• Lorna (10/5): We love visiting the moray coast. lossie is a lovely quiet place to stay with some lovely facilities - This property was accessible, clean and very suitable for our needs. Great shower. Location was perfect. Not far to anywhere. Not used to watching tv in the wall. Angle sore on the neck. Minor thing really.

Also everything you could need was provided in terms of cooking facilities and other household items. We also had a lovely welcome gift on arrival which was much enjoyed ☺️

Also a lovely bottle of wine and shortbread greeted us on arrival - nice touch. Pics are of east beach - our favourite. Apartment midway between both beaches, which was great. Could hear the conversation from upstairs in the late evening - to be fair, we were sitting quietly without any sound in our apartment so we would hear things (cinversation buzz if not the words). If we had the tv on, would not even have noticed.

• Jadet92 (10/5): Perfect! - Lovely stay! Beautifuly furnished, comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Wine and Jam was a nice touch on arrival. Great location, Short walk to the beach, close to the Coop and a few takeaways. We had a lovely Indian from down the road. Would 100% stay again. One small thing would be the front door lock is a bit sticky! Thought i had wrong key to begin with but you just need to give it a wiggle, could maybe do with looking at. Nothing!!

• Martin (10/5): Realaxing and laid back stay that was excellent. - The location is close to shops and restaurants with the East Beach a 10 - 15 minute walk away (I walk slowly). The apartment was spotless and well laid out. Would recommend this property. Nothing I can think of.
• Allan (9/5): Great place, well equipped & presented A+++ - Very clean and well presented. Everything you needed, nothing was forgotten about. Good location, would stay again. This is being extremely picky as the place is very good, but my only minor issue was the double bed sticks out alot at the bottom, and I hit my shins off it a couple times when walking around the bed.

• Michael (9/5): It was ideal for where we needed to be. - Location was fine and great value. Safe parking right outside the door so didn't need to squeeze into the space around the back. Ground floor so no stairs to cope with. Laundry and towel were changed mid-stay. No issues at all, though we did notice there was no teapot, nobody seems to use them anymore.
• Fiona (9/5): Really enjoyable 4 day stay at the apartment - would definitely recommend staying here - Great location in the centre of Lossiemouth. Lovely bright, spacious, modernised apartment. Spotlessly clean. Lovely shower gel/shampoo/conditioner and lots of towels provided. Easy on street parking outside the flat. Host was very helpful, communicated very efficiently and provided everything as promised. Positioning of the seating wasn't the most comfortable for watching TV. Would have been useful to have one small pot for cooking in addition to the larger pots provided, and also a couple of tea towels.
• Graeme (9/5): A truly enjoyable stay. - Beautifully appointed well equipped and immaculately kept apartment. Ideal for our 3-day break. The wine and jam, that Andrea left for us on arrival, were a really thoughtful touch. Nothing to dislike!
• Javier (10/5): Ideal - Mi móvil no funcionó correctamente en Escocia; Andrea la anfitriona, me envió las claves pero yo no podía abrir el wassp, así que la llamé 2 veces y ella de una manera amable y muy rápida me dio todas la facilidades (un 10 para ella). Precioso apartamento en la planta baja con cama cómoda (sólo unamos una de las 3 que tiene). Cocina totalmente equipada para hacer la cena tras las increíbles excursiones por la zona teniendo en cuenta que en Escocia se cena muy pronto, además nos dejaron un botella de vino :). Hay un par de pubs en el pueblo y unas playas muy chulas y aparcamiento gratis en la puerta de las casa. Todo perfecto. Sólo eché en falta una terraza
• Linda (10/5): Lovley flat - Lovley flat, every wee detail thought off even down to hot water bottles. 😀. Clean and bright, and very comfortable. Didn't like the fact windows were frosted and no view. Such a pity as it was the only thing that spoiled it for us. Understand its ground floor but blinds could have given you the choice.
• Catriona (10/5): - We found the apartment clean, modern and everything you needed was thought of. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The only tiny thing I wasn't keen on was the windows all being frosted. I understand why as the flat was street level but I would have preferred blinds so the choice was ours. You felt really cut off from the outside world because of it. Like I say, that was a very very minor thing for us.

