• Elle (10/5): - No complaints! Close to the train station. Plenty of coin parking available (around 600 yen for 24 hours). I loved that there was a washing machine to use. The host sent us some tips which was very kind! A good sized apartment for 2 people. Check in was easy, I don't know what people were complaining about There were forks, spoons, but no knifes

Eu iria novamente e recomendo para outras pessoas alug - Ótima localização, perto da USJ, perto do aquário perto do centro turístico. Apartamento compacto e funcional O sofá cama é duro, mas tem colchonete para colocar em cima dele. Duas pessoas adultas grandes no sofá cama não dá pra dormir, então quatro pessoas é um pouco apertado. Falta ganchos na parede para pendurar roupa, faltou pano de prato e pano de pia, gavetas ou prateleiras dentro do guarda-roupa seriam boas para acomodar as malas.

• Wai In (7/5): A spacious and well-located accommodation with good facilities, reasonable pricing, and easy access to transport, shops, - The accommodation fees are reasonable, with convenient access to USJ, several nearby bus stops, and the train station. Highly recommended is the ramen restaurant 梅香 麺屋 near the accommodation — the broth base was creamy and tasty, and it is open until late. There are not enough hangers, racks, or clips available for hanging clothes.

I believe communication with the host could be better; he could be more helpful, and the cleanliness could also be improved. However, I consider it a good experience overall.

• TitanRob (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole - L'alloggio era completo, non mancava nulla. C'era abbastanza spazio per muoversi adeguatamente, noi eravamo in 3 con 6 valigie totali e siamo andati bene. Il bagno era molto comodo così come la cucina. C'è un ascensore per accedere alla struttura. Il condizionatore è stato molto utile. Alcune funzioni non sono state immediate, ma alla fine ha funzionato comunque tutto. Il posto è un po' lontano da tutto e nei dintorni non c'è granché.

• koyuki (9/5): - Endroit très calme. Quartier residentiel. Les instructions envoyé par maom sont clairs , les codes ont fonctionnés. À 5 minutes un petit magasin. Il faut marcher 15 minutes avant d’arriver sur un quartier avec resraurants. Si on veut plus de commerces et de resraurants, il faut cganger de quartier. Proche d’universal studio.

• Natsumi (6/5): 寝に帰る分には充分満足です - ベッドが寝やすかったのと、不明点をメッセージした際にすぐに返答いただけたのは大変助かりました！ 掃除機等では取れない汚れなのかも知れませんが、トイレや脱衣所の床の隅などに結構汚れがありました。 千鳥橋駅からの方が近いのですが、夜だと道中の道が暗く、最初は少し不安になるかもしれません。少し遠いですが、西九条駅からの方が歩きやすい印象です。

• Jessica (9/5): Wonderful little stay. - The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for 2-3 people. The walk from the station was pleasant and the check in and out process was simple. Communication with the host was easy. Everything was very clean. There was a charger we could use which was nice. Location is a little difficult and the elevator was very stuffy.
• Hiroko (5/5): - 子供ふたりと私（母親）の3人でUSJや海遊館へ行くために3泊しましたが、広くて快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機、物干しピンチ、掃除機、冷蔵庫（冷凍庫付き）、レンジ、コップやお皿、箸など揃っていて、近くのコンビニで買ったものを食べることもできて良かったです。 掃除機があるおかげで嵩張る衣類を圧縮できて助かりました。 他の方も書いているように鍵の開錠は少しわかりにくいので出かけるときは余裕を持って出た方が良いと思います。 wifiの繋げ方がわからなかったのでメッセージで問い合わせたらすぐに返事が来て繋げられましたが、部屋に置いてあるガイドに載せておいたほうがわかりやすいと思いました。 ウォシュレットは弱なはずなのにすごい勢いで何度か出てきて故障かと思いました。それ以降は怖くて使えませんでした。

• laurence (8/5): - Les lits sont confortables , machine à laver dans l appartement très utile, mais pas de quoi étendre. Appartement agréable pour 2 ,3 mais pas plus. Le check in se faisait via une tablette mais elle était déchargée en arrivant. Il faut 5 à 10 mn de marche avant d'avoir accès à une station de métro ou de bus, mais nous le savions avant.

• Cerasani (8/5): Good value for what you paid, close to many things. - It had everything that we needed including a stove, fridge and good aircon. It had nice bars around it and was relatively close to everything including a 15 walk to a train station. Shower was a bit small and bedroom was a bit small.
• Arun (4/5): Not recommended for four people - - Has a Japanese toilet which was pretty nice - Triggered our dust allergies - No space for four people to share with the futon and sofa bed - In-unit washer dryer did not dry any of our clothes and they became mildewy - Location is far away from train stations, requires a 15 minute walk to a JR train station - WiFi only worked for max 1 device at a time

• Ana (8/5): Really nice, though small, apartment - It is close to the station and the area was tranquil. The apartment was really cute and well equipped. The host responds quickly when you have a question and is nice. The room is quite small for four people. Although there is theoretically enough space to fit four people, the sofa-bed takes a lot of space (you need to move the table and everything) so I think it could be uncomfortable for long stays.
• Regina (10/5): Very clean and close to USJ - The property is very clean and well taken care of. Super close to USJ. Would stay again in the future. Not really a big issue because we got assisted very quickly, but the lock for the key was not working. We called the help desk and they gave us the back up key. But just making sure the key lock is working well would be my only suggestion.

Window ventilator also too much dust Sofa bed has sharp corners and can hurt while normal walking. Too much dust backside of TV unit

They offer to re clean but after checking it after we get back, the filter is not so clean and the fan is the same they didn’t clean it. I also found the towel in the floor is full of dust maybe the cleaner use it. take not (face towel) The tv remote is also hard to use and no wifi

• Brandon (4/5): Good not great. - Comfy beds check in process (was given wrong information on how to retrieve keys for entry). Tv remote in 406 needs to be replaced. Washer/dryer machines are not effective - not really apt fault but I was relying on dry clothes and that machine didn’t help. The “host” over the phone was not helpful when we ran into issues - she kept directing us to booking.com information packet for wifi password and how to get into 405, but we never received check in packet for 406.
• Ting (7/5): Decent stay - Has a kitchen that you can use if needing to enjoy some meals. Has washer in the room. Room spacious. Has elevator access. Has a fridge and freezer(it is convenient for my frozen items) Distance bit far from downtown and major touristic sites. Not too close to some major stations that we get around often( 17-20min walk to Nishikujo station and 10min to Chidoribashi. We struggle a bit with transportation. AC works but mildly cold, TV remote not working that well( not quite sure not enough battery or remote finished). We were not able to get the key initially with the instruction given to us by email I had to communicate and wait for the owner to answer me before getting in(at least 10-15min outside

• Callum (8/5): Very good - Nice spacious apartment with most things that you would need for a city stay. Netflix on the tv was a plus. Quiet area and instructions for everything in the apartment provided. Good value. Missing a few things such as a frying pan as only had a pot. Needed a pole to be able to hang laundry to dry. Needed an extra hoover as there was some hairs on the floor from previous stay. A bit of a walk from the station so bare that in mind.
