• Nick (10/5): - Perfect setting.. Stunning views from the grounds ( which include a very impressive villa and border onto a striking church) over the lake. The most helpful of hosts ( even taking us to a garage to mend a flat tyre!). The room is just what you'd hope for. Top tip- book the separate balcony table at La Darsena restaurant ( 5 mins walk) for dinner. What a view and meal. The fact we only stayed 1 night whilst travelling around Lake Como. With hindsight we should have based ourselves at Villa Lina for the whole trip.

Café da manhã é uma experiencia maravilhosa proporcionado por ela. A vista do quarto é incrível. Amei me hospedar lá. A televisão possui poucos canais e no quarto não tinha o controle do ar. Estava bastante frio e para aquecer não era possível. Mas foi tudo bem, isso não deixou a desejar, fiquei poucos dias.

Lina gave us a tour of the room and clear instructions for getting around. The property is conveniently located near the Tremezzo ferry, making it easy to reach even without a car. The room was gorgeous with stunning views, and the bathroom was clean with reliable hot water. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cake baked by Lina herself. When we mentioned we were leaving early on our last day, she thoughtfully packed us breakfast to go the night before! Nothing

The room was extremely clean, well organized, and comfortable. Lina was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we had stayed longer. I would definitely come back to Lake Como and stay at Villa Lina again.

One of the highlights is the luxuriant garden, which adds a special charm and tranquility to the whole experience. The atmosphere throughout our stay was warm, peaceful, and deeply relaxing. • Alin (7/5): - הוילה מאד נקייה ויפה והחדר נעים עם נוף משגע.ארוחת בוקר נחמדה אם כי כל דבר שביקשנו אמרו שיבדקו אם יש ולא הביאו לבד מה שנגמר צריך להבין שזה לא מלון רגיל אלא וילה שהפכו למלון,אין מעלית כך שצריך להרים את המזוודות לחדר במדרגות ואין עזרה. ממוקמת ליד כנסיה ובשבע וחצי בבוקר הפעמון מעיר אתכם..בנוסף בעלי הוילה הם המארחים והם לא היו מאד נחמדים ועוזרים.למשל ביקשנו להשאיר את הרכב שלנו בחניה לאחר הצ'ק אאוט מספר שעות,ובפירוש היה מקום ולא הסכימו.

• Clyde (10/5): Fantastic stay and highly recommended - From contact everything was perfect and compared to other places we stayed in the area this was well above those. Great check in, Lina and Allesandro were fantastic hosts, very clean property, great views, comfy bed, strong hot shower, and all this with a very good breakfast. We added a 2-hour private boat ride with Allesandro which was one of the best things we did as we cruised past little towns and mansions with a full explanation from Allesandro., this allowed us to see places we wanted to go visit after the ride. Cant think of anything, my wife said a mounted make up mirror in the bathroom would be nice, but hard to find anywhere.

• Belinda (10/5): Thrilled with this villa/hosts and views - We were thrilled to arrive at this villa to find that not only is the villa itself absolutely gorgeous but the surrounding gardens with the view to the lake beautiful. The hosts Lina and Allessandro met us with a welcome coffee and homemade biscuits and throughout the entire stay went above and beyond to advise and were extremely hospitable. Breakfast was served in the dining area to begin with (as there was rain) but we were lucky enough to also have it on the terrace which was so special. Lina served a lovely variety each morning, always including a homemade cake which she had cooked the day before. It is peaceful but close enough to lovely restaurants and the ferry terminal where you can take a boat across the lake to the other villages and sites. Also near to some amazing large villas well worth a visit Nothing

• Sebastian (10/5): Lovely villa, lovely people and a great stay - The villa was beautifully designed by Lina who worked at Prada for 35 years. Although we were there for only one night we were very well looked after, Lina found us a restaurant nearby, Alessandro took us out on his boat and Lina made us a lovely breakfast served on the lawn looking over Lake Como. • Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - We felt like home! Very nice and warm hosts Lina and Alessandro. We had a wedding ceremony and they helped us with everything, were friendly. Very responsive. Breakfast was delicious and was arranged with a magnificent view of Lake Como. The location of the villa is excellent: it was easy to get to. We liked the feeling of privacy in the villa, the silence and the ringing of the bells of the church, which is nearby. There is a lot of greenery and flowers, birds on the territory - all this was very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The design of everything around was pleasing to the eye. I would like to note the work of the maid, who cleaned the room well and was always cheerful and smiling :) We did not want to leave this quiet place at all!

Included breakfast was a lovely touch. Lovely hosts. There wasn't a private mini fridge in the room - but not a huge issue.

Both of the hosts were wonderful, with homemade savoury and sweet tarts included as part of the breakfast buffet. Lina and Alessandro provided good recommendations of what to see/do in the surrounding area. Nothing - it was a great place to stay.

The breakfast was home made and delicious and served by Lina in their garden each morning. Staying at Villa Lina made our stay on the lake so special. Lina organised us a taxi to the airport, which made the end of our trip stress free.

The room and property is tastefully decorated, comfortable, super clean and has the most amazing views. Breakfast is delicious and served outdoors with an amazing view of the lake. The parking in the property is a big plus as it gives you a ton of flexibility to drive around. Lina and Alessandro are wonderful hosts and gave us great recommendations on places to visit and eat! Highly recommend to take a boat ride with Alessandro. This was one of the highlights of our time at Lake Como and the tour leaves from the pier right in front of the property (super convenient). We can’t wait to come back! Nothing. Wish we would have stayed there longer.

• David (10/5): Outstanding - Beautiful villa in Tremezzo, only 3 rooms so perfect for couples. Our appointed room had everything you could need for a short stay & great view across the villa garden to Lake Como. Lina & Alessandro were wonderful hosts, nothing too much trouble. Lovely breakfast provided daily which we were able to take on the terrace owing to favourable April weather. Our hosts also provided great suggestions on things to do & places to eat/drink which didn’t disappoint. Thank you again for looking after us & making us welcome in your home!

Double room had a lovely view of the lake and was stylish and high spec. Bed was very comfortable. Close to the lake, access to Ferry and some restaurants in walking distance. Parking for car next to the house. Had lovely time, would recommend.
• Lorena (9/5): A beautiful place for couples looking for a refined classic place. - It is a lovely place with wonderful hosts, strategically located within the Lake Como perimeter. It is a perfect spot to have asa base to explore the surrounding areas. Best for couples or people alone, simply because that is the vibe, very peaceful overall. It is difficult to find availability for several days in a row.

They welcomed us into their home that they spent so much love and energy into making it a wonderful place to stay. The parking is up the hill, off the street. You have to make a plan to “buzz in” and have the car ready to enter the property off the busy road.

• Mary (10/5): Relaxation by the lake - Peaceful, beautiful view of Lake Como. The hosts Lina and Alexandro we delightful. They made us dinner reservations at delightful restaurant and We did a boat tour with them as well. Fantástico! Lina even bought GF things for my husband. Her breakfasts were great. Without a car it would be challenging but not impossible because there are ferries and buses.
