heating system worked very well. Noise (music, voices, steps) from the other apartments in the building or from the bar at the ground floor were a bit annoying, in particular at night or very early in the morning, in particular in the living room.

• Tatiana (10/5): Everything was perfect and very good location! - Everything was clean and comfy, the appartement is quite spacious. The location was perfect, easy to access next to center, transports and shops. We always got fast answer and every communication/information was very clear.
