• cecile (8/5): - Arrivée sans problème. Gianmarco est très courtois et réactif ! Appartement proche du centre avec tous commerces. Calme la nuit. Peu lumineux et bruit de climatisation strident à l'extérieur.

The property is a real hidden gem, beautifully kept, full of charm, and ideally located close to the centre, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. There were plenty of great places nearby to visit, eat, and enjoy, which made our trip even more special. Gianmarco was an exceptional host. Friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. His communication made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and well-located stay. We’d love to come back again in the future!
• Fabio (10/5): Come essere a casa - È già la seconda volta che soggiorno da Gianmarco. Ci sono due appartamenti disponibili, quindi consiglio di verificare bene quale si sta prenotando. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima posizione, ben collegata con l’aeroporto e vicina al centro Niente

• mathilde (9/5): Super Séjour - Appartement super, très lumineux, très propre et très bien équipé. Situé dans un quartier assez calme, pas très loin du centre ville. Hôte très gentil et réactif en cas de besoin Je recommande totalement cet appartement, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !!!

The apartment was really big, renovated, super clear and comfortable. Walking distance from the city center. We absolutely loved all the details. Value for money couldn't be better

Very recommended Unfortunately the building as old allowed a lot of noises to come through. Specially the noise from the main gate at the entrance, which made us jump several times, when other neighbours left the building. Divan base was not super comfy but good for a short stay.

The location is very good as there are enough buses and the historic center is 15 min away by foot It does not have enough windows to let the sun light also the place is situated between tall buildings so it feels a little cramped
