• Sanae (4/5): Fiez vous également aux mauvais avis de cette villa car elle s’avère vraie. - La superficie de la piscine. Le savoir et l’efficacité du monsieur (irakien ) et son fils Souhaïl qui sont venus réparer le frigo ! 1) l’accueil inexistant de l’hôte et de ses collègues 2) la propreté laisse à désirée : encrassement du four, draps non lavés, ustensiles vaisselle très mal nettoyé, gazière très sale ( liste non exhaustive) 3) le frigo était défectueux (nous avons du faire appel a un professionnel. 4) il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude : les professionnels ont du intervenir à 23h pour le changement de la bouteille de gaz. 5) la connexion WIFI était très très faible. Le réseau également. 6) Climatisation uniquement dans une seule chambre.. 7) villa infestée d’insectes/cafards etc 8) non respect de l’heure du nettoyage de la piscine (arrivée 23h..) De ce fait, nous avons été obligé d’écourter notre séjour.. A FUIR.

• Belatir (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful experience staying at this villa. The property was very safe, providing us with peace of mind throughout our stay. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we greatly appreciated. It is an excellent choice for families, with ample space for children to play and for everyone to have their own privacy. Overall, we highly recommend this villa for a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation.
• Gregard (2/5): Unhygienic, dirty, no maintenance and terrible host. We left after 1 night. - The pool is the only positive part of the property. But even that is surrounded by pidgin poop. - Not cleaned at all. Disgusting. - Mice in both the kitchen and up stairs bathroom! - Dirty used bed sheets you're suppose to sleep in with a provided polyester sleeping bag liner. - No toilet paper. No Soap. No towels. - No hot water (until they sent someone to fix it on day nr 2) - Washing machine didn't work. - Bed upstairs were broken. Can easily be fixed, but the mattress is sunken. - Only A/C in one bedroom and living room. - Electrical wiring and fuses exposed many places. - Bugs everywhere. - Pidgin poop (and even a nest on the roof) everywhere outside. Impossible to avoid stepping in it. - No guard rail in the stairs, be careful with small children. - Kitchen appliances and cabinets are disgustingly dirty. - Owner has many surveillance cameras on the property. - Shower head in bathroom was leaking, in another bathroom the door wouldn't stay shut and the shower head holder was broken. - Constantly barking dog next door. - So many things were broken and/or unmaintained. When I pointed it out to the owner to be helpful, he just blamed us for the damage. I sent photos of things we found that needed maintenance. He just sent them back to be (yes, the same photos) as "evidence" of damage he wanted us to pay for. - Does not speak English. He uses Google translate or something similar from French, so a lot gets lost in translation. - He wants the dialog to go via WhatsApp instead of booking.com.
