Il proprietario super disponibile e gentile ci ha procurato un'auto privata con la quale abbiamo fatto il giro della Medina accompagnati da persone di sua fiducia ad un prezzo assolutamente competitivo. • Florine Lorito (10/5): - Très bel appartement qui est comme sur les photos. Quartier avec de nouvelles constructions mais calme. Le logement est équipé de des clims. Le lit parentale est très grand et peut accueillir deux enfants en bas âges. La cuisine l'est également, elle possède le necessaire pour l'utiliser comme quelques épices, du sel mais aussi des produits menagers. Le stationnement est possible à proximité et est gratuit et au Parking de la residence.

• Venugopal (2/5): Poor. Made a mistake by booking the apartment. - Location. Poorly maintained. Free parking is on the street. So nothing special. AC remote not working and could not be fixed by the host's representative. Common toilet was not lockable and stinking. Attached toilet shower partition in a mess. Construction work still happening next door. Never take this apartment for a luxury stay.
• Sangmin (6/5): 쏘쏘입니다. - 직원은 영어가 되지 않았지만 매우 친절하였습니다. 우리가 유로밖에 없다고 하자 직접 인근 환전소를 찾아주기까지 하였습니다. 1. 아직도 개발중인 신시가지 내 단지라 찾기가 어렵습니다. 부킹닷컴의 주소는 맞지 않고 엉뚱했는데, 도움을 요청하니 8유로를 요구하였습니다. 2. 메인 침실 화장실의 변기와 샤워기에 문제가 있었습니다. 변기는 물이 나오지 않았고, 샤워기는 호스에서 물이 샜습니다.

• Eszter (7/5): Fair stay for a fair price - Aziz was very nice and helpful. The apartment -except one shower- was clean. It is spacious, and great value for your money, good for a transit night. There is a lift. There is a small grocery store downstairs. The bed was comfortable. There is AC in every room. One of the showers were covered in mold. Most of the lamps doesnt have a lampshade or even a bulb. The windows are very thin, and the neighbourhood was pretty noisy during a friday night, so you could hear everything from the street. The apartment itself if 6km away feom the medina, must take a taxi.

• Claire (9/5): Modern apartment in downtown Fez. - Easy to locate, close to the Latin American park. Luxury, spacious, clean apartment with a small shop downstairs. Concierge was very helpful, friendly and professional. Only issue was the lack of a coffee pot.

El apartamento esta cerca de todo, puedes ir en Petit taxi a todos lados, ya que esta en buena ubicación. Es una zona nueva, con buenos restaurantes y tiendas y comercios al igual que centros comerciales. Todo fue agradable, sin duda, si vuelvo a Fez me quedaría en este precioso apartamento
