L'accés à15h n'est pas génial, heureusement Jimmy a été arrangeant et nous a permis de déposer nos bagages avant. En résumé rapport qualité prix pas terrible.

• Jee Jinn (9/5): Great location and service - This centrally located, spacious accommodation is ideal for groups of five, featuring comfortable double beds and clear, responsive check-in procedures. It is particularly convenient for travelers catching early Eurostar rides, offering two sets of keys for added convenience. Highly recommend. No lift, hauling heavy suitcases up "few flights of stairs" can be a workout.

Such a terrific location for easy access to trains and tube. Host was very communicative and access to keys check-in and check-out was very easy. Pro-tip if you arrive early in the morning there are lots of conveniently located locker/stores to hold your luggage just a stones throw from the flat so you can explore Camden or Euston. NA

• Janet (8/5): A comfortable overnight stay in a clean flat. Great location. - Location and good size bedrooms. Comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean. It needed a few more lamps, one in the sitting room and either side of beds needed small bedside lights and tables. We had to bring furniture into the sitting room (small tables and a lamp) from a bedroom as there was nowhere to put drinks or plates when sitting on the sofa. A few mats/coasters would be good too.
• Dorgelo (8/5): Prima appartement op geweldige locatie - Ligging is perfect. Vlak bij het metrostation en restaurants en kleine supermarkt Accommodatie is prima. Het is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen is dat er geen koffiezet apparaat is en misschien het servies en het glaswerk wat meer aanvullen.

• Michèle (8/5): Super weekend ! - Emplacement top à la sortie du métro. La communication avec l'hôte (Jimmy) a été parfaite. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement dès le matin (nous étions arrivées à 9.00 et on pouvait avoir les clés à partir de 15.00) L'appartement est prévu pour six personnes au niveau de la literie. Par contre , il n'y a de la vaisselle que pour quatre personnes. Nous étions en weekend et mangions dehors mais il n'est même pas possible d'y prendre le petit déjeuner. Il y a une très bonne boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble où l'on peut s'assoir et prendre un bon petit déjeuner !

• Nathalie (9/5): Appartement super ! - Appartement très propre, près des transports (5 min à pied). Il est très bien équipé et 6 adultes séjournent à l'aise. Il manque une cafetière pour le café du matin.

• Darren (8/5): The owner sorted out the heating issue the night we arrived, which we were very grateful for. And we were allowed a late - The space. Ran out of tea bags, there was only 2 in the packet. A pint of milk for tea and coffee would have been nice.
• Alma (9/5): A comfortable flat great location with excellent communication from the host. - The property was exactly as listed — clean, bright, and well-designed. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around London. The flat felt welcoming and comfortable for our stay. Jimmy was also fantastic; he responded quickly to all my messages and made the whole check-in process smooth and easy. There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was a bit challenging especially we have 3 full size check in luggage.

Conveniently located close to Euston Station. Host was excellent - good communication. Let us drop off bags early which was really helpful. Great to have a washer AND dryer. It’s not the most salubrious part of London but so convenient.

• Beatrice_B (10/5): Posizione perfetta - L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima rispetto alle attrazioni principali e perfetto per le nostre esigenze (a 25 minuti dallo stadio di Wembley e a 20 minuti da Watford Junction, senza mai cambiare linea). Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma molto ben attrezzato. Le finestre isolano molto dal rumore della strada (si è a letteralmente 50 metri dall’ingresso della stazioni di Euston). Sicuramente tornerei in un’altra occasione! Ps: Jimmy molto disponibile e gentile, grazie per tutto!

• Tina (6/5): Well appointed accommodation in poor area - The property was close to transport facilities and the host was very communicative. Facilities were good and property well equipped. Clean throughout. On arrival the tumble dryer was on and the property was stifling. To be fair they allow an early check in but it still would have been hot, had we arrived later. Beds very uncomfortable and small. Very noisy outside with surrounding litter.

• Paula (10/5): - Comodidad y ubicación. Nos encantó el apartamento, las habitaciones eran grandes y las camas cómodas, la cocina equipada y estaba muy limpio. La recogida y devolución de las llaves justo debajo y sin ningún problema. Y lo mejor, la ubicación. Estaba perfectamente comunicado, con el metro y autobuses justo al lado, y fuimos andando a algunos puntos como Candem, King Cross o Victoria (con tren directo al aeropuerto). Lo recomendamos y guardamos para próximos viajes!

