• Maya (9/5): A wonderful stay! - Laura and Franco are very friendly and caring hosts. We immediately felt at home. The appartement is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Como city and como lake are both in walking distance. As mentioned in the other reviews, the street is quite noisy. Because we knew before and earplugs were kindly put next to the bed, we didn't mind though.

• Ivan (8/5): 3 nuits à Côme - Appartement très soigné en rez de chaussée d'un immeuble. Entrée indépendante. Courette intérieure privative. Salon spacieux climatisé très joliment décoré avec tableaux. Cuisine moderne bien équipée. Chambre avec grand lit. Salle d'eau tres propre et fonctionnelle. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Deux inconvenients: le bruit de la rue est très important dans la chambre. La distance à pied pour joindre le centre ville est assez grande.
• Mateusz (10/5): - Bardzo ładny i w pełni wyposażony apartament, w którym w zasadzie nic nie brakuje. Świetne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt, podczas którego można m.in. gotować we własnym zakresie czy też np. zrobić pranie. Właściciele przesympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Zarówno podczas zameldowania jak i wymeldowania uśmiechnięci, pałający entuzjazmem i godni zaufania.
• Farhan (8/5): Schöne zentrale Wohnung in Como - Schöne grosse Wohnung ca 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum kochen braucht. Bequemes Sofa und schönes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer hat es zudem eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben die Nähe zum Bahnhof Como Borghi sehr geschätzt. Von da hat man mit dem Zug etwa 5Min. zum Como Lago. Wir hatten das Glück und in der Nebenstraße einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden (und das in der Hochsaison). Nette Gastgeber die gleich nebenan wohnen. Leider ist das Schlafzimmer direkt an der Strasse. Es ist daher sehr laut in der Nacht, da die Strasse sehr befahren ist und die Fenster nicht isoliert sind. Es ist keine Klimaaanlage im Schlafzimmer vorhanden und im Sommer sehr warm da in der Nacht aufgrund des Verkehrs das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden kann. Die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer bedecken das ganze Fenster und man sieht nicht nach draußen. Das fanden wir sehr schade.

• Oksanakh (9/5): Superb - Hosts are very friendly and nice. They let us to check in morning time, as we arrived to Como early morning. We felt very welcomed to their property. The location is in walking distance to the Como historical centre. Can be a little noisy, because of many tourists and cars, but not hosts fault at all. Just think if you want very quiet place.
• Lili (10/5): Exceptional - When we arrived, we were welcomed right away. The host is extremely kind. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated with stunning and exciting artwork. The city center is within walking distance. We are very grateful that we could spend our vacation here.
• Woad (7/5): Overall good but be careful using facilities - Was not warned about the power surges that could happen which caused a power cut, due to having multiple appliances switched on. The mornings/evenings felt cool, despite the message about automatic heating. However, owners were very friendly and helped us to call taxis and takeaways which was great! The accommodation was modern and comfortable. The location was also excellent with a nearby supermarket and close to Como town.
• Louis (10/5): Feel like at home in Como - The hospitality of Franco and Laura was incredible, and their beatiful and stylish apartment had everything we needed to stay comfortable and cozy. On top of that, the location was great to jump easily into the city center of Como. Franco helped us so much and adapted to our needs and cared throughout the stay.

He also told me that I could call anytime if I needed anything. This was a wonderful start to my visit and he host was always contactable and helpful and very kind. The apartment is large and clean with everything you need to be comfortable. The bed was really nice to sleep in, and the kitchen was large and pristine. It’s a short walk into the center of Como and to the Lake. The area is very quiet and safe and it was a fantastic place to stay! I can’t wait to return to Casa Laura! Nothing, everything was wonderful

There was a big sofa, big table, big kitchen, the bedroom was big, a big toilet. Very comfortable place to stay. Also it was very clean. Laura and Franco were great hosts, they offered us to change towels, sheets always. I totally recommend to book here very family friendly place.

Walking distance to the center and the lake. I like the place; it's clean and has a central location. The host, Francisco, was excellent and waited for us to provide the key until after midnight. We ran late because of flight cancellations, and he was still very nice to wait for us. The house is within walking distance to the center and the lake, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Como.

The house was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures, the location is great 2 minutes walk away from borghi train station, and around 15 minutes from the lake and boats station. We were 3 persons and we loved our stay here. Highly recommended if you are planning to visit como and other places like bellagio and varenna. Thank you so much laura and franco.
