I especially enjoyed our conversations, he has a great way of sharing stories that make the stay feel memorable. His friendly dog Fabio was an added delight and made the atmosphere even more homely. The room itself was very comfortable and spotless. Everything felt well cared for, creating a cozy and relaxing space. The town also deserves a mention - it has a charming, laid-back character that adds to the overall experience. All in all, this place offers excellent value and a genuinely pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to spend some time. Thanks Mike!

- Muriel (9/5): - Mike ist sehr nett, grosszügig und hilfsbereit. Nebst Zimmer mit Bad konnte auch die Küche und der Balkon genutzt werden. Die Fahrräder konnten über Nacht in einem geschützten Bereich gestellt werden. Da Mike ursprünglich aus England kommt, kann man sehr gut englisch mit ihm sprechen. --

- Kaisa (10/5): Friendly and comfortable - Perfect for cyclists! Comfortable, clean rooms and an inner yard where you can safely leave your bikes overnight. The owner is very friendly and thoughtful. The room was warm on a chilly January night and had everything we needed, including filtered water. We were also able to get our laundry done. The shared kitchen is easy to access. Great value for money!
- Emanuele (10/5): Andate a Cuglieri - Cuglieri è un paese molto carino e tranquillo. La posizione è buona sia rispetto a Oristano che ad Alghero. Inoltre in nemmeno mezz'ora si arriva al mare e in altrettanto tempo a Bosa, che è uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. La camera è molto spaziosa e ha il suo bagno privato, letti comodi e ben riscaldata. La cucina è molto fornita e c'è anche una bella terrazza dove d'estate deve essere molto bello cenare. Noi siamo stati d'inverno perciò ci abbiamo solo fatto colazione essendo una giornata piuttosto calda. La vista montagna rende il tutto ancora più piacevole.

- Alessia (9/5): Un vero Englishman! - Il b&b è gestito da un Signore Inglese ed il suo cane che vivono lì. Il proprietario ha risposto velocemente ai messaggi ed è stato disponibile ad accoglierci all'orario a noi più comodo. La camera carina, pulita e confortevole fornita di tv e wifi. Il bagno privato è piccolo, bisogna farci un po' l'abitudine, ma c'è tutto, il proprietario ci ha avvertito di fare attenzione all'acqua calda, meglio miscelare con fredda. L'unico neo è la mensola sotto lo specchio che ostacola l'uso del lavello. Che dire? Non mi aspettavo niente di più, in quanto è tutto specificato nella descrizione, pienamente soddisfatta. La mensola che ho nominato prima!😉

- Magdalena (8/5): - Cisza, spokój, mała kameralna sardyńska wioska. Miły gospodarz - emeryt z Wielkiej Brytanii mieszka wraz ze spokojnym psem o imieniu Fabio. Psiak lubi towarzyszyć przyjezdnym przy śniadaniu licząc na łakomy kąsek :) Pokój czysty i zadbany. Łazienka także. Na wyposażeniu dobrej jakości białe ręczniki i suszarka do włosów. Na pierwszym piętrze, obok wspólnej kuchni jest balkon z widokiem na niewielki ogródek. Samochód można zaparkować przy samym budynku. Przejazd do najbliższej plaży zajmuje 10 minut. W opisie naszej rezerwacji był zapis, że nasz apartament ma widok na basen. Niestety gospodarz już go nie posiada - w tym miejscu zrobił kącik do biesiadowania. Na balkonie na pierwszym piętrze, tam gdzie je się posiłki, wiszą miotły, a na murku są jakieś puszki z farbą oraz puszki po psiej karmie, które służą jako popielniczki. Ponadto, roślinki są posadzone też w małe pojemniki po karmie. Nie wygląda to estetycznie.

I was not aware the room we booked has shared bathroom it is written only of one picture of the main page on booking not in a room specifications. In the morning is loud. It was a bit walking distance from 2 main restaurants ( you need a reservation for them always otherwise you can’t get a place).

- Lodovico (6/5): .. MA PERCHÉ? .. - Ottime le dimensioni della stanza con bagno nuovo in camera anche se minuscolo. Cuglieri è un grazioso borgo da cui è facile raggiungere località e spiagge interessanti, inoltre sono presenti cue ristoranti TOP (Meridiane e Desogus). Stavolta, come capita raramente, il nostro giudizio purtroppo non concorda con quello della maggioranza. Secondo noi c'è una carenza di ordine (vedi foto vano scale) e di pulizia della stanza. Il titolare parla pochissimo italiano e non si capisce bene come utilizzare gli spazi comuni. Tutte le attrezzature/elettrodomestici elencati nella prenotazione in pratica sono personali del proprietario. La lavastoviglie ad esempio è in un bagno utilizzato da altre persone. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 notte non è mai stato pulito il bagno e la stanza. Forse dovevamo chiederlo?? Mr Mike è simpatico e gentile ma mi chiedo perché un pensionato inglese abbia deciso di avventurarsi nella gestione di un b&b in Italia.

La posizione più tranquilla e "sotto traccia" dal centro di Cuglieri che è un vero labirinto di stradine dove è facile perdersi è ottima. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno

La stanza è nella norma, ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il soggiorno è Mike, con la sua grande disponibilità nel condividere ogni spazio della casa con i suoi ospiti, cucina, balcone... Noi siamo stati veramente bene. Fabio, il cagnolone, è un amore e la sua presenza è sempre discreta e piacevole. Inoltre la zona offre tante belle spiagge e siti archeologici molto belli. Il paesino è tranquillo, c'è tutto il necessario ed un ottimo ristorante di pesce, fresco e di qualità. Da ritornare.

- Daniela (8/5): House can be a bit noisy, but it’s a convenient choice for those who visit Sardinia with a vehicle - The room was really nice and comfy, also the little cute bathroom. Position is also not bad, if you have a vehicle to move with. Mike was nice and helpful! The house is unfortunatelly quite noisy, you can hear every movement in it (sometimes also early in the morning). The bed is a bit bumpy, but comfortable.

La camera in sé è piuttosto confortevole, letto e cuscini comodi, box doccia ok. La camera è dotata della zanzariera, ottima e funzionale e non così scontato come si potrebbe pensare. Mike è stato molto gentile e disponibile, così come il cane Fabio, il compagno di avventure che ci ha letteralmente 'scortati' verso l'ingresso, a patto che paghiate la tassa coccoline una volta giunti a destinazione :D

La sua disponibilità a lasciarmi mettere le mie cose nel suo frigorifero. La doccia! L'amore per i dettagli, nell'arredamento, tra cui tente piantine in vaso. Il fatto che Mike vive lì ed è lui, personalmente, a prendersi cura di ogni aspetto del b&b.

- Chiara (7/5): Buon compromesso per una sosta di viaggio - Mike molto gentile, ci ha offerto le arance del suo albero. Camera grande e pulita. Parcheggio di fronte. Terrazzino e cucina a disposizione, con caffe a disposizone e utensili vari (incluso frigo, fornelli bollitore e microonde). Piumone molto morbido e letto comodo. Pulizia non proprio impeccabile della cucina, ma tutto sommato come prevedibile da uno spazio vissuto e condiviso e comunque piacevole e utilizzabile.
- Marzia (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Camera molto spaziosa e accogliente, bagno pulitissimo e attrezzato. Il signor Mike è molto gentile e disponibile è stato un piacere stare qui anche se solo per una notte.
- Vieri (10/5): Recommended! - Michael's house is five minutes by walk from the churches of Cuglieri, is nice, tidy, clean and very quiet. Michael was welcoming and helpful, I would recommend his house for a stay in Cuglieri!
