• Meritxell (9/5): Piso y apartamento excelente, aunque en un cuarto piso sin ascensor. - Muy bien ubicado en Siena y con aparcamientos disponibles cercanos. Además tuvimos la suerte de disponer del apartamento entero, que incluía cocina común. Nos alojamos en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, algo de lo que no se nos avisó previamente, lo que puede resultar molesto para alguien que no pueda subir muchas escaleras. Por otro lado, nos avisaron para pagar la tasa turística el mismo día y que tenía que ser el precio exacto y en efectivo. Tuvimos que ir a un supermercado a comprar algo para poder tener cambio.

• Irmtraud (10/5): - Super Lage. Sehr gutes üppiges Frühstück und freundliche hilfsbereites Personal. Die Koffer konnten wir schon 8.30 Uhr vor dem Check-in in der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Bettdecke sollte mal wieder gewaschen werden. Ansonsten war alles sauber und ordentlich.

• Beatrice (8/5): Piacevole esperienza - B&B situato in una posizione centrale molto comoda per visitare la città. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Colazione sia dolce che salata ricca e fornita ma è necessario ordinare il giorno prima tramite QR code brioche e caffè o simili. E' presente un piccolo parcheggio adiacente alla struttura ma ospita solo vetture di piccole dimensioni. Molto apprezzato anche il fatto che, per aprire le varie porte, vi sia un codice così da non avere vincoli orari. Nel bagno, in dotazione, c'è il phon. Non è presente l'ascensore (ci sono in tutto 4 piani) e il mobiletto del bagno era abbastanza distrutto, i cassetti si aprivano e chiudevano con difficoltà

Camera molto spaziosa con disimpegno ed ampio bagno privato. nell'appartamento al 3' piano per le sole 2' camere c'erano inoltre disponibili un soggiorno con tv, divano e poltrona oltre ad Una cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici ed accessori utili anche per preparare i pasti C'era anche un pratico e panoramico balcone. La proprietà ci ha consentito l'arrivo e l'uscita fino sotto casa in auto in ZTL - Ci ha messo a disposizione la comoda cantina per lasciare in sicurezza le bici. Disponibile un bel giardino per la lettura al piano terra ed un terrazzo per la colazione all'aperto. Si consideri che la casa è senza ascensore quindi per chi ha limitazioni fisiche il 3' piano potrebbe essere impegnativo .

Simpatia e cordialità dello staff, sopratutto la signora che prepara le colazioni. Materasso decisamente scomodo per noi, faceva la buca nel mezzo. Rete attaccata alla struttura del letto via fascette di plastica....nessun problema ma ci si può graffiare.

• Esperanza (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect and the room has very nice views to Il Duomo The room was located on the top floor, together with another room and some common areas. Isolation of the room was not good at all and the toilet was dedicated to our room only however it was outside the room, which break a little bit the privacy. I think other rooms have private toilet inside the room.
• Josefin (10/5): A warm, charming stay in a beautiful location with amazing hosts and delicious breakfast. - The location was great – only about 10 minutes to the center on foot, with lots of lovely shops along the way. The couple running the place were incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic, with not just pastries but also bread rolls, cheese, cold cuts, eggs on request, yogurt, and muesli. The room was super spacious and the bathroom, though across the hall, was private and very clean. Nothing really – everything was very pleasant. Just be aware that it’s about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop, but the walk is enjoyable through the beautiful narrow streets of Siena.

• Fraser (9/5): Very nice place, would recommend staying here. - Spectacular view from the balcony and breakfast terrace. Room was spacious and good facilities with Netflix etc on the TV. The garden area was peaceful and we enjoyed that you could play darts. Useful to be able to leave bags on day of check out. Breakfast was nice but a tiny bit underwhelming. A good 30-35 minute walk from the train station but the hotel will book you a taxi to take you there if you would like to.

The shared kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast was hearty. Not just a coffee and croissant like at most other accommodations. The host was nice and helpful. We would definitely choose this again on a return visit to Siena
