• Carmel (9/5): - Beautifully presented cottage, just as it appeared in the pictures! Very comfortable and a great location for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent
• Emily (8/5): Beautiful little home - It was bright and comfortable. The heating worked well, had everything you need for a short stay. Easy to use appliances. Everything was available to cook a meal just as if you were home. The front door was very loud and you had to pop the code in to shut it from the outside, there was no latch to just have it closed while going to and from the car etc. found it hard to find some kitchen items, mainly due to the placement of the kitchen table vs the pot cupboard/cutlery draw.
• Ashlee (9/5): Superb - Super cute house, beds were super comfy especially the doona (nearly came home with me tbh)! Would’ve loved to utilise the yard if the weather had been better Slight funny smell when entering, possibly curry cooked in the microwave
• Tom (10/5): This is a fantastic place to stay in Ballarat - It was warm and clean and had the pizza oven that made us able to invite my cousin over for a lovely evening Nothing, just the bins mysteriously moved

• Christina (8/5): Nice house to stay in for our needs to be in Ballarat. - Roomy comfortable house to stay in. In right location for our stay in Ballarat and met our needs. The barn doors were not quite installed right and toilet was not quite shut off from kitchen which made it awkward when someone used the toilet. A sealed door would have been better. Found the stones out backdoor a bit awkward to walk on for access to back door even though there were a few pavers.

• Chloe (8/5): Very good - Beautiful house! Very clean, rooms were good size and comfortable, lovely backyard with plenty of room for our dog. Chairs and couch in living room were not very comfortable, couch was very low and hard to get out of especially for my elderly grandmother. This made it hard to sit in living room to relax.

• Jessica (5/5): Hazel house is quaint and cute. It’s a nice stay for people stopping through Ballarat. It’s in the slightly more urban a - The property was nicely styled…we could tell that it was a recent renovation and so everything was new. The heating was great - it was very consistent and kept the property very warm. The Duvet covers were great! We felt that for the price, the pillows could have been better and the bed in the main (first) bedroom was soooo uncomfortable we had very bad sleep(s) We were not sure if the linen was freshly put onto the beds as they looked creased like they had been on the beds for a while. It didn’t feel overly fresh. When we were leaving, I found a huge amount of dust under all of the beds.. Things like soap dispensers didn’t have any soap in them, no tea towels, no coffee pods albeit a coffee machine. The shampoo and conditioner + body soap was very cheap - we would expect more for over $300 per night.
