Just refund our money!!! - cancelled our booking on the spot! said that they are fully booked! even though our booking is confirmed on booking.com - until now they didn’t refund our money - can’t reached the number of the resort - when we went there it is so close to the cemetery - ambiance is so bad!

Kim (10/5): My review on Kadilian - I liked the room very neat and clean, the bed wasn't that thick but it is still good and comfortable Breakfast was good What i didn't like is the toilet the water wont go down and the faucet dont work on the sink, also the in the bath room water is slow and the shower is not working properly
Victor B Prieto (1/5): - Nothing and am demanding a REFUND The hotel did not even know we were pre paid guest. The restaurant i was to entertain guests wirh for dinner did not even exist!!!! You are to blame more than the resortbowners for publishing something nice that isn't. My friendcand is suffered and no longer decided to check in.

Baliao (1/5): Do not book here, find somewhere else. Property manager was unresponsive. - The property manager was not reachable. They’re customer service is bad.
Roy (4/5): good for budget travel, short stays - Filipino breakfast was basic but delicious. Children enjoyed the pool. Beach nearby was rocky , not ideal to go swimming, but good for walking. Good AC in room. Room was sparsely furnished, mattress not comfortable. Surroundings could be better maintained with some debris not picked up.

Arlene (8/5): Overall our stay is excellent. Just a little improvement on your wifi connection. - Staff are friendly, rooms are big enough for 6 pax, breakfast and lunch are delicious. Wifi connection is very poor & weak inside the room as we need to go outside to have a better connection.
