- Christine (8/5): The location is excellent to many restaurants & walking distance to the beach. It was a perfect distance for our re - The locations was excellent for our Needlenook retreat (in Fay & @ the Reba facility), Poor lighting.

- Terry (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay. - Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending on the beach. The neighborhood had everything we needed, quite and easy walk to the beach too. the door to the fridge didn't close on its own and you have to pay attention and push it shut.
- Kelsey (9/5): Great location to everything in La Jolla! - Entering the property was easy to do. It was really well located, and easy to get to a lot of activities and amenities on foot. The host was pretty responsive as well, which was helpful. I had assumed that someone would be there to check ID's and such, but it seemed like that wasn't the plan. Maybe I misunderstood. The unit was pretty clean but we did find some mystery hairs and a few furballs in the bathroom and bedroom areas. Otherwise, it was great.
- Malia (7/5): Nice place in beautiful location. Easy communication with rental agency. Thoughtful touches like coffee.Downside is lack - Location. Courtyard. Easy to enter with lockbox. Pretty decorations. Clean. Coffee supplies. Smells like mold. Next to very noisy bar. No parking. Shower pan feels like it will cave in. Shower head very low.
- Steffen (5/5): - Great location Complicated pre-check in procedure. Unit is very small and basic. AC only in living room, not bedroom. Shower did not drain properly and had a crack in the bottom. No dish drying rack. Tiny bathroom.
Overpriced for what you get.

- Julie (8/5): Easy parking, great location. - The location and easy access to the shops, and restaurants is perfect. Parking was easy, no stress. It felt really safe and clean. The place is tiny, hard to fit a surfboard inside... and the couch has a soft sink landing to it. Other than that, it was perfect place to land in La Jolla.
- Scoby (7/5): Small, adequate but pricey apartment in a good location; careless management company. Good enough for a short stay in a - Property was in a good location, although parking was a hassle. It was a cozy clean apartment, with a tiny outside table and chairs. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, as well as the ocean. Cheap furniture in common room. Last minute requests from rental management company a huge hassle. Demanded of me to sign an agreement that included a section saying that I would buy insurance to protect against damage. No price mentioned. But the agreement wouldn’t ‘send’ until I signed that section. Agent at the management company assured me that the offending section didn’t mean what it said, that insurance was included in the cost, so I signed it. The instructions arrived with a code for the lock box, which was the wrong code. A management agent was able to tell us the correct code, so we were able to enter. TV never worked right, even after we found the remote control buried deep in the couch. TV instruction sheet didn’t apply to the remote; they were never updated. Had to constantly think about our car’s parking situation as the immediate street parking was two hours during the weekday, parking around the corner was 24 hours but the first night we couldn’t find any parking at all until late at night.
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Comfortable accommodations.
