• Carmela (10/5): - Struttura bellissima, accogliente e rilassante. Il parcheggio nel cortile interno e proprio fuori la porta di casa super comodo. Ho dovuto lavare le stoviglie da utilizzare perché avevano sporco incrostato da molto tempo. Piatti, posate bicchieri e padelle A parte questo, nulla da segnalare

• Sergio Baragli (10/5): Appartamento grande e comodo; host gentilissimi - Appartamento molto grande e in condizioni perfette, probabilmente ristrutturato da poco. Volendo trovare un difetto, diremmo che non è molto luminoso; ma questo è inevitabile, visto che l'appartamento è davvero immerso nel verde degli alberi e dei giardinetti del complesso. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le zanzariere ad ogni finestra, perchè noi siamo molto "richiesti" dalle zanzare; comunque in questo periodo a Ferrara non ci sono ancora. Francesco è stato gentilissimo, è venuto subito a risolvere una nostra piccola difficoltà; e anche suo padre, che abita proprio sopra l'appartamento, si è più volte dichiarato pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi (ma non ne abbiamo avuti!). Il frigorifero è decisamente più grande della media.

• Henricus (8/5): Fijn appartement - Mooi groot en comfortabel appartement met een mooie tuin rondom met veel schaduwplekken. Goed bed. Ferrara is lekker dichtbij. In de omgeving is veel te zien, en je kunt er heerlijk fietsen. Er is een kleine supermarkt vlakbij. De keuken. Alles was vies en plakkerig. We hebben de zaken die we gebruikten zo goed mogelijk schoongemaakt. Vaatwasser en oven waren te vies om te gebruiken. Jammer, anders was het appartement een 10 waard geweest.
