• JuloC (9/5): un bon plan pour visiter la baie de Kotor - Situation incroyable, littéralement au bord de l'eau ! Une belle terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la baie. Baignade possible dans la piscine mais c'est bien mieux dans la mer, juste à coté. Le lit du salon est certes un système de lit qui se baisse sur le canapé et la table basse, mais il était très confortable. Vous pouvez même demander des plats qu'on vient vous livrer direct dans l'appartement. Il y a une place de parking réservée juste devant l'appartement. bien pratique dans cette région ! Nos hôtes étaient vraiment sympas RAS

• Guest (10/5): Vue et expérience incroyables - Magnifique expérience. la vue est magnifique. Accueil de Yvan ++++. On a pu profiter d'une excursion en bateau dans les bouches de Kotor. Yvan est venu nous chercher au pied de la maison avec son bateau. Je vous conseille également de tester et de commander à Yvan son poisson de la journée qu'il pourra vous cuisiner et livrer à domicile. séjour et expérience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic place - Had the most wonderful time in Villa Ivan. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly by Marie who showed us everything and had the most delicious bread and parma ham which we devoured. Our apt was perfect. Everything a family needs and immaculately clean. It's location is fantastic and allowed us to swim and chill at the same time. We were near the village also. The best part was dinner which was delicious cooked by our host Ivan who also brought us out on his boat. He was so informative and pleasant and we learnt a lot about Montenegro and enjoyed a lovely swim. We felt very safe and welcome in Villa Ivan as a family and looking forward to returning soon.

Everything you could need was provided, including coffee, condiments and cleaning items. Ivan and his wife were so helpful and nice, they left us bread, milk and ham. Also Ivan can cook a lovely meal for you and serve it on the balcony overlooking the sea and mountains. The pool is lovely and has a cute garden with sun beds and umbrellas. The addition of the coffee machine this year was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special thanks to Ivan, the owner, for his kindness and attentiveness – he truly made us feel at home. It’s always a pleasure to stay in such a welcoming place. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Cooking was a pleasure in the well-equipt kitchen. We enjoyed long and lazy breakfasts on our balcony. We enjoyed a delicious meal cooked by our hosts (highly recommemded). We enjoyed snorkelling and fishing in the bay. 😁😁😁
• Kristian (9/5): Definately would visit again! - Very nice place, easy to find. Host was very welcoming and forthcoming. Rooms were big and clean, kitchen had everything that you'd need. There was homemade bread waiting for us on the table and in the fridge there was milk and ham. Basically we had breakfast ready when we arrived :) You also can order dinner a few hours in advance, that the host cooks himself. Restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby. You can go for a swim in the pool or right behind the house in the bay of Kotor. Checkout is pretty early and TV-signal was a bit poor but that didn't affect our stay.

• Laulua (10/5): An amazing accomodation in a gorgeous, quiet little town. BOOK HERE! - This place exceeded all expectations. The photo's do not do it justice. Easily accessible from the main road, free parking. You meet the host, Ivan, who is incredibly hospitable and shows you around the accomodation. Ivan and his family thought of all the necessities when staying in a home away from home. You have a well stocked kitchen that allows you to cook full meals and a balcony with amazing views to enjoy your meals on. You have a petrol station 200m away, a few super markets just as close and restaurants for you to choose from. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Sunday (all shops are closed) then you will have the opportunity to enjoy the local farmers market and bakery. Ivan offers boat tours and room service - which was delicious! You have direct access to the beach and a pool - our girls loved swimming every day. Every question or request we had, Ivan was more than happy to help. Our only regret is that we didn't book for a longer stay. We LOVED this place, will definitely book here again - in a heart beat! That we didn't stay longer!

As shown in the pictures, the pool is not that big, but our kids loved it. Pool is well maintained. The apartment is in a good location, close to a grocery store and a short walk from restaurants. Parking just outside the house.

• Baraa (10/5): Highly recommended! - The apartment is beautiful and have enough rooms and space. It has everything you need. There’s air conditioning in every room:) Facilities were good. It’s overlooking the beach. The view is amazing. There’s a private pool and nearby access to the beach. And the owner was so nice and friendly. Location is perfect! It’s located in the center of Risan, close to Kotor and Perast. there’s a supermarket, a bakery and a great restaurant nearby. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Ivan was a great host, awesome captain to take us on a boat ride through the Boka Bay and an amaaaaazing cook preparing for us some super delicious and fresh grilled fish, shrimp and mussels that he farms himself 🤩 Truly an amazing experience, would definitely recommend it and for sure will ve back!! Thank you Ivan for your great hospitality!
• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - Direct access to the sea, beautiful swimming there. Nice view from the balcony to the bay. Table tennis located in a shadow. It is like a small oasis isolated from the street hustle.
• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is very comfortable and immaculately clean, the terrace has a breathtaking view, the pool is nice and clean and has a shower and is very close to the beach. Ivan is very helpful and welcoming, and he makes the best grilled fish and shrimps. If we ever come back to Montenegro, will definitely stay here.

The apartment was great - spacious, quiet, air-conditioned in every bedroom, large terrace with a view of the beautiful Bay of Kotor, great pool and access to the sea. The welcome prosciutto and bread made us happy as we were hungry after a long journey. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking - a lot of utensils, as well as salt, sugar, coffee, oil... We really felt like home, only better! Nothing
