Important Information

Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. William (6/5): Good accomm.in a nice house but more attention should be paid to maintenance. Convenient location. - Some of the facilities were in poor condition and needed repair and cleaning but we just had to put up with them at the time. The top of the exhaust fan was filthy, looked like Vermont droppings; the ensuite of one bedroom had a totally blocked basin and a badly cracked toilet seat. The BBQ gas ran out in the middle of barbecuing and we were expected to take the bottle to be refilled, pay and claim cost back. The whole house ( cooking, heating etc)was on large gas bottles and instructions were when one ran out just switch to other and notify agent and they would refill. That was good except both bottles were empty! Many little things not attended to that we felt should have been checked between each letting when the price paid for a week was quite high.
Lazizjon (9/5): Superb - Plenty of room for kids to play. Enough bedrooms for our group. Game boards were a very helpful to keep the kids entertained. Central location in Phillip Island, which meant all the attractions were only 10 minutes away from the property. Backyard needed a proper clean up and some love. Because of the poor condition of the backyard none of our kids played outside in the backyard. Sandpit was in poor condition. Although the cleanliness of the property was in good condition, some areas were left out and still had some dust, dirt and grease. Council rubbish bins were stinky.
