My confirmed reservation was suddenly cancelled on the night of my stay, leaving me in a very difficult situation. I was extremely tired and expected a smooth check-in, but instead, I was left without accommodation. What made it worse was that I tried calling for help multiple times, but no one responded to my calls. This lack of support was highly disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. I kindly request a detailed explanation of why my booking was cancelled and why no support was available during such a critical time. I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please treat this matter with urgency and respond as soon as possible. Thank you,

• S (10/5): budget stay - nice to stay and very close to temple and all things. friendly staff budget friendly I took non ac double bed nice and neat clean.

They take extra charges for everything like hot water, room service, cleaning, mopping, drinking water. There was no welcome kit such as towel, soap, shampoo not even floor mat. Ac was not was not cooling, when told the person sitting atv the reception responded very rudely, even throw steel glass on me (a lady). Everything, specially the staff and the person sitting at the reception. He has no manners how to talk with elderly people.
