• Manuela (6/5): Eccellente pulizia e spaziosità in un edificio degradato. - Grandezza della stanza, grandezza del bagno personale, look positivo, vicinanza con il centro e luoghi di interesse. C'è piccolo frigo molto utile, tavolo ampio, sapone, la biancheria è di ottima qualità, molto pulito. La zona, Monte di Pietà è degradata. L'edificio e il territorio intorno sono è fatiscenti e degradati (c'è un territorio di spazzatura). Spesso di notte c'è rumore di persone che si fermano sotto casa. La biancheria e tasse hanno prezzo separato che deve essere lasciato in contanti. Le scale per salire sono scomodissime, soprattutto per portare le valige. La tv c'era ma non funzionante. Bollitore non funzionante. Insufficiente carta igienica.
• Christiane (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher einschließlich Kaffee und Teebeutel zum ersten Wachwerden wurden gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Einchecken hat trotz später Ankunft prima geklappt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar, sehr entgegenkommend, hat mir noch eine wärmere Decke vorbeigebracht und mir einen sehr freundlichen Taxifahrer vermittelt, der mich vom Flughafen abgeholt hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

• Rares (7/5): - Well located in Palermo The wifi does not work, it gets extremely warm in the room during the day, and the shower gel is actually bubble bath.

• Eleftheria Hionidi (7/5): - Είχε πολλές παροχές και ωραίο designed. Πολύ κακή τοποθεσία αν θέλει κάποιος να ναι στο κέντρο. Δεν είχε απλώστρα. Χρεώνουν έξτρα τα σεντόνια και τις πετσέτες και δεν ενημερωθήκαμε για καθυστέρηση στο ότι δεν ήταν έτοιμο το δωμάτιο ενώ φτάσαμε στην ώρα του check in (15:00)

• Nela (9/5): Beautiful accommodation, in the middle of the center. - We really liked the location of the accommodation, it was middle of the center. Nice, cozy, large spaces. Good comunation.
• Milos (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, close to the center and open market for food! No need for public transport but its not far. The building is old and the neighborhood is also old buildings but the apartment is very good and clean. Good double bed . The communication is very good and the entrance is easy. Price is great! There is no closet for clothes.
• Lucy (8/5): Capo week long stay. - private entrance. key code and internal key safe budget price but above budget comfort. owner and caretaker very nice. right in the heart of the Mercato Capo but not noisy in the evenings. no cook facilities but who wants to cook for themselves in Palermo? wi fi and TV iffy due to location but everyone has 5 g on Thier devices no?. I was a solo traveller just for football and stayed a week and this was ideal. be aware that there is a workshop downstairs but no real disturbance. tip - unplug fridge at night if you are a light sleeper. all I would say a clothes iron would be helpful for travellers.
• Zoltán (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very kind and friendly with us! He helped us navigate the city and gave a lot of good advice on where to eat and what to see! The accommodation was very nice and clean! The host was very helpful throughout, and I recommend this place to others! The accommodation is close to everything worth seeing! It's a 5-minute walk from one of Palermo's most exciting streets, full of shops and restaurants! Right next to the accommodation, there is a long street where the market and bazaar are located!
• Emmanouil (10/5): Exceptional - Very helpful host, he helped us when we need him.The room is perfect near the center!!
• Mentel (3/5): Poor - The property itself was nice/newly renovated. The host was very nice, helpful and attentive There was very little warm water available in the apartment, my boyfriend and I had to shower in long time distances as there wasn’t enough warm water for both of us. Wifi didn’t work either, we couldn’t do anything using it.
