• Livia (9/5): - O apartamento é bem grande, confortável, organizado. A localização é em uma rua sem movimento, próximo ao centro.

• José Carlos (2/5): - Limpio No tenía aire acondicionado. No pudimos entrar ala habitación hasta las 16h, y tuvimos que alquilar una consignado fuera para las maletas. Pregunté si podíamos dejar solo las maletas varias veces , y nunca nos contestaron.

• Sutherland (10/5): - Good location, apartment was very spacious, high end features, very clean. Superb accommodation. Real value for money. Could not rate it highly enough. There were no downsides at all.

• Ana (9/5): - El apartamento está a pie de calle y si abres la ventana no hay ninguna intimidad. Hay bastante ruido pero al no ser una calle muy transitada es tolerable. El resto genial.
• Vera (7/5): - Estaba relativamente nuevo y había suficiente almacenaje. También es espacioso y limpio. Básicamente estas en mitad de la calle porque es un local convertido en apt turístico y se oye todo menos mal que la zona es tranquila..

• Anna (8/5): Good value for money, especially for a short stay. - The apartment is located in a very nice location, it’s very easy to get around both by foot and metro. It is quite spacious in comparison to other places (we stayed as a couple and was ideal). It was also very warm, the heating worked well. It was also very clean. It’s important to note that the apartment is located on the ground floor, with the window and door facing straight onto the street which makes it quite loud and lacks privacy so we couldn’t open the shutters to let daylight in, as anyone walking by can look straight in (photos attached). It was not the best equipped especially for the amount of days we were staying (only 1 towel per person, no kitchen towel etc.). The bed wasn’t the most comfortable as it has no headboard so the pillow would constantly fall into the gap between the bed and the wall.

• Wakanaki (8/5): - La amplitud, la limpieza y que está todo nuevo. No había fundas de almohadas, en las grandes, para la cama sofá. Mucho ruidos de la calle, ya que está a pie de la misma.

• Germán (10/5): Estupendo - Nos gusto mucho la temperatura interior del piso, la calefacción perfecta. Es un apartamento acogedor y muy bonito. Creo que debería haber una alfombra para salir de la ducha y una fregona por si sale agua de la ducha o se derrama algo. Por lo demás estupendo.

• Lara (9/5): - We loved our stay here. The apartment has the perfect location, is very clean and modern and has a lovely bathroom. It is quite spacious compared to other apartments in city centre. All appliances worked just fine and the fans did help a lot with the heat so that an air conditioning wasnt really needed. We had to clean the shower drain during our stay since it wasnt running smoothly anymore. Sometimes we heard noises from people passing by the window since its on ground floor. That can be disturbing during the night and it limits your ability to leave the windows open during the day if you want privacy.

We didnt sleep in peace for 6 days. This is the first time i had a wish that my stay finishes to fast, though Madrid is a beautiful city The Nights nightmare of the bar next to your window and door , since the flat is on the street anybody can sit at your door or window , especially daily Drunk youngters screaming , singing, talking VERY VERY loud , and each night we had to open the door to speak to someone to stop making noise. We didnt sleep in peace for 6 days. This is the first time i had a wish that my stay finishes to fast, though Madrid is a beautiful city.

• Daniela (9/5): Si vienes a Madrid es el sitio ideal - La amplitud, lo céntrico que estaba y sobre todo el aseo separado de la ducha. Que no hubiese aire acondicionado, aunque los ventiladores del techo que tienen han ayudado bastante.
• Cristina (8/5): - Amplio studio en un bajo cerca de la Almudena y el palacio real. Centro y a pie de las principales atracciones. Consiste en un único ambiente (es un bajo) con cocina, una cama y un sofá cama para 4 personas, con baño separado. Cómodo para un par de noches. Muchos armarios y muebles en el espacio cocina con uso limitado por su altura y para un piso turístico. El precio alto para lo que es, un problema general en Madrid desde hace unos años!

• Katerina (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and comfortable, very good wifi. Very noisy water pipes from the apartments upstairs so that whoever was sleeping in the living room was disturbed during the night and very early morning. The main bedroom was not affected luckily.

• Bonnie (8/5): Great location and comfortable, clean, and modern ground floor apartment. - Loved the location/proximity to sights, the charming neighborhood, the spaciousness, and the new interior with a functional, contemporary design. It was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was quiet for sleep. We enjoyed our stay. A few adjustments could fix minor quirks and made this apartment really superior, like a 1 foot shelf between the head of each of the two beds and the wall to close a gap and serve as a nightstand, protection at the foot of the bed so the metal bedframe sticking out at the end beyond the mattress is not a hazard, and an second small shelf in the bathroom for toiletries as well as more hooks for towels outside of the shower.

It is a shame that the water didn't drain from the shower, my husband actually had to remove what is was causing the clogged drain... not ideal! IHowever, as I said, the place is very spacious, comfortable, and location was great.

• Wintercoat (8/5): A good choice in Madrid - Modern, clean, ok location close to lots. Of restaurants, bars, ages etc… wifi was excellent. Tv was very good - when I needed to chill. Would stay here for a long stay despite the lack of light. Was quite dark.

• Jadwiga (9/5): Well appointed apartment - Spacious. I can see it would suit a couple with or without family. I was with my granddaughter so she had the separate bedroom and I was in the lounge area so worked well even though there were not 2 private rooms apart from the lounge. Kitchen well supplied with equipment. Good selection of tv channels though some listed wouldn't work without a code. Shower was powerful and lots of hot water. Apartment within easy walk of major attractions as well as areas like La Latina. One slight quibble about the sink in the bathroom. The water takes ages to drain and realistically a slightly bigger sink would be more useful.

Lots of storage space, great kitchen and bathroom. The heating was working, so it was warm. Good communication from the host. Was perfect for our stay and if I was going to Madrid again I would stay here no problem Only minor issue was that it had an iron, but no ironing board. Other than that is was fantastic
• Uğur (10/5): A very cosy house very close to city center. I strongly recommend - Location was excellent (walking distance to the Royal Palace, main attractions in city center) in a quiet, cosy area. Lots of nice restaurants. House was very nicely decorated and useful. The furniture was very new. Kitchen was more than enough. Transportation was also easy with a very nearby bust stop. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Car parking was difficult (we rented a car for one day). But I guess this is a general problem in Madrid.

Nice host lady on the phone The apartment must have been previously a store with a window right on the street, hence lots of noise from the street and light throughout the night from a small window without cover. Heating was not working.
