• Łukasz (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Watykanu. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Blisko restauracje. W cenie mieliśmy śniadania we włoskim klimacie. Przemiły gospodarz, można pogadać z nim na różne tematy. Duża łazienka, czysto i schludnie. Polecam.
• Valentina (10/5): - Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Maison degli Ammiragli per un fine settimana a Roma e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, ben curata e in una posizione comoda per muoversi in città, molto vicina al Foro Italico e allo Stadio Olimpico. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Andrea, che si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Anche Aries merita una menzione: gentile, educato e molto professionale. Il Sapi bar per la colazione è il bar di quartiere dove ti senti proprio coccolato, di una cordialità e gentilezza unica. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassante, ideale dopo una giornata tra le meraviglie di Roma. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, ospitalità e un’accoglienza sincera, oltre al B&B nuovo e veramente stupendo! Ci tornerei sicuramente!
• Bernadette (10/5): Parfait à tous points de vue. - La maison Ammiragli est située dans un quartier résidentiel derrière le Vatican à 5 mn du métro Cipro qui permet en quelques stations de rallier tous les centres d'intérêt de Rome. Elle comporte 3 chambres situées en étoile autour de l'entrée et du coin cuisine. La chambre verte que nous avons occupée de bonnes dimensions et grande salle de bain s'ouvre sur un petit balcon qui donne sur une allée piétonne arboré et fleurie. L'ensemble est bien agencé,moderne ,très propre et très calme. Tout est pensé,réfléchi et organisé pour permettre un séjour optimal à ses occupants. Je n'oublie pas Andrea qui par sa réactivité à toutes mes questions,sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance,humour aussi a grandement participé à la réussite de notre long séjour à Rome. Mention particulière aussi au personnel du bar Sapi,accueil souriant et arrangeant. Très bons produits frais pour nos petits déjeuners. Aucun point négatif.

• Annette (10/5): - Wir haben 7 Tage im Maison Ammiragli Vatican Rooms verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer liegt in einem Wohnhaus im Viertel Trionfale nahe des Vatikans. Das Frühstück wird in der SAPI Bar eingenommen und ist ein toller Start in den Tag. Das Viertel Trionfale bietet Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants und ist an die Metrolinie A angeschlossen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing in Rom ist das Viertel perfekt. Sollten wir wieder nach Rom kommen werden wir dort sicherlich wieder buchen. Danke an Andrea für den netten Kontakt, die ausführlichen Informationen zur Anreise und die guten Restaurant-Tipps! Wir haben keine Kritikpunkte Allerdings wären im Bad zusätzliche Haken für die Handtücher sinnvoll. Dann kann man sie besser trocknen.....

• M.D (10/5): - Endroit propre et très confortable ! Nous avons bien dormi, quoi que un peu bruyant un matin à cause de la construction tout près, mais sinon je recommande l'endroit. Loin du centre, mais nous étions parmi les locaux! Tout se fait très bien à pied, il y a un métro et une gare tout près.

• Lydia (10/5): Séjour très agréable 😊 - Endroit idéal pour un séjour à Rome, chambre très confortable, agréablement aménagée avec goût, calme, dans un quartier à proximité du métro Cipro qui dessert facilement les lieux à voir. Nombreux petits restos pas chers et bons aux alentours. Partie commune avec petit coin cuisine et frigo. L’hôte Andrea est toujours disponible via WhatsApp et le café Sapi pour le petit déjeuner en bas de l’immeuble est un endroit très sympathique, fréquenté par les locaux et tenu par des personnes très attentionnées. Un séjour très agréable !😊 Rien, tout était très bien

Finom reggelik, isteni cappuccino, pisztáciás cornetto de még sok más is választható volt a Sapi bárban. Közelben finom pizzázók és éttermek is vannak, de mégis egy nyugodt környék a Vatikán közvetlen szomszédságában. Ilyen nem volt

• PAWEŁ (10/5): Very pleasant stay with a kind and helpful host - We had a very nice stay at Maison Ammiragli and truly enjoyed our time in Rome. Andrea was a very kind and helpful host, always quick to reply to messages and very supportive with everything we needed. We also had the chance to meet him in person, and he was a really nice person. Everything was made simple for us from the beginning, the room was comfortable, and the whole stay felt easy and well organised. We also appreciated the breakfast arrangement nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about.

• Christian (10/5): Un logement de choix, idéalement situé, parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à Rome! - L'emplacement est idéal en raison de la proximité du métro Cipro et de plusieurs lignes de bus qui permettent de rejoindre facilement le centre ville. La résidence est très calme, et l'appartement (qui comprend 3 studios indépendants) est moderne et aménagé avec goût. Un balcon permet de profiter d'une table et de 2 sièges. Le petit déjeuner est proposé dans un café au pied de l'immeuble, tenu par de personnes très sympathiques. L'hôte Andrea et son collègue Ariès sont très accueillants et serviables. Les parties communes sont équipées d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes, d'une cuisinière à gaz et d'un lave-vaisselle, mais il n'y a pas d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine, ce qui n'est d'ailleurs pas prévu. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé, car nous avons mangé à l'extérieur.