• Elisa (9/5): Really nice apartment, great area & location near Euston Station, easy access to all things London - I picked up the key at a kiosk. Easily done. No problems. The apartment is spacious though oddly the en suite bed and bathroom are a bit too small. The place worked well for us. It's in an excellent location near Euston Station and all things Central London. The neighborhood is great with plenty of restaurants, pubs, fast food faves, and even a very popular roti spot right next door (will have to try it next time in the area). I would definitely stay here again. We had one issue that initially put a damper on our plans and the general vibe (see below) but the excellent host, Jimmy, sorted everything out quickly, arrived with sweets and biscuits (and the keys, see below) by the morning, and all worked out well for the rest of the stay. The spare keys were not left in the apartment due to the housekeeping staff taking them so we were not able to arrange a second set of keys for five adults (two middle agers and three 18-21s) with different schedules until the next morning. I had to stay awake into the wee hours the first night to await my kids coming home from clubs so that I could let them in rather than risk the only set of keys being out on the town (and we also had to coordinate between the kids as they had different plans amongst them). No fun. But stuff happens. It all got sorted out by (later) in the morning. I doubt this will be a repeat issue for those staying in the future. If anything, rest assured that problems get solved by this host and property. :)
• Sharon (9/5): Central, spotless and well appointed - Perfect size for our family and walking distance to St Pancras for the Eurostar and to Euston for local trains. The stairs are quite steep and my elderly parents struggled with them.

Only four mugs provided, one of which had a large dirty crack. No coffee making facilities. No usb points. TV seemed impossible to watch as WiFi inadequate.

• Gillian (9/5): Superb - Flat was clean and in a perfect location next to Euston station. It's not a huge flat but big enough if you're out and about most of the time. One of the kids complained about noise on the street but this was after 8 and probably due to roadworks being carried out at time of stay. No noise problem in the other bedrooms.

The location is perfect — right next to the tube station, with a grocery store just across the road. Highly recommended!

Generous with bathing liquids and cleaning liquids such washing capsules, dishwasher salts, new sponge etc. No lift but to be fair, there were no mention about lifts anyway. We had huge luggages and it was a struggle as the apartment was on top floor.

• Angela (10/5): Fantastic spacious apartment in great location. - Location was fantastic for trains and underground. Very close to Camden and great restaurants. Communication from Jimmy was excellent and we asked for an early check in which he sorted for us. The apartment was a good size and had 2 bathrooms which was an added bonus. Although on the main road we couldn't hear the traffic at all. I would definitely stay again. There was nothing we could complain about at all.

The kitchen could do with a few items, only 2 mugs and 2 glasses for a place that sleeps 6. More pillows also would be good, only 1 per person (and very soft/thin condition).

The property was very warm. Even after adjusting and turning off at the thermostat . The television wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms.
• Barbara (9/5): We had a great stay at Splendid Euston Flats! - The location was very convenient to Euston station and the tube. Also only a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross and St. Pancras stations. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, even though one was tiny. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage available. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Jimmy, our host, happened to meet us and gave us a quick tour of the flat, which was nice. Key pickup was easy from a nearby local business. Even though the neighborhood was busy, we did not hear much noise except for delivery and trash trucks (which we expect in a city setting). We would have loved additional pillows on the beds (2 per person). The dryer did not seem to work.

• Marie0812 (8/5): Good location for a short sta in London. - We chose the flat because of its location close to St Pancras (we arrived by Eurostar and left on Thameslink for Gatwick Airport) and Euston Station and 3 metros for travel around London. The area was not inviting (rubbish left on the kerbside right outside the front door - hasn’t London heard of wheelie bins yet?) However, there were good food outlets nearby and we experienced no noise despite the density of people and traffic. We had to collect the keys from a nearby shop, which was OK when we arrived, but needed a late night drop off as we left at 5am and the shop wasn’t open that early. On arrival, Ivan let us in the leave our luggage before the 3pm deadline, which we really appreciated. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a multi-generational family was a definite plus - as was the provision of lots of towels, toiletries, toilet paper and basic kitchen condiments. Jimmy, our host, responded via Booking.com to our requests and enquired about our needs. When the clothes drier refused to function on Friday, he committed to having it fixed - so I hope subsequent tenants benefit from this. The flat did have drying racks and fans, so we managed quite well with these.