Nothing really but L shaped sofa is very uncomfortable. Key sticks in lock and is difficult to get out of lock. I moved the cheese plant across from the bedroom window as he gets his leaves nipped in the roller blind! Roller blind could do with being a blackout blind, light comes through it. Seagulls were loud -luckily we had earplugs. Minor gripes and didn’t spoil our stay

Well stocked kitchen a bonus Heating was a bit sporadic..written instructions maybe help, also took an age to get any hot water in the kitchen. Found lack of door on the kitchen/ lounge area resulted in significant draft as close to main door.maybe even a heavy curtain would have helped. We did visit in December so maybe not an issue in warmer months.

• Sarah (10/5): Best accom we’ve found in the area. Can’t wait to go back. - Absolutely superb little ground floor flat. We’ve stayed in a few places in Lossie over the years. This is perfectly located - just far away enough from the beaches to be away from the busy tourist areas, but still very close to both beaches, eating places, supermarket a minutes walk away. Accommodation was outstanding. Immaculately clean. Everything you could need ie dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, towels etc. Very nicely decorated. Good parking. We will definitely return .

The apartment is absolutely astonishing, comfortable and has literally anything you need. There were even some warm water bottles if you get cold!! 🥺 Host ist very kind, provided detailed informations about arriving at property with detailed instructions on what to type into google maps etc. Everything worked out splendidly. we loved our stay here and were sad to leave . We definitely recommend staying here!! Nothing to moan about.

• Jolanta (10/5): A cozy place for family relaxation - we have to go back there !! - I would highly recommend - A beautiful, bright and cozy flat on the ground floor, with all the amenities you could want on vacation. This blue color charmed us. My children especially liked the additional place to relax on the window where they could read a book. Morning meals together were really nice when we could all sit down to an inventive table. The bathroom was very clean and had nothing missing, enough toilet paper, soft towels and very good quality soap and shower fluids. I highly recommend it, the co-op store is very close and the beach is an 8-minute walk away. The only thing we missed was the sun, but we will come back again!!!

Facilities and cleanliness couldn't be better, with everything you would need provided in the kitchen, plenty of binbags, toilet roll, etc unlike some places giving you the minimum. Location wise for us it was ideal, short walk to all amenities and the local surrounding area had lots to do.The host also provided a wee welcome gift (vino and fudge) which was much appreciated and delicious. • Tracy (10/5): Home away from home! - This was my second stay here. Andrea's flat is highly recommended. Excellent value for money, comfortable, clean and she accommodated an early check in request. Great communication and easy check in/check out. 🙂 There was absolutely nothing to find fault with.
• Andrew (10/5): Great break in such a lovely coast location. - We stayed for three nights and the flat was very comfortable and exceeded expectations by far. The flat was impeccably kept with provisions such as shampoo (good quality) and coffee tea and even some fresh milk. This is a high quality air b and b so great to treat yourself in a beautiful part of the country.
• Tracy (10/5): Lovely hidden gem in Lossie! - Andrea's little flat was lovely. A hidden gem in Lossiemouth. We stayed for 2 nights. The property was easy to find, access was via code and key safe. Upon arrival the heating was on for us, it was very clean, modern, inviting and comfortable. Even hot water bottles were left in case it got cold (I had brought my own as I had been thinking the same). Beds and pillows were perfect hardness/softness and we slept well. The bathroom was nice, hot water is controlled by the thermostat in the kitchenette. The kitchenette had all we needed to make a basic meal together although we did have takeaway from the Thai Cottage down the road. There was a dishwasher and fridge freezer which was great in case we wanted delicious ice cream from the village. A washing machine can be found in a sliding door cupboard near the bathroom. Off street parking was just outside and across the road. There are 4 flats in the building, flat 1 is on the ground floor just as you come into the entrance hall. Very little noise was heard from the other tenants as being an old building noise echoes. There is a dog either in the building or next door that barked a bit and some road noise but nothing that bothered us during our stay. Lossiemouth village is just down the road from the flat. You are located at the Harbour end of the village and there are little shops dotted around for any necessities you might need. There were plenty of towels, toilet roll and supplies for cleaning etc along with some lovely shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and shower gel. I had forgotten my shampoo from home when packing so this was perfect! Andrea had thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine and some shortbread which was gratefully received thank you. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property. We will be booking again. Communication was great, Andrea was very quick at responding to messages. There was nothing to dislike.