Andrea kept in touch and was at our disposal for anything we needed, even sharing recommendations for the local food scene. It was a short walk from the metro station Cipro, situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend Maison Ammiragli Vatican to anyone going to Rome. Next time we're in Rome, we'll be staying here. Everything was perfect!
• Adrian (9/5): Ein moderner, gepflegter Aufenthalt mit unkompliziertem Selbst-Check-in, freundlichem Austausch und guter Lage – nur uns - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Maison Ammiragli Vatican Rooms. Der Selbst-Check-in war dank der ausführlichen Beschreibungen des Vermieters unkompliziert und hat perfekt funktioniert. Auch der direkte Austausch mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders schön ist, dass man merkt, wie viel Wert hier auf Details gelegt wird. Die Lage ist gut und fußläufig von einer U-Bahn-Station erreichbar. Unser Zimmer (das blaue) hatte kein Tageslicht, was aber nur für dieses Zimmer gilt – die anderen Zimmer scheinen Fenster mit Tageslicht zu haben.

Se dovete andare all' olimpico è veramente comodo..L'Host Andrea, simpaticissimo,è stato fin da subito disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze e sempre connesso con noi. Le camere nuovissime sono ben strutturate ,il bagno ha tutti i confort,ottima la zona comune dove poter fare colazione o preparare qualche panino . grazie tormemo.

• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic stay close to metro. And lovely restaurant close by. - Lovely room and shower. Very close to the metro and supermarket . The breakfast in the coffee shop was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. We even brought rolls for lunch from there which were really good price compared to the centre. It right by a laundry place too which is good if you were travelling through like me. The only downside is sharing the balcony, if someone is sat out there then there no room for others. The sharing of the balcony but that me being picky. Don’t let that put you off.

Breakfast provided in a local caffeteria Sapi bar was exceptional. We really enjoyrd our stay. The apartment has shared kitchen, however there were basically no kitchen utensils.

The location is perfect - very close to the Vatican, yet situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood that made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Andrea was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly helpful, always available when we needed assistance, and genuinely supportive throughout our time in Rome. His local recommendations for restaurants were spot-on and really enhanced our experience of the city. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations - it's beautifully maintained with everything you could possibly need, and all the amenities appear to be new and well-cared for. The breakfast provided was a lovely touch that started each day perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome. 10/10 - we'll definitely be back! not applicable. I have no complaints.

• Renann (10/5): Everything was perfect - Everything is amazing; the room is fully renovated and super clean; the host, Andrea, is super friendly and kind and helped us a lot with very good restaurant recommendations. They changed the towels and cleaned the room every 2 days. The bathroom is a good size, and the shower is amazing. This is not what we don't like, but would be better to have a small fridge in the room than a coffee machine, the coffee machine could stay in the shared room. Again this is not a bad thing it's just our preference.

• Iva (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, clean appartment with everything you need and an amazing host! Always there to help, Andrea really makes you feel welcome, beginning from the instructions and keeping in touch before your arrival and being at you disposal when you arrive (thanks again for that ride!!). Appartment is really charming, with a little balcony and in a great, secure and quiet neighbourhood (big big plus for me as a light sleeper, after a long day of sightseeing). Cudos for the locked building door and really secured doors of the appartment. Metro station Cipro is literally few minutes away on foot, so you can be in the city centre in matter of minutes. Also, you have a coffee machine in you room and a nice breakfast in a bar in the same building. How cool is that?! Big recommend! -

• Michal (9/5): Superb - The apartment created inside a larger apartment thanks to the use of walls and sliding doors (lockable), but despite the initial minor surprise, this turned out not to bother us at all. We did not hear any neighbors. The apartment is in truth sensational. The host finished it with tourists in mind, which you can really feel. Electrical outlets are everywhere, as are usb chargers. The large bathroom is also a great comfort, comfortable beds, nice quiet neighborhood. The entrance to the apartment is automatic, we did not meet the host, who, however, gave us all the necessary information via WhatsApp. To the subway is about 10 minutes walk. We sincerely recommend.
• František (10/5): Exceptional - Good communication, clean apartment, fancy bathroom and perfect breakfast. Coffee machine in the room. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, larger sink and bigger table in separate shared kitchen if required. Blue room is very dark because is it facing the inner courtyard. That is the only downside.

They accommodated our request to delay checkout for a bit. The staff was very nice and the breakfast at the nearby cafe was awesome.

The breakfast at the Bar was really a great way to start our day. There was very good service at the Bar. The area was very quiet and centrally located for our needs. The only thing missing was silverware, cups and a few pots for warming or boiling foods.

The nearest metro stop was only a 5 minute walk (cipro), buses into the city were also available there. The Vatican museum was only a 15 minute walk away. The apartment itself is newly furnished and by the looks of it only recently opened. The beds were comfortable and for the price is a great place to stay. The breakfast was downstairs in a traditional Italian bar. There were several choices to pick from including cornetto's and sandwiches. The coffee was excellent. There are numerous restaurants with good reviews nearby. Andrea was extremely friendly and ensured our stay was a comfortable one. if I come back to Rome I would stay again N/A

It is near cipro metro station which make moving around is so easy along with playground besides it which also make it best choice if you have childs, the manager and staff are amazing and cooperative. The comfortable interior area of ​​the apartment and room is very nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast was provided in a very welcoming cafe on the ground floor of the building, with very nice choices of breakfast meals that you chose. The area is very quiet although close to the Vatican, and very close to the Cipro metro stop. I highly recommend it!
